Blair.com credit card charges

I've seen many complaints about Blair charges on credit cards for Blair RWD. I too, just now found it after 18 months! My husband pays the credit cad bills and never noticed it. I called Blair and they were going to refund 2 months. I said that wasn't enough and they are going to credit my account with ALL 18 months of charges. The charges are for some reward program that many inadvertently signed up for due to a sneaky practice of offering $15 off next purchase by 'trying out' their rewards program. I do not recall any such offer being made and was adamant about that when I spoke with them. Don't give up. They WILL refund your money if you are persistent.

Blair.com unauthorizedmonthly charges

Thursday, May 27, 2010

I just finished speaking with my credit card represenatives about fraudulent charges on our credit card from Blair amounting to $14.95 a month for five months. My husband takes care of the bills so I was unaware of the charges until today when I reviewed our credit card bill and really got upset when I saw those five unauthorized charges from Blair!

My credit card company said that they could not “block” Blair from my charge card but said that if I closed my account with them and made fraud charges against Blair that their security department would investigate them.

It is interesting how they bill:
BLAIR RWD
then an ID number
followed with the following telephone number: [protected].

When I phoned the [protected], number associated with the charge, I was told that it was Encore Marketing, not Blair.

I spoke with the first representative, Marcie, who told me that I had agreed to “Blair Rewards” which I had NOT! I asked her if she had a signed copy of “my agreement”. She had no answer to that query on my part. She said that she had the authorization to immediately close my account with them (which she said she did) and to pay me for the last two payments of $14.95. I told her that we wanted a total of five $14.95 charges on our account. She said that she was not authorized to do that. I then told her I was not satisfied with that again and requested that she connect me with her boss. Marcie was a very polite woman who dealt with my rage in a nice manner.

She did connect me with another woman named Sonja. I explained to Sonja that she had two choices.

1. Repay us for the five fraudulent charges of $14.95 OR

2. We would cancel our credit card immediately. I told Sonja at that same point, as directed
by my credit card representative, I would be speaking with the credit card companies security department notifying them of our fraudulent charges. The credit card company would then investigate Blair and Encore Marketing.

Sonja decided without any more talking that we would receive the five payment credits. They would be credited to our account with in the next one to two billing cycles.

Needless to say, I will NEVER again order from Blair mail order catalogue.

After surfing the web, I have found many other people with the same complaint, some on this site. I hope this note may help some one else who has had the same fraudulent action on their credit card.

Blair.com finance charges/late fees connected to holsted jewelery

Jewelery charged to my mother-in-laws Blair account and we have been fighting it for 4 months to get all charges cleared. Everytime I call for her (with her being present) they tell me the next statement will be zero.

She DID NOT order any jewelery and sent BOTH peices back. They are now charging her $7.99 and have turned this over to collections. I spent 1 hr and 45 min. on the phone back and forth from Blair/Holsted Jewelers/collections and can get NO results.

My mother-in-law and I both feel she does not owe anything on something she never ordered in the first place. It has now gotten to the point that the bank that handles Blair accts. has been very insulting and rude. The gentleman at Holsted was not helpful at all after I tried to impress upon him that you just can not send these things to older people.

I am still fighting the $7.99 charge. She can pay it but it's the principle of the idea that she never order the crap to begin with.

Where do I go now for some true assistance?

Blair.com scam - $14.95 charges to cc

I ordered something from Blair in August 2009, and they automatically enrolled me in a "marketing rewards" program, and I was charged $14.95 per month for 5 months. I called Blair and challenged this scam, and referenced the many complaints I read on the internet about this particular scam. They offered to reverse the charges, but I had to go up two levels and raise absolute hell to get it done. Call this number directly if it happens to you - [protected] and ask for Tanna.

Blair.com inferior products

I bought 6 pairs of Full Elastic Waist Band Jeans. Complete trash. The first pair I wore developed a small rip where the rear pockets were attached to the jeans. I wrote that off as a fluke. Unfortunately the next pair had the same problem after being worn once but ripped out completely before I reached home. (I'm 62 years old. The pants I purchased were NOT skin tight) Anyway I tried to salvage the other 5 pairs by having the local seamstress reinforce both rear pocket areas. That worked but at a cost of $6 per pair. Also the 'seamstress' noticed that the inseam of the pants were random measurement. Long story short... 4 of the 6 pairs I bought had to have the inseam length re-done at a cost of $10 per pair.

