Blazeflash Couriers non delivery

i have sent a courier of 2 shirts to hyd, infosys on 21st april, out of which only one shirt was delivered, on 26th, . the service was used from blazeflash courier, dwarka br, sector 4, ND. I have been told by the br off to put an application for claim, which will be given within 1-2 weeks.
now its been 2 weeks, i havent received the so called claim appl form from the head off.
nobody is responding either from the br off or the head off.
i want the concerned authorities to take some action . if this is the way a reputed company works, then its worst than the govt postal service., and its utter waste of time and money.
firstly, the pkt was delivered after 5days,
2nd, they deliver it with only half the contents
3rd they dont respond to the compliants and
last they dont speed upthe claim process and harass the customer, by not responding to any call r mail.
earlier also i lodged the same compliant, it was cmplt no 807.but nobody seems to be bothered.
our confidence in BlazeFash has been shatterred and we dare not use its service in near future.

Courier send through blazeflash Couriers via docket No. [protected] dated 29/12/2017, has not reached the destination and nor has the same come back to us.
Where is our packet lying at the moment and why has the same not reached it's destination or returned back? The employees / agents are not able to give us any answers. My contact details are [protected]@bol.net.in

We have sent a documents parcel thru blazflesh couriors from Noida to Bhopal on 15.05.2017 but it is not delivered till today (i e by 26.05.2017).The documents was very important and we have suffered financial loss due to this delay, Now we want to make this complaint thru u/this board for wide publcity so that nobody should despatch any courior.

i have been couriered a packet from new delhi, india by my parents on 10th sept 2017.which i havent received till date.so i wanted to know whethr i will be able to get my packet or not.if the company was not able to deliver than it could have tried to contact my parents or me ..which the company didnt do and its been more than a month i havent received my courier as such which is very important for me..i can know will i be getting it or not...my courier number is [protected].

Hi,

I am seriously fed up of the services which Blaze flash provide. I have send a packet to Nasik and now its more than 5 days the packet hasnot been delivered . I have send one more packet by DTDC at the same place and that packet has been delivered yesterday i mean in 4 days. I have called these people a lot many time but no one is ready to give response.

Blazeflash Couriers Delay in delivery and no proper reply

I had sent a small packet of medicines (imported from abroad) to my son at PUNE from Ahmedabad through Blazeflash couriers on 5th Dec. 2007 which was very urgent. It has still not been delievered on 10th Dec at 12:45 p.m. Umpteen no. of calls have been made but their PUNE office does not give any proper reply also. Their on line tracking system does not show the consingnment AWB no. at all. I have spent twice the courier charges bill in following up for the consignment but they are so merciless that they donot have any consideration for customer's urgency or their service delay at all. They are behaving like a cheap, lowsy, road side romio type courier company.

People should think many times before using such courier company.

we wish to informed to you that our one packet booked from M/s Mark Exhaust Sysytem Ltd Gurgaon to M/s Kuma Stainless Tubes Ltd on Dt.22.04.09 but we are not recived till date And the Branch Manger Mr. Bhagawan told to me that I donnt have courier boy for delivery this packet. So your are requested to take the neccessay action regarding this matter.

BLAZEFLASH COURIER, NEW DELHI (ATTN. CHAIRMAN, MANAGING DIRECTOR, DIRECTOR)

I had sent a urgent document related to a tender from Delhi to Ranchi on 9th march 2009 for evaluating forestry programmes in the districts of Ranchi. the tender cost was Rs 6 lac approx, minimum profit can be estimated Rs 1 lac, it was scheduled to be open on 13th march 2009.

Your courier had assured me to deliver the document on 12th March morning any how and charged Rs 40 for the document. The packet cons. no. was [protected]. I have enquired at Zamroodpur first, the concerned person told me over phone on 10th march that the packet has been sent to Ranchi and the packet will be delivered on 12th due to holiday on 11th. he gave assurance that there is no question of any delay. I intimated him that the packet must be reached at Van Bhawan, Doranda, Ranchi on 13th march morning and he assured me 100% delivery.
On 12th morning, I informed your Ranchi office (on [protected]) and the office was informed closed. on 13th, again I enquired about the packet and he informed that the we have not received the packet till day and date.

It is a great loss monetarily Rs. 1 lac at least and reputation wise. I have taken this seriously and sending this as a LEGAL NOTICE. You are now suggested to pay Rs. 1 lac with apology if you want the case out of court. Please get all the information about the packet, accept your fault and make payment of Rs. 1 lac with apology within ten days of receiving the notice.

