Contact information:
I purchased 2 items from this site. I did not receive the email confirmation of the sale as promised in their web site. I tried to contact customer service but the address is bogus.
There is not any other contact information given.
A search resulted in an physical address connected to the web site but the Better Business Bureau has no listing of them.
I plan to cancel the CC order and complain firther. I did a simple search before buying and because me search did not result in any info I assumed they were reputable. I now suspect differently.
Any help on how to complain effectively?

my order # is e286499 my total was 10.94 u took 0.09 out the second time .im owed a refund please check b4 i contact my bank. u overdrawn the total. i can b reached @ caramel75@verizon.net

I recently used bitssite.com to order a simple stereo cable and paid the extra money for express shipping.The price was great a 3rd of what other sellers wanted, BUT my express shipping took more than two weeks. finally it comes and guess what the part does not even work. I have since reordered form a diffrant seller for the normal price, recieved my part in 4 days and it works. I have not tried to contact bitssite out of hatered ill just eat the cost in order never to deal with these yayhoos again