Now I have 5 'wear-able' jeans that cost to me $12 bucks per pair to make 'wear-able'. The jeans looked fine when I received them but the material they're made out of is inferior to any jeans I've ever bought in my 62 years...

Completely disappointed in my purchase. Another thing...with this company you have to watch out for hidden charges.

Blair.com stealing money from my credit card

Blair is stealing money from good, loyal and faithful customers by enrolling them in this scam called "Rewards" and then starting to take money from their accounts every month.
I consider what they are doing fraud and, luckily, I have attorneys in my family to go after them. If my $1.95 is not returned to my credit card account this week, then Blair is going to lose a lot of business in my area from relatives, church members, friends, and readers of my community newsletter.
Please, everyone who has been affected by fraudulent thievery, please stop ordering, find other sources for your clothing, and get every last penny of your money back! Linda Grounds

They took $15 per month (for 2 years) from me for a service call "SuperSaver"... which, supposedly made my shipping "free"... well, I only spent (at most) $60-80 per year which meant I was paying them $180 a year for 'free' shipping. The 'kicker'? I never enrolled in Supersaver, didn't know I had it. It was 'given' to me. They ended up refunding 6 months of the charges and said that was as far back as they could go without litigation.

This company is unreal how they charge so many charges under different names. I had charges going on daily! If you look all of them up Dentechwhitening, Ivory Smiles, Axis portal, wellness portal, some DVD thing it just kept going. There was charges from 86.00 to 62.00 to 7.98 all scams and WITH OUT my permission charging my credit card. I had to keep calling my credit card to dispute it but it was out of control. I finally got numbers called and chewed out EVERY ONE of them and said HOW DARE YOU USE MY CC with out my permission and a couple hung up on me. I finally had to report my card lost and contacted the Better Business Bureau. YOu have to report them, and I hope they will shut them down. It is truly fraud..

I myself just expericened this rip off from those same companies, they all do buisness under the same address. I was up to almost 200.00 and each day I checked it there was another one on there charging something. There was one called Axis portal, many that even stated an enrollment to a web site for fitness. I am more mad at myself for even falling for the FREE thing, nothing in this world is free. These companies are out of Burbank, CA and they are all linked to the same address if you seach for them. I also have reported them to the Credit card company and Better Business Bureau. Report them if anything has happened to, they need to be shut down!

Blair.com unauthorized charges

I continue to receive a $14.95 unauthorized charge on my account each month. I've contacted Blair numerous times. Each time I contact them they tell me I have to call xyz company & cancel the charge. I advised Blair I didn't authoirize this charge & it should not be my responsibility to chase down another company to terminate something I didn't authorize. Each time I call xyz company, I get a recording stating they are closed & they list their business hours. Ok, so I call during their "so called" business hours...NO ONE EVER ANSWERS! I've advised Blair of this & they claim there's nothing they can do on their end. I now have over $100.00 in unauthorized charges, my credit is suffering because of this & I REFUSE to pay for something I didn't authorize.

Blair.com $14.95 membership fee

I found another $14.95 charge on my credit card from Blair and knew I hadn't ordered anything this month.

They scammed me with some click here agreement to get awards. It's an award to them to agree to this.

I was very happy with my order, and was prepared to purchase future items, but I will never order another thing from this back stabbing, pocket picking, company that ranks right up there with the burglar dressed as a utility worker.

DON"T BUY ANYTHING FROM BLAIR !

i WAS TOLD BY HUGHES NET WHEN I ORDERED MY SERVICE THAT THERE WOULD BE NO CHARGES UNTIL AFTER MY 30 DAY TRIAL PERIOD TO SEE IF I LIKED THE SERVICE BUT AT THE SAME TIME MY CHECKING ACCOUNT WAS BEING BILLED $187.00 OF WHICH i DID NOT KNOW UNTIL I RECEIVED MY BANK STATEMENT, I CALLED HUGHES TO CANCEL AND REQUESTED A REFUND AND THEY TOLD ME THAT IT WAS NON-REFUNDABLE.

FROM WHAT I HAVE BEEN READING HERE WE ARE BETTER OFF NOT ORDERING FROM ANYONE. THESE COMPANIES ARE GETTING BY WITH TOO MUCH. WE NEED TO BOMBARD THE BBB WITH SO MANY COMPLIANTS THAT SOMETHING MIGHT HAPPEN.
SOMEONE/SOMEWHERE HAS GOT TO PUT A STOP TO ALL THE SUPPOSED TO BE CONTRACTS THAT WE ARE NOT TOLD ABOUT.

