I ordered some items on Dec. 30, 2008 and I just recieved notice today Jan. 12, that my items are on backorder and 2 of them have been cancelled. Then I noticed that they have charged my card and I don't even have the items!!! I caled the number but all I got was "All lines are busy, thank you for holding." I held for 1 hour, nothing!!! There has to be a way to stop these people from scamming others!! Anybody have any idea on how to get our money back?!!
