Blatt Billiards / Awful experience

I requested a quote from Blatt Billiards to install my snooker table. A service technician saw the table, and took the pockets, rails and cloth to work up the final quote. Before I received the quote, they charged my credit card. Upon review of the quote, it was too expensive. I contacted Blatt on Monday to let them know I am not going with their quote as it was too expensive. They said they had already completed the repair work on the pockets. They send me another invoice for $950. They will not return my rails, pockets and cloth unless I pay the new invoice.

    This is a completely bogus and ridiculous complaint. The table was returned to the customer the following day, and all the repairs were done and completed free of charge. Sometimes you just can't satisfy some people.