Blair.com non receipt and billing issues

Harrassing phone calls from World Financial Capital Bank for jewelry not received and one empty box which the local postmaster wrote on the invoice, stamped it and sent it back to them. I have made over 10 phone calls to get this corrected but no one seems to communicate within the other areas of the company. I have been told to call 5 different phone numbers to get this corrected and as of today's date to no avail. The last person I spoke with, Betty, was not listening to my problem and got very rude with me. I spoke with Dana on March 26 and she told me all would be taken care of - not as of today's date has this been done.

Three days ago I received yet another box from Blair Jewelry which I immediately marked "REFUSED" and returned it the same day.

I will never deal with this company again and warn all others to run as fast as you can to get away from them and their questionable retail dealings.

Blair.com get refund for blair rewards

If you unwittingly got suckered into Blair Rewards like I did, call Encore Marketing at [protected]. Their info says they can be reached at this number Mon-Fri from 9:00am-9:00pm ET (that's from 6:00am-6:00pm if you live on the West Coast). I called them today at about 11:30am from California and a very pleasant gal name Diane picked up right away and was VERY helpful. She disenrolled me from Blair Rewards and has credited my card with all charges from September 2008-March 2009. Blair is also much easier to reach by e-mail. I e-mailed them last night and received a reply today.

Blair.com blair rewards scam

The same thing happened to me. I don't know how, but I was enrolled in something called "Blair Rewards." Today I called Encore Marketing at [protected], the company that runs this scam and spoke to someone named Diane. She was very friendly and helpful and honored my request to be disenrolled from Blair Rewards and also said she would refund all charges. This will teach me to check my credit card more often! Diane told me that I have been enrolled in this thing since September of 2008! I don't see the refund yet, but I just called today so will give it some time to post. I could not get Blair on the phone (due to their message that they have an unusually hight volume of calls), but I did e-mail their customer service center about this as well las night and they responded to the e-mail today. Here is what they said:

Dear Ms. Monroe

Thank you for contacting us.

By signing and returning the acceptance card for the free item offered, you enrolled in a continuous marketing program. This authorized us to send periodic shipments of merchandise to you and bill your Blair Credit Card account. If you did not return the customer service card that accompanied the free item asking us to cancel you from the program, the merchandise continues to be sent every one to two months.

If you would like to removed from the program, please let us know.

We apologize for any misunderstanding.

Sincerely,
Elizabeth C.

The strange thing is that I never received any free item with or without a customer service card, so had no chance to tell them I wanted to disenroll. I do not recall signing an acceptance card either, but I do remember taking a survey on the Blair site that offered some amount off toward my next purchase and turned out to be horrendously long, and I think Blair Rewards might be tied in with that somehow. My lesson from this is to never, never, do online surveys!

Just noticed this charge on my credit card. Didn't sign up for anything. Has been occurring for 4 months, but didn't notice. I tried to cancel by their "contact us" form, but kept getting a "problem submitting your comments" error message. Called the "866" number and cancelled via automated system. We'll see what happens... Will continue to try to submit cancellation request via their online form, but have my doubts.

I am going t through the same thing right now 2013. So, apparently BLAIR DOESN'T CARE! I told them I don't have time to call and all they do is say " you have to call!" and the time I tried to call the number was busy! I had a FingerHut account . I sent them an e-mail and said I wanted to cancel and they said they were sorry to see me leave and said the account would be closed! "Done" That is how it should be. II am still trying to close my account, I will NEVER open a Blair account again NEVER even if they paid me ! I would open another FingerHut over Blair in a Heart Beat. What a Horribly dishonest way to treat customers .: (

My credit card, not Blair credit card, is being charged 14.95 every month for months now. I have never received any socalled free merchandise.
I never saw a card that I could have returned to decline the offer.
I want out and I want all money that was fraudulantly taken from my account, refunded.

I ordered from Blair because they have clothing sizes that are very hard to find.
I rather spent more time finding the right size than order from Blair again, unless they can explain this thing to me and refund my money.

I am going to check how to file with the Attorney General. When you work full time and take care of a very ill person, how on earth are you going to find time to call during business hours? how do you even remember to make the call.
Shame on you Blair. I thought you would make my life easier.

