BJ's Wholesale Club butternut squash ravioli lean cuisine

I am very grossed out and annoyed. My boyfriend and I shop every two weeks at bjs and I bought these and I went onto eat one and they ravioli was like not cooking through all the way and getting hard so I looked at the date to when it's good til and it expired two months ago . And it's still on the shelf. I work in customer service and I know how important it is to rotate product but two months for food. I am very disappointed and upset. I could have gotten sick if I didn't check the date.

BJ's Wholesale Club customer service

7/3/18 Greenfield Massachusetts store has gone to promote the self checkout. I do not agree with no checkout clerks. That is a paid profession and if I am forced to do it myself, I should be compensated for it...Cashiers need to be there...If this situation does not resolve I will be searching for another discount club or just purchase online...You will lose at least 2-300 dollars per month from myself and my family alone based upon POOR customer service...I should not have to cash myself out without compensation...I asked customer service to give me a voucher for services rendered and was politely dismissed and it was not their decision to force people to use self checkout and I should take it up with corporate...The next time I am forced to cash myself out you will receive a labor bill.

BJ's Wholesale Club customer service

I was ignored by two employees at the self check out. I was there for 7 minutes asking for help, while the two employees there ignored. However helping other customers who came up at the self checkout long after me. I got time of waiting, so I walk over to customers service and asked for help. I will not be shopping there anymore, very DISAPPOINTED

BJ's Wholesale Club gas station

Station in akron ohio once again dont care about our members does not let customers know of the issue that gift cards or debit cards arent working.. Been going on for 4 days now and its very annoying.. Plus they are making the gas station attendant angry and all of us members.. Something needs to needs to be done or im taking my membership to sams club

BJ's Wholesale Club wesley farms bacon

Last week i purchased this bacon at bjs in Valley Stream, NY. I have bought this bacon a few times before and have experienced this same problem before. The bacon was on sale for $8.99 well i decided to cook the bacon today and was totally upset by the quality of the bacon and the way it was packaged. The bacon was sheer fatty and the slicing was in pieces and scraps. It was not a full package and the front of the package appeared to be ok. When i unpacked the bacon and turned it over i was disgusted that i had purchased this product again. It's not fair to customers and our families to be given scraps like this to people who have to feed their families and try to make ends meet. On a fixed income and very disgusted.

BJ's Wholesale Club lack of employees/prices/lack of product

6/3/2018
1) Product was not available on one aisle. On the next aisle the product was so high up I had to hunt down assistance to get it because they never filled the spot where the product goes.
2) Your prices are going up so high it is better to wait for Publix to have it on BOGO. On top of that you have cut staff at the check out. Makes no sense what you are doing.
3) No cashier lanes just self check out. 1 employee to take care of 4 registers. The self check out lane had no hand gun I had to pickup the heavy stuff and run it over the scanner. Cashiers are the last thing a customer will remember when your business. No cashiers to me is very unfriendly to your customers.
4)No help to take heavy items out. Saw a little old lady trying to load a heavy item in to her car. She was told there was no one there that could help her. My daughter had to go help her. The little old lady told us she was going to check out Costcos or Sams. I told her I would be doing they same thing. Lack of product, Lack of Help, Lack of Cashiers and jacking the prices up. How can you justify jacking the prices up when you have no HELP no Cashiers. Your company is not friendly to your customers. Your company does not deserver my money and I am not the only one thinking and saying this.

i hate BJs I thought it would be good to load coupons on your card. I load them all so I can take advantage of deals. Well they dont come up when I come to the register only 6 came up and I ended up paying more than Costco on many items.

BJ's Wholesale Club bad service from the general sale manager

Pembroke Pines, FL location: Where the customers are always wrong.
On a recent shopping experience on Saturday before mother's day I experienced the worst attitude from of all people, the general manager of this store " Fred" . The store was very full and many customers were in line, I particularly on the self check out lane, which had 3 registers. Suddenly a register was available and a member from another line jumps in front and heads to this register. All of those in line were upset and immediately let the member know that there was a line and people waiting who's turn it was, not theirs. The manager, who was standing there and witnessed this said there was nothing he could do. We told him that as the manager he certainly can tell the member to get back in the line where they were and wait their turn, while allowing the member who's turn it was to go in place. He then proceeded to tell us that we had become loud and that he was trying to avoid a riot! We were all offended by this statement as none of us were in any way violent or appeared to become so, we merely wanted the person that had jumped in front of those patiently waiting not to be able to get their way. He then condescendingly told us to have a happy mother's day. I turned and let all the other members waiting in line to remember that the wonderful thing about technology is that we can all go on line and write about our experience with this manager. The manager then came up to me and said, you go right ahead and post on line ma'm and I will respond. I was so appalled by this man and his overall attitude. He does not belong as a manager or in any capacity dealing with the public, as he clearly does not know how. I hope that BJ's corporation does something about re-training this person. In the meantime, I plan to and caution all of you to avoid this store location.

