black berry mobile tv service / wrong information

Sir,
My name ia abdul kader Karothi Moosa Iam using blackberry service past of two years without internet services (excluding 6 months etilsalat offer), My device model is 9500 smartphone, i purchased from etissalat customer centre Binsouqet at Rashdiya.
Today (26/12/2010, Time:9:26:16 AM) I received one message from etisalat mention that the following message...
dear customer now you can enjoy Mobile TV on your Black Berry Handsets! watch 20 channels live on your mobile, etc per month AED 39 only.

Afterwards i contact 101 call center collect complete details and again I contact 125 following the instructions, also i charged AED 39. After some time I received one message and contact blackberry centre, they need to AED 185 per month, for charge to mobile tv services ( they have two packages one for 90 AED and 185 unlimited), my question and complaint is why not mention above message "DEAR VALUED INTERNET CUSTOMER"
Sir how refund my deposited amount, otherwise charge to mobile tv connection without extra charge(185 AED)