I just experienced tha same thing and called immediately to cancel and was told to call back during business hours. I can't believe Blair would risk losing it's solid reputation with this scam. It is so upsetting to me that I will not order again from Blair and I hope they know that this will have a similar effect of other customers. It's a shame because I really liked the clothing. Blair.com $14.95 unsolicited charge

I signed up for Blair Rewards under the impression it was a promotion offering discounts to regular, loyal customers. Instead I find a charge to me for "Blair Rewards" along with a membership card on the back of a magazine. And now, apparently from "out of the blue" I find a charge of $14.95. For what?. Someone seems to be taking advantage of some persons' naivte or gullibility.

I closed my account in March 2008 when they turned me down for cli. It took me three months to get them to put it on my credit report. I had to call and dispute it.
Now I have gotten two letters from them about the reason for not getting the cli. The first letter was dated 10/16/2008 The latest letter is dated 11/14/08. They keep referring to my credit as bad. How could I ask for cli when my account has been closed since March? I do believe Blair needs a different bank.
They keep referring to my REQUEST and my poor performance with them. It's been since March. HELLO!

I have same issue as others, $14.95 charge, called 3 times and they removed it. That was my only balance and when I didn't pay it the Comminity Bank rep. called me and said I was 2 months late with my payment. I argued with her on the phone and she demanded my bank acct. info. to get a payment that minute, I refused. I paid it the next day to avoid any issue until it was resolved, but they turned it over to the credit bureau. I wrote a letter as well as called & still no resolution after 2 weeks. This is a scam and bad for Blair. I canceled my acct. (15 years) & still no response.

Well, I've learned my lesson! I don't check my credit card charges very well, but I have found charges of $14.95/month for about 9 months for their "Rewards Program." I have ordered a few things for my Mother and have never signed anything or gotten anything free from them. I tried to call their customer service number and they gave me the same # as the writer above but got a recording since they were closed. I will try next week. What a rip off! I can't believe they are still getting away with doing this to their customers. I surely won't be buying anything else from them.

Blair.com false tracking numbers, billed for items not received

Placed order December 2008. Three days after the order was placed, I received an email with tracking numbers. After the tracking numbers failed, I tried to call several times but the system says "due to high call volume, we are unable to take your call at this time, please try your call again later". The system hangs up on you after the message. I have submitted inquiries through the Blair email service. On February 2, 2009, I received an email from Blair apologizing for the delay. The email claims the product was shipped. No new tracking numbers have been provided. Today, I received my Blair Credit Card Bill and it lists the transaction date of my December 2008 order as 1/16/2009. The Blair branded card is offered by World Financial Bank and they claim that they cannot void the charge without confirmation from customer service. I have tried to call Blair Customer Service once every hour today and I receive the same message about "high call volume" and the system hangs up. I have ordered from Blair several times over the past 5 years. I can only conclude that the company is going out of business or has already shut the doors. I will write the Attorney General's office next.

Blair.com unfair business practices

Where do I begin to list all of the poor customer service practices of Blair? I submitted an order online for 2 items on Dec. 4, 2008. Paid full shipping fees. I called them on Dec. 18th because I needed the items before Christmas. Their phone service will generally not let you stay on hold if they are busy, so you have to waste time redialing their number before you can get through (around 30 minutes each time you call). Then you wait on hold for 15 minutes or more when you finally do enter their phone system. Finally, I got to a service agent who was unable to tell me whether the items had shipped or when they might arrive. I asked to cancel the order since I needed to rush out and buy replacement Christmas gifts at that late date ( in the middle of all the last minute Christmas crowds) to assure that I had presents for 2 very dear relatives. They told me that they couldn't cancel the order because it MIGHT have already shipped. They said that if it hadn't already shipped, they were trying to get expedited shipping on the late packages, but their system wouldn't show what the status was for another day or two. So, what was I to do? Finally, the package arrived on Dec. 23rd. One of the items was very flimsy and the other item was a completely different item than I had ordered and I could not use it. I had to brave the day before Christmas shopping mob when I had many other things to do. So, I called Blair again and asked how to return the item (again taking 45 minutes to get through their phone system). They agreed to remove the shipping charge and not to charge me return shipping. They did remove the original shipping charge from my credit card. I was told to use their "Smart Label" to return the wrong item. I did as directed and took the package to the post office, where I was told that their label did not have sufficient information to be mailed! So, I had to go home, search online for a new "Smart Label" to print with my printer and ink. I taped it to the package, drove back to the post office and mailed the package on Jan 7, 2009. Here we are on Feb. 3rd, 2009 with no credit on my credit card yet. I checked the online package tracking, which indicates that they received the package at their return center on Jan. 22nd. So, I called them again-- taking 30 minutes to get through-- and inquired about when I will receive my credit. I was told that they are installing a new system and I would have to wait yet another couple of weeks for my credit! In a nutshell, I will never buy from this company again. Shop at your own risk!