BJ's Wholesale Club poor support and fake promise

Date of purchase-March 06th
Product bought-Pulsar gasoline push Lawn Mower
Issue Reported - April 23rd
The lawn mower was defective and it is beyond working condition. I'm unable to set the cutting height of the grass. The lever doesn't stay in the groves. I called BJ's customer support asking for full refund and procedure to return this product. Day 1 they asked me to take it to BJ's Authorized Service Center (until today I don't know where on earth it is). Day 2, they asked me to take it to Pulsar service center (which they don't have). Day 3 - 6 went with empty promises (I'll check and get back, we apologies, talk to local BJ's club manager etc). Day 7 BJ's created return order and said they'll arrange UPS to pick it from my house. Day 8 they canceled the return order stating it is a miscommunication. Day 9 UPS guys are in front of my house :-) Day 11 called BJ's and the sweet talking support promised to address the issue in 6 hours. It is more than 6 hours and no response. Day 12 spoke to supervisor (Tracy Ann B) and she even promised to call her directly. They asked me to call Pulsar service center for replacement unit and not refund.
Day 13 Trying to reach Tracy, no response. Tried multiple times and my misery continues... What irritates me is the empty promises which you guys are making. If you don't have a resolution, go and find out before communicating it. I'm entitled for full refund and I'm not asking for any favors.

Trust me never ever I'll recommend anyone to BJ's.

BJ's Wholesale Club organic dried calimyrna figs

Purchased: April 7, 2018

Purchased a bag of organic dried figs, when I got in the car I popped one in my mouth only to find out it didn't taste good and was covered in mold!

Very disappointed in this purchase, the bag didn't have any "window" so it is not possible to view product before buying. I will be more cautious in the future.

I did return the figs a few days later, but I feel I should be offered something for the terrible experience! Are there any credits available for such an occurrence?

BJ's Wholesale Club home improvement offers

I consulted with the home improvement services in your store about 10 years ago and their contract states no affiliation with BJ'S. I did not use their services. I am very annoyed that I get approached by salespeople anywhere in the store. If I need the services I will come to the station that's set up for them in the store. Why does BJ'S allow this constant annoyance. I am a regular customer and the rotating salespeople wouldn't know that. I don't want to be rude to the salespeople so I am pleading with you to stop them from approaching me while I'm shopping. Thank you.

BJ's Wholesale Club gift card scam - fees and taxes

We booked a family vacation which totaled $4800. No complaints on how the travel worked or with the before service. I did not contact them during the trip.

We were promised a $100 gift card which did arrive last week. The thing is the information that came with the card stated that if you had $4000 - $5000 in costs you would be eligible for $150. Guessing there was no way the fees and taxes should be equal to $800 we called. After a half an hour wait, the representative could not help us and sent the inquiry up the food chain.

Two days later they came back stating the pre-tax and fee price was $3900, so $100 is correct. Let's just say that I am incredulous. Fees and taxes nearly 25 percent? A little stiff.

BJs Travel should list the actual cost and then the total cost for full disclosure.

BJ's Wholesale Club caution: credit card cheating, they setup the credit card without asking

Stay Away. Terrible customer service. Caution: Credit Card Cheating, they setup the credit card without asking. no store manager showed up when customer complaint. I don't want to purchase anything from its store.

I never want to be a member of BJ's again. We visited the BJ's wholesale in Dedham, Mass on January 14, 2018 with my family. I told the customer service that we want to join its membership. The employee Mr. Brickman asked my driver's license, last 4 of social security number and salary. After I told him my salary, I felt that it was wrong. I told him that I want a membership card only, I don't want a credit card, but he did without my permission. I asked to talk to a store manager. We waited more than 15 minutes, there was no store manager showed up.

Finally, I went to the cashier's area talk to "Bernardo" a font line supervisor of cashier. He told me that membership card and credit card are totally different. It does not need the BJs credit card for its membership. They already approved a BJ's Mastercard to me, but no store membership card to me.

I did not sign anything, I did not even fill out any paper application. they already approved the credit card. I didn't even have opportunity to stop the credit card. I never asked a credit card.

BJ's Wholesale Club gas station - slow pumps

This BJ's gas station used to be a fine example of efficiency and great prices. Unfortunately some sort of upgrade was just completed resulting in what must be the SLOWEST gas pumps in all of New London County.

