Subject: Request for Redressal of customer Grievance.


Dear Sir/Ma’am,

It is a painstaking submission to approach and soliciting a few moments of your invaluable time addressing to redressal of my grievance at bottom end of all possible means of redressal measures at Kanpur office, under the able supervision of Service Head (Mr.K.S.Chauhan).

I am an customer of Bajaj auto Ltd. I’ve Purchased a bike Platina no. UP-78 BQ5573 from Society Motors, SaketNagar, Kanpur U.P on 11sep08.and now I am suffering from the problem of defective battery, I also did complaint no. of times against that at saketnagar showroom but there is no body takes a responsibility for that .they mentally harrashed me. Now I am unable to do anything, due to that I am doing complaint against this.
I earnestly request your good self to please look into the matter as a tip of iceberg to nip in the bird so that such incidents of unprofessional and not conforming to the ethics of Bajaj should not demotivate the customers.