Blair.com fraud

Placed order on Rockport shoes on 01-13-2009. It was on back order until 01-28-2009 and then cancelled on 01-23-2009. Checked today(01-24-2009) the same shoe is available on their website. Blair's scam is to try to trick you into signing their promotion and start charging you membership fees. Do not fall for their trick! I'd never buy from Blair.

Backordered items are a pain. I have ordered from Blair for years. Most of the time my stuff comes on time and they are really good with returns and exchanges. Backorders are often the fault of the factory that makes the crap they sell. I don't know what goes on over there at "ye olde sweat shop" but they must make a deal to send so many dozens of a certain item, yet never promise when the items will be made. I have a bedspread on backorder right now, it has been two months and the date still keeps getting moved so many days ahead. I used to work in the garment industry, so I'm a bit more patient. I figure that maybe the machine that makes the fabric broke down, probably 100 years old, and has to have parts custom made. So they get the parts and install them but because they mess around with the old wiring while putting the parts in, the thing catches fire when they turn it on...so they get someone to come and fix the wiring but he says he has to rewire the whole thing, and on it goes. I once ordered two pair of pants from Blair that were backordered, after waiting months they finally said they were sorry but they couldn't fill my order. I can only imagine what happened at the factory, fire, flood, earthquake, but Blair refunded my money.

Blair.com charges

During check out there is a pop-up offering a coupon on future purchases at Blair. When you click on the coupon and enter e-mail address, you accepted membership and charges in Blair Rewards and billing of $14.95 per month on your Visa card (they already have number because you made a purchase) Then if you call Blair customer service about the charge they say they can't help you because it is an outside vendor. They say you must call a toll free # (when you call you'll find they only operate during normal business hours...when most of us are at work) This amounts to selling your Visa # to a company you don't know and have not agreed to do business with, and don't have a reasonable opportunity to accept or decline. You can back button all day but once you click the coupon you're caught.I had to call Visa and even then it only applied to future charges (because I accepted the terms by putting in my e-mail address (thinking I'd get a coup[on) ADVICE DON"T BUY FROM BLAIR!

Blair customer service is the worst I have encountered with a catalog company. I will never order from them again, or recommend them to friends.

I ordered from Blair one skirt which I regret horribly. It was the wrong size so I sent it back with the return label they provided. Once they received the skirt back they debited my account again for the skirt, and also 9.99 to send it back with the label they provided. Since the pending debits always get credited first I had a debit of 29.99 charged to my account and it was several days till I received the credit. They then told me since I had problems with the skirt being the incorrect size they would credit me the 9.99 which they did but 2 weeks later they debited my account for 20.00 again. I called the bank and the bank advised me to cancel my debit card out as they now had my debit card number. I attempted to contact them it took 15 minutes to get a customer service person to talk to, but when i did she was way out of it. I asked to talk to a supervisor, according to her the supervisor told her to take my number and he would call me back which never happened. She would not give me her name or the supervisors name she told me to send/mail them my bank statement and they would look into it. I asked for a fax number she gave me the fax number but failed to give me the correct area code. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE..MY 29.99 skirt has now cost me 49.99..

I had the same problem. When I called to complain and cancel, they complied, but I had no idea I had joined this. I will never shop there again!

Blair.com contacting and service

I placed a large order for christmas on 12/05/08. I received a partial order on 12/24/08 and the remainder after Christmas. When I finally received my completed order I was charged for the same shirt twice and also charged shipping although the catalog stipulated FREE SHIPPING on all orders. I have been trying to resolve my charges for over a week at all hours of any day and I keep getting a recording saying they are very busy and disconnect my call. I am extremly frustrated and angry because I cannot resolve my issues.

I'm wondering how can they can put women XL clothing in with plus size category and charge for plus sizes when the men XL clothing isn't charged extra or put in the big or tall category. Isn't this discrimination against the women.

