SUBMIT A COMPLAINT / Company didn't provide me the check

I sold my Samsung Galaxy to the website I sent the phone and the seller informed that they already sent the check. I waited several days, but I haven’t received it.
When I contacted the customer services, the agent told me to wait more. I waited 3 weeks, and still nothing. The company told me the same rubbish. I want money now, and I don’t want to wait. Maybe someone has any ideas how to return money back, please contact me then or leave a comment. Thanks.