I asked the attendant about the issue, mentioning that the last few times I filled up at the station the pumps seemed abnormally slow. She said she didn't know anything about it, she was just filling in for someone. She seemed annoyed that someone had the audacity to question the slow pumps.

If you need a quick fill up avoid this place.

BJ's Wholesale Club online customer service

If I could give BJs less than one star rating, I would.

The facts:
First time customer. Ordered two line items (online) on a Saturday morning.
Sent a message to Bj's CRM system as a return mail, deleting one of line items two hours later.
Repeated the same delete message on Tuesday (it was Labor Day weekend), before any shipping notice arrived.

Company ignored my first two messages, claimed they never received them.
BJs responded on my third contact, by advising me to refuse shipment.
That was impossible. Pre-paid shipments/deliveries are just left at the door.

Contacted their chat line on the next business day after shipment arrived. Explained all this and was issued an RA, plus "no shipping fee" promise of by service rep (Manley).
(Think : Amazon returns.)
Unfortunately, the promised UPS shipping tag wouldn't open.

The next day, I contacted BJs through their chat line again.
I was then told that Manley had made a "mistake" and there were no provisions for my "buyers remorse".

Long story short ... I just terminated the chat at that moment.
There are other sad details in all this, but suffice to say BJs has affirmed its one star rating.
This is not about the $$. Its about horrific "customer service", at every level.

My strong advice is : Unless you are confident you will NEVER EVER need actual customer service, AVOID BJs at all cost!
(I suspect its offshore, but lack proof of that)
I can confirm however, that the inner works of their "customer service" department is a slo-mo speed train wreck!

BJ's Wholesale Club diapers huggies

Am so disgusted by this brand.. My baby has huge rashes on his butt do to this brand of diapers... I bought a box of 180 diapers from bjs last week 10/29/2016 I spend 43. Dollars for all this diapers.. And I m so desperate to get my. Money back... I don't have words to explain how much pain my. Baby has going thru for the bad quality of this product..

Someone please get back to me.. Please check this picture it's my baby on his 3 day with huge rashes... My baby never experienced this... Only when I switch to huggies... I need. My. Money back am a single mother and I need to get someone to respond me. Back...

BJ's Wholesale Club customer service after sale

Booked cruise thru BJ's Travel, and had issues on our cruise.
Could not get ahold of BJ's Travel when I called their number, only options were to check on a existing reservation or make new reservation, eventually got ahold of them after a person working for BJ's Wholesale Club forwarded my complaint to them.
Played phone tag with BJ's Travel for a week, last call I made was on 9/19/16, leaving my name, my complaint, my home & cell numbers.
Today is 10/9/16, never got back to me again.
IF your looking for service after the sale, I did NOT get any service at all.
Will never use BJ's Travel AGAIN.

I have used the services of BJS Auto Sales. I have paid the full sum for the services and the company started to take money from me. I haven’t noticed it before, but the company took huge sum of money from me. I don’t have any thoughts of how to return money back. I need someone’s help or advice. Please, post comments.

BJ's Wholesale Club they booked tickets to wrong airport

People, don’t book anyflights-hotel packages through the company BJ’s Travel. We booked such package, but the company didn’t book the tickets to correct airport. When we got the tickets and found out that it was wrong airport, the company refused to help because it was too late already. But we arrived to the airport and it 4 hours away from the hotel. It was inconvenient.

BJ's Wholesale Club they booked only one room, but we paid for two

We came to the company Bjs Neat Travel and asked to book two rooms for us. The total sum was $260 and this sum was taken promptly from our account. But we received the confirmation email through the email, but there was only one room indicated. We contacted them and told that they booked wrong amount of rooms for us, but they refused to listen to it. As well as they could find the proof of our payment at all. Real rip off.

BJ's Wholesale Club bj's does not take care of their management staff

BJ’s does not take care of their management staff. They are expected to work horrible hours. Their is this woman located out of Toms River. Her name is Lori. She is just beyond brutal. She had a manager go out on stress. He could not handle her mentally. She is verbally so abusive to her managers. I am just a family member that has listened to this. I have been witness to her text that are horribly abusive. She sends drunk text email and especially drunk text messages at all hours of the night.

She hides beyond the fact that she had cancer and hurt her leg. We all sympathize for whatever she has gone through. But she never comes out to help and stays home and barks orders. No…I take that back…she is so verbally abusive to everyone…that they are afraid of her. This is intimidation. I have been around all of the managers. Everyone is afraid for their jobs. Tough time. Tough economy. It has many of us wondering why BJ’s …knowing her behavior…would allow people to be treated this way. No one wants to say anything. They are all frightened of their jobs. But this particular manager has truly taken advantage of everyone and does not lead by leading.