I ordered some solutions from them in Dec 2013 and they put me on some kind of monthly discount program without my knowledge. I have been getting charged $14.95 for almost a year! I called and they could only refund me for 4 months!

My elderly mother gets harassing (including swearing) from this company (blair.com). They start calling her at 8am and dont stop until 8-9pm. Her payment was last due to having major surgery and they are harassing her so bad she is now afraid to answer the phone. They have threatened to take her social security money out of her bank account even.

Blair.com fraudulent business practices

As a first-time customer of Blair.com, I would like to warn anyone who is considering doing business with this company of its fraudulent business practices including:

1. Blair.com advertises products as available on their website and does not tell you the item is on back order until the items delivery due date has expired. Then Blair.com fraudulently refuses to cancel your order, saying your item is “in shipping” only to tell you later that it is again on back-order.
2. Blair.com routinely restricts customer complaints by preventing calls to their customer service via the only contact number on their website: [protected]. If you call this number it will always tell you: “We are currently experiencing unusually high call volume and are unable to handle your call at this time. Please try your call again later.” This message has gone on for two months now! Call it and see for yourself.

On 11/28/08 I purchased items as Christmas gifts. The shipping policy on the Blair.com website clearly states: “In-stock merchandise typically arrives in 7-10 business days with standard delivery.” After 3 weeks of not receiving my items, I tried to contact Blair.com at the number on their website listed above. This is when I first encountered the message ““We are currently experiencing unusually high call volume and are unable to handle your call at this time. Please try your call again later.” After trying to contact them by phone for a week, I completed the Contact Us form on their website. It took 5 days to get an email back from someone at the company who said the item would be shipped in the next few days. By that time, it would be too late to receive the items before Christmas. So, I sent an email back requesting that they cancel my order. Here’s the response I received:

“Thank you for contacting Blair.

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel your order as requested because it is in the shipping to be shipped. We experienced some shipping delays but are working diligently to get orders out as quickly as possible.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

Sincerely,
Jan

Five days later I received the following email from [protected]@blairshop.com

We value your business... that's why we're sending this message to make sure you're up-to-date on the progress of your order. The current status of each item is listed below. Any recent changes are highlighted in red. Your online order was submitted: 11/28/08

ITEM 1 Back Order 12/13/08

ITEM 2 Back Order 12/13/08

ITEM 3 Back Order 12/13/08”

After receiving this email I sent a second request by email to cancel my order, but never got a response. I tried once again to contact the company at the customer service phone # provided but just kept getting the same phone message to tray back later.

After two more weeks of failed attempts to cancel my order I contacted my credit card company. Luckily, they were able to reverse the charges made to my credit card by Blair.com

Here’s my advice: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

If it’s too late and you’re reading this because you are in a similar predicament, try contacting your credit card company and getting the charges reversed. Then, if your items ever do get shipped to you, refuse delivery. If the items are delivered when your not home just return them to the Post Office, UPS or whoever delivered them – and GOOD LUCK!

In the past I have had good luck with Blair. However; my most recent order is encountering problems. Fortunately, the problem is my credit card company will not authorize the charge based on the information Blair has. I have tried contacting them for four days by both phone and e-mail with the same results as the above complaints.

When calling you always hear “We are currently experiencing unusually high call volume and are unable to handle your call at this time. Please try your call again later.” No option is given for leaving a message as most businesses do. They do not respond to e-mail as their site claims they try to respond within 24 hours. Four days later, I have no response.

I fear the company is on its way to bankruptcy so advise anyone not to do business with them.

Blair.com cannot find out about order

Placed an order on 12/14/08 and 4 days later received a letter to call them. Tried calling and getting through to their hold dept. 8 different times and could not get through. The number on their web site [protected], I have never been able to get through on. Here it is 3 weeks later and I still haven't been able to straighten out my order. This company has got to have the worst customer service I have ever experienced and I'm just wondering if they're going bankrupt?

I ordered two items from Blair that I didn't like the quality of or fit so I contacted the company regarding a $9.99 return shipping fee and questioned Why I should have to pay $10 for something I Didn't keep ! They still deducted the fee from my refund, so I'm finished with Blair and it's other holdings!

my problem is I paid my bill in full but am billed for 12.98. I can not speak to anyone to get this resolved. I want to cancel my credit card and I can't even talk to someone about canceling the credit card. I have enjoyed my clothing from Blair but I am very upset about the fact that Blair is unreachable.
