I am not sure if company will resolve my issue or not, but purpose of this note is to beware other possible clients.
We bought their base code for exchange along with few paid add-ons. Upon receiving them, we found that their code was not complete. We tested that on multiple platforms and tested by multiple developers but result is same.in past one month, we have send 7 emails and 9 FB messages. So far, I got only one reply which says that their code is good and then I am blocked from their FB messenger. Even I asked for paid support, but again no response.
Few of the (positive) reviews here say that negative ones are written by competitors but I didn't find this statement as true. I reached to couple of reviewers and most of them have same impression. If needed or somebody wants to verify authenticity of my post, I am ready to upload email/FB communication with them.
This company is located in Bangalore (India), instead of US as mentioned at many places.

I bought a product for $5000 and they took me $1000 for installation after 15 days of silence and again they didn't install it and scammed me $6000 in total. I lost a considerable money with them please beware. If you need something related cryptocurrency just visit hyipshop.com at least they support their products. after my lose with bitexchange.systems I found hyipshop.com and bought them an exchange product and thanks god it really works and is a full node and really supported.
Stay away from bitexchange.systems it is only an interface, their product does not work

These guys at least respond to my messages and pick my calls every time. And they fix everyday online review meetings for work that is been done for me. I dunno about what others say, but here is what I have to say: I have outsourced this work to 4 different companies before. Each one of them are terrible when it comes to responding once the payment is made (Sadly not many even know what Crypto business is all about). And finally Am left hanging. These folks at BitExchange are the 5th and Am happy. I have got 2 scripts installed by them and they work good. Am now getting a customisation done and Am happy I get a call from them everyday at 9. I see rapid progress. Thanks folks. Keep up the good work!
FYI: I write this review so others make an informed decision when choosing your blockchain or Cryptocurrency development vendor.

Bitexchanger.Systems is a big scam, stay away! They scammed me $1000 after that they kept me waiting the whole month, they only do the interface and make it looks like you have a working script and they link your script to their wallet address and hack all your investments, they wont give out cpanel details, even the admin panel you cannot change the password and they dont know how to intergrate the exchanger to blockchain api, they just link it to their bitcoin wallet and the hack all bitcoins, they hacked my $50 worth of bitcoins aswell, their names are raj, mohan sivam from gamasom interactive, p mansoor and siddharth, stay away from bitexchanger. Systems, they only speak to you after you purchase after that they tell you that their the busiest company and never even reply you, they just reply you whenever they want. Their based in india bangalore.
