Blackstone Nutrition Had a lot of trouble contacting company for refund

This is in response to all of the consumers who ordered Leptovox over the internet and have had problems getting a refund. Here is what to do since they do not list a telephone number in their ad, and the one listed on my credit card statement was bogus! I finally received a refund less shipping and handling after quite an ordeal and wish to pass it along to you. They tell you to get a delivery confirmation from your post office and to send back all of the empty bottles and any other bottles in resalable condition. Once your delivery confirmation number shows that your package has arrived, you will then email them with the delivery confirmation number as well as your payment information and order number. Please send them the condition of all bottles used, unopened, etc. Once they have verified by your delivery confirmation number that your package has been returned, they will issue a refund to your account. They state that if this information is not provided no refund will be issued. All returns should be sent to: Blackstone Nutrition, 96 N. 1800 W. 11, Lindon, UT. 84042 YOU MUST ALSO INCLUDE YOUR ORIGINAL RECEIPT! I sent several emails to sites for Leptovox/Blackstone Nutrition. I received an email back from after I had already packaged everything up a week before, but thank God had done all that they had asked me to do in the email. I hope this is useful to you! This has definitely made a huge impression on me about ordering diet aids over the internet!

Received a completely different product than what I ordered. The phone number is constantly busy, and no response to email. Since I paid with PayPal, I opened a dispute through them, hoping that this may get some action.

Order a diet pill and never recieved it even though I paid alot of money for it. And there is no way to contact company. It is a ###ed company and I hope are caught and thrown in jail.

Will not answer phone or emails after several attempts. Product made me sick. Trying to get a refund, but it looks like they are scamming people. Do not buy from this Company under any circumstances, they are dishonest and NOT Credible.

Ordered fenphedra on 8/14/08 and it is now 8/25/08 and I have not received the product.

i would try contacting the company. They would most likely give you a refund it you truly did not receive your product.

Perhaps opening a complaint with PayPal worked! I received an email from Blackstone the next day, and the correct product was shipped out.

I ordered from them a few days ago and it said my package is delivered yesterday.

I have a buddy that is going through law school and he told me i can file a law suite
for fraud...i wont take it that far though i lost 22 bucks. but if they take money without me knowing i will sue. thats invasion.

I got my order thats not right I got only 1 bottle of Leptovox instead of 3.I got 2 7-dd instead of 1 and i also got 2 Mo2v8ion instead of 1. Order ID BSTON-[protected]-555011. THANKS FOR NOTHING Garfield Beemer

Blackstone Nutrition Cannot reach company for money back guarantee!

I ordered Leptovox on March 6 or 7th, 2008 and received my order on March 10, 2008. I tried the pills and they gave me nervousness and heart rate increased. I sent the unused bottles back on March 31, 2008 with the understanding from their money back guarantee that I would be refunded all but shipping and handling. They received the product back in their office on April 3, 2008. I sent an e-mail on April 4, 2008 and had no response. I tried calling the number on my credit card statement and there is no such listing. I called information in Utah and there is no listing for Blackstone Nutrition. It is a shame that companies can go online and sell products to consumers and run a scam and nothing is done to them.

I ordered from these people in oct'07 and received it in Dec'07. I actually loved the product. I ordered again on Jan02, '08 and another order for a freind on Feb10, '08. I sent an email asking about these orders and did not receive a reply. It is now Apr, 09, '08 and still no reply and no product. These people should be held accountable for the 300+ dolllars I was brilliant enough to pay them. And I am really annoyed that I truly was happy with the product. Live & learn I guess.

I placed an order on Feb 28 and am still waiting for my goods on April 8 - I have sent numerous emails and had no reply - I am now down £60. I think it's disgraceful that in this day and age with all the internet security that scams like this can still run!
