BitsSite.com / customer service
I purchased 2 items from this site. I did not receive the email confirmation of the sale as promised in their web site. I tried to contact customer service but the address is bogus.
There is not any other contact information given.
A search resulted in an physical address connected to the web site but the Better Business Bureau has no listing of them.
I plan to cancel the CC order and complain firther. I did a simple search before buying and because me search did not result in any info I assumed they were reputable. I now suspect differently.
Any help on how to complain effectively?
