Ordered 2XL women's Nike NFL Jersey. Received what is supposed to be a 3XL. Is extremely small. Contacted seller only to be told the size is correct, no refund . I even sent pictures of the Jersey at their request showing it was only 19" across the chest. Company still refuses to help, blew me right off. I would like to send this Jersey to your quality control section for size verification. Once my issue is verified I strongly suggest Nike discontinue conducting business with these rip off companies. Thank you.
Buyer Beware! I ordered from OFFICIALUSASPORTS.COM three NFL jerseys in a woman's large and received youth sized jerseys that I cannot even put on. I am not a large person. I normally wear small to medium but like my jerseys over sized. I contacted the company who would not give a refund or provide me with a reasonable (free) method to return them. I contacted Paypal and was denied a refund through them. So paid over $100 for three jerseys that are completely useless.
I ordered from OFFICIALUSASPORTS.COM a few weeks ago, and I'm waiting on some sort of confirmation that my order was shipped.
I email them, and a few days later I get this generic cut and paste replay:

It looks like there are many sites under one umbrella. I couldn't find anything about the website I was buying from, but the payment confirmation email from market@fanzoutlet.com brings up a whole slew of red flags. At this point, I hope I get anything at all so I have something to show for the $180 I spent.
For those who actually got something from these guys, how long did it take to show up?
GOT MY JERSEYS! It took 2 tries to get out of china, but I finally received my 3 jerseys. I'm happy with the quality, but they sent two visitor jerseys instead of the home jerseys I ordered.
They sent me the wrong jersey and wanted to pay to ship it back or get a 10% refund. Scam. Buyer beware.
I too wish I had seen this site before placing my order. I ordered large, they shipped XLarge. it fit waay large on top, the bottom was too tight for me to even put on ( I am a size 4 ladies) they said oh we shipped a bigger size since our sizes run small- they told me to keep it and they would refund 10% (really? spend $47.99 and they refund $4.99 on something no one can wear?) or they would give me a 15% discount if i wanted to send more money western union. I asked them 10 times for a return address, they kept saying no, if you return we may never receive it, so it is not good for you to return. Luckily i paid with Paypal. they refunded my return shipping charges, and the full price of the jersey, after waiting over a month and never hearing back from the seller. This company is a scam, and very misleading. I too thought I was buying from a NFL store.
I had a similar problem but I disputed the charge so Fanzoutlet is without payment. They are trying to get me to pay but instead I contacted enforcement@nike.com and counterfeit@nike.com and I had an internet chat with NFL and they plan to send this to their fraud department. You might want to contact these websites also to shut down this phony, illegal company.
Oh, and they even sent a fake email to my credit card co with my name on it saying I love the items and want to reverse the dispute. These crooks should be shut down & sent to prison.
I read your note and called my credit card company and they told me the vendor could not ask the credit card company to release payment. It is in my record to refuse payment. Nike and NFL fraud department have been notified and sent me an email that they will investigate this company for illegally using their branded items.
I too placed an order for 4 jerseys thinking It was an official Milwaukee Brewers site (authenticbrewershop.com), only to discover too late it is some sweat shop in China selling knock-offs. I placed my order on Nov. 22, 2018 & after 2 days tried to cancel after reading reviews. They claimed they couldn't because it had already shipped. Their charge to my card also was higher than the invoice they sent. Shockingly I actually did receive my order almost a month later but they were all knock-offs & sizes were not accurate. I contacted my bank 2 days after I ordered them & after their investigation removed the payment to (fanzoutlet.com) which is who you are really dealing with. I have been emailing back & forth with Polly from customer service trying to get them to send a return label but they keep saying it is too expensive & I should keep the order & send payment to western union. They have dropped the price a bit but will not receive a penny from me. I keep telling them they misrepresented their product but they just want some $$ & refuse to send a label. I will not return at my cost so we shall see what happens. Like they say "if it sounds too good to be true..." Please do your research before impulse buying as I did.

Finally, they said they would settle for $30 sent via Western Union. I assured them, that as soon as I could verify that it was Official Nike Gear, I would get them their money :) haha. Well, today, the Fake, and the real jersey from NFL Fan Shop arrived. HOLY crap, what a difference. The Fanzoutlet one is embarrassing, to say the least. I have now blocked their emails, and will not be doing anything else, except giving the fake jersey to a child. It is about 2 sizes smaller than the NFL official jersey, of the "Same Size". I would give zero starts if I could. And I sure wish I would have seen this thread before placing my order over 2 weeks ago. This was supposed to be a Christmas present for my son. I honestly thought it was "the official store" for the NBA team. This player is new as he was just drafted from the NCAA earlier this year, so it's almost impossible to find his jersey. The shipping email that I got on 12/14/18 said it would arrive in 7-12 days. Today is 12/26---12 days later, and still nothing. I checked the tracking number and it's not been updated since 12/21/18, when it was still in China. What a huge waste!
WOW, wish I found this thread before I placed my order. Ordered a Winnipeg Jets shirt #29 Laine for my daughter for XMas and got a #17 Lowry jersey. Wanted to exchange it and like a few of you got the broken english reply "Sorry my friend you order shirt you received" and that was that. POS company, and YES, very misleading that they are official NHL gear. I will file a complaint with law enforcement and credit card company to help shut these [censored]s down. Love to see a Trump tariff on these DB's to put them out of business.
I ordered a jersey and got the wrong name on it. They are now claiming that I never paid for it... huh? What a crap company.
Now they are emailing me constantly telling me I need to pay. I have the credit card receipts and they don’t believe it. Easy... I blocked their email address. Reported it as spam.

I don't even recall a 'send' or 'submit' button to confirm the order but the order went through nonetheless. Tried to cancel immediately and of course, the only method of contact with them is email. Got an email almost a day later and in broken English was told, 'sorry my friend. We can't cancel your order. Hope you understand.' Ridiculous. I am trying to cancel credit card payment but very concerned they have my credit card information. Steer clear of this ripoff company. I am expecting poor quality merchandise, if I see anything at all!

FanzOutlet runs a ton of sites, each claiming to be the "official" online store for a sports team. In every case the products they are selling are not the same products as what is sold by that team's ACTUAL online store.
Basically: This company is selling overpriced bootleg merchandise. Your only hope for redress is to contact law enforcement, file a complaint about fraud, and then contact your credit card company to charge it back. Having the case # from the police will be an important step in that process.

Received my 2 jerseys today 1/16/18 that i ordered 12/1/17 for $108.00. Ordered an XL and according to their size chart, this should have been very very big on me but it's TOO SMALL! I LOVE the jerseys and just want to exchange for a bigger bigger size. cant even exchange. any suggestions?
Do not order from fanzoutlet. Its total scam and I never received my jersey. They are rude and don't care about their customers, just taking their money.
