They have a fake voice mail that says customer reps are busy. The website says $9.95 and they took $63.00 from my account. They are liers and fraudsters! I cannot get them on the phone and I cannot get them to e-mail me back. I am about to take legal actions on this company! ASAP

I have been a member w/ them since December 2008 they sent me a e-mail saying the system was down for a couple of days but i would recieve the days down added on to my time left on the site witch was 3 weeks. When i tried to login it did not recognize my e-mail & still does not. I have sent several e-mails & yet to recieve a responce, also there is no number to contact them. This is really bad business cause they didn't have a problem taking my money but now theres a problem w/ contacting me or just giving my money back to me.

I have been a member since October of 2008. Recieved an email from the company that I need to change my password. October 17, 2010. I subscribed to black people meet.com for 30 days. After the seventh day, I was no longer able to chat with other members, check to see who was sending me messages, search for members that I was interested in, unless I upgraded my subscription. Well I would at first like to see how far I would go within the 30 days but I didn't get that opportunity. If Black people that are behind this website, you should say what you mean, and mean what you say. I am very disappointed, No, I do not want a refund, I only want what I paid for.