I have sent a courier on 18th dec from ranchi to be delivered to pune. Now is 24th dec. Still the courier is not received. and they say come and collect from there office. why I should collect the document from there office. If they have commited it to deliver at home they should do that. The courier has some important documents related to tax department. If i don't receive it today i will lose 30000. Should i sue Blazeflash courier for that.

I havnt been able to trace anty of the branches of blazeflash couriers ltd. this is bull ###. i had have never experienced such a delay in my whole life. though it has reched here in libya.. but no official of plazeflash is contacting me or giving any address to recieve that...

I have sent 4 couriers to Rajasthan in May and none of them arrived yet. What to do what to say. I can only suggest people that never send ur courier through Blazeflash.

I had sent a doument of some important papers from blazeflash courier from mahesh nagar Ambala Cantt, Haryana-133001 dated 26.04.2008 vide document no. [protected] to Artex Informatics SCO 114-115, Sec- 34 A, Chandigarh. But this document is not yet delivered to the right place. It was very document for me because it contains my MBA assignments. Number of calls have been made by me but no proper reply was received from courier service. They are not giving the right information or misguiding me. It was getting delayed day by day. I am very harassed please do something because it is a question of my career. I hope this E-mail will help me in finding my document. I want my document back or I want to deliver it on the right address.

Blazeflash Couriers Unbelievalbe delay in courier service

I had registered a document to be delivered within Bangalore on 30/11/07 with a franchisee of Blazeflash couriers J.P.Nagar, Bangalore.

But the document is yet to be delivered even after 8 working days. I tried to reach them to get an explanation for this delay in service which is unacceptable by any standards on a daily basis but they neither come on phone nor do they call back to give the details asked. I was promised that the document will reach the destination in a day's time. I have never come across a courier service as worst as Blazeflash courier service. People do not respond to calls neither do they come on phone at their office. This kind of third rate courier service demands customer courts attention which is my next immeditate step.

Please stop using Blazeflash courier services henceforth.

This is the worst courier company. I sent 3 packets of expensive chocolates from Gurgaon to Aurangabad. After one month of continuous follow-up, only 1 packet got delivered. No one responds on customer care phone and I think they check email only once a month. Pathetic company !

I totally agree with you all. My sister booked courier for Raksha Bandhan on 16th Aug from Jaipur to Bangalore. The wesite is showing date of booking as 19th Aug (whereas we have receipt of 16th Aug) and status
is still showing -

Raksha Banfhan was on 24th and till date there is no idea about shipment.

There must be a website for these type of companies to show them as 'Consumer's Black listed companies'

This is the worst courier I have ever seen. The shipment was posted on 5th April09 from Patna to reach Bangalore. And its 9days since then. They called me for delivery, and promised to come next day. Now they are found no where. I tried calling their number, they dont pick up the phones either. They are holding an imp doc with them.t no is [protected]. Priyanka.

Im very much depressed about the courier service which i experienced lately. Eagle courier (branch office basvangudi, i.e dealer-my computers, no.106/4, kodandarama complex, gandhibazar, main road, basavangudi, bangalore-560004.)
I faced a lot of problem interacting with them and they were very very rude in not accepting their mistake. The courier which i have sent to my house in B.C.Road(24 kms away from mangalore) has been not reached there still & it has come back to the same place of courier office in bangalore. Though the address was proper they blamed me for their mistake and hung up the phone without convincing me nor giving me any solution as to what to do next.. I request you to take some strict and quick action on them..I would be really obliged.

I had sent a courier from Blazeflash in Jia sarai, New Delhi on 20th May08 with reference no.[protected], which was to delivered in Bangalore . The address of the recepient was complete in every sense nd it also included his mobile no.Till date the courier has not reached and status it shows is always closed(which in fact is near to impossible).A simple process of sending a courier has turned into nightmare.They have not even taken the pain to inform the recepient on phone,

The document was not yet received, while contacting your branches, i gets very poor and third rate responds. Nobody is replying properly. i want my document

I had sent a courier from Blazeflash in Kalkaji,New Delhi on 14th Feb08 on the assurance that it would reach HSR Layout, Bangalore on 15th Feb08. And I paid the amount whatever they'd asked for.

Since 15th Feb was the Birthday of my friend's daughter, the courier was very important and that too reach bangalore on 15th Feb.

Its 18th Feb today, 4 days down the line and still no sign of the courier.

Their delhi office has contacted bangalore office and got the response that the packet hasn't even reached bangalore office.
This is really SURPRISING and PATHETIC courier service.

Please DO NOT USE this courier service in future.
