This website is a total scam. They sell "birkenstocks" at way lower prices and offer free shipping. It sounded to good to be true and it is. The shoes arrived in a birkenstock box but from china and are clearly fakes. The quality if the shoes are way below standard especially compared to real birkenstocks. You can tell because on real birks the logo is engraved into the letter. On the fakes, it's just stamped on.
When i tried to email the third party billing company, it was a fake email address.
So beware, do not buy any shoes from this website!

www.birksandals.com is another fake site. Got an advertisement on Facebook and everything. NOTE: You cannot get a pair of Birkenstock sandals especially suede for $29.90. NOPE! I reported them to Birkenstock today.

Don’t try to buy Birkenstocks from Zolucky. They are not even close to being Birkenstocks. Then you have to pay shipping to return the bait and switch shoes.

don't go to https://www.birkenstockshoes.us Scam advisor traces it through Russia to China. Fakes (clearance items seemed TOO cheap, so thought I'd check. Yup, unsafe website!)

Be aware of fwgkt.com also. My wife sent me this link about these shoes she wanted. It all looked legit, but when I saw my statement had a charge from holyfew.com from China, well that website was a fake. After talking with my CC company we had it down to the sale of the shoes from fwgkt.com. I don't think i will be see those shoes anytime soon.

http://www.birestore.com this is the latest fake website, I was about to order, but suddenly realised the prices are too good to be true, as well as the free shipping.
Why would genuine Birkenstock have the website birestore?
please be alert and avoid these fraudsters!

I fell for the same scam and thought I was purchasing Birkenstock sandals from Germany as the web site states, the blow out special deals. I had no idea they were coming from China. Once I had a feeling something was not right I called my Visa immediately but the sale had gone through. It is alright, you just have to prove that it is a fraud website that you purchased through. Next step is to report to Visa, send an email to RCMP fraud department and tell them the website name, purchase price and they investigate, once they get back to you confirming fraud website you then forward that e-mail to Visa or your chargecard used and they will proceed to open a dispute with the company or origin. It may take some time up to a couple months but you can recover your money and those websites will be discovered by the fraud department hopefully shutting them down. Goodluck to all. I am just starting the process now as I bought 2 pairs of fakes online from Birkenstocksandalv.com and as I mentioned the site looked original.

Yes, but if you fall for the sacm as I did and use PayPal, you will not recover your money. PayPal actually supports these sites by continuing to send customer money to sites they have been notified are scams. I will stop using PayPal now.

Not sure what you are talking about here. Pay Pal has always been great in getting my money back. I got scammed by a Fake Ugg site and they got ALL my money back for me. So not sure why you had an issue!

I bought a pair of birkenstocks from "Birkenstock Sandals UK Online Outlet designed by www.birkenstock-uk.org"
They sent me the wrong colour that I had ordered.
There is no phone number on this site.
When I received my birkenstocks they had come from China.
I have emailed them through a ticket service system, which is very annoying, as it is not an email address.
I have sent several messages and have got one reply saying the following

Dear Sir/Madam,

Thank you for your pictures. We understand how disappointing it can be when your expectations are not met.We can really sense your feeling about waiting with patience but turning out disappointment.

As this question, may due to some unforeseen circumstances during delivery, but we still feel sorry for it, to show our goodwill, we would like to offer you a 10% discount on your next order with us. And such problem not happen next time.

Thank you for your nice cooperation and understanding.

With an apologize for any inconvenience!

Please don't use this company, as they are scammers.

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes from birkenstockoutlet.us.com on April 24, 2017 for $153US. I paid the $15 for faster delivery. On May 2, 2017, $165.14 + 4.95 International service was drafted from my account. There is no phone number. The cheapshoes01@hotmail is fake (email address verifier), which is why they do not respond. No reply from them in my spam folder. Outlet-Face, Inc is not real. The shoes that arrived 27-30 days (online order shows still processing) later are huge and fake. My local leather shoe repair shop verified they have fake bottoms and tops are not leather. The shoes can not be adjusted/altered. When I searched Outlet-Face.Inc found in their small print, looks like they also sale coach. (http://coach.onlinesale2017.com/). When verifying web address, a China location pops up.

Here another rogue website selling "Birkenstock" :

http://www.cscentre.co.uk

I did order a pair described as a "full leather strap" black patent and with a picture.

After paying I received a message to tell me not to be surprised about a variation in the price paid due to "change".

I looked back on the website and searched the Internet to discover that the website is from Romania. Later cam the item… from China.

No leather but synthetic, no patent but just black, not even the size I ordered. Either a low end Birkenstock or a counterfeit. I went on the shipping/refund page… it's blank. It could be the all synthetic low end sent £29 at TXMaxx (presented on the website at £137-reduced to£37 and costing at the end £50 with the shipping).

Because the first acknowledgements of my order had gone in my spam emails, I didn't see them at first and email the customer service. Answer came from "Fankaty" : service.katy@hotmail.com

Used against this email to complain about the item sent, ask a refund and "Katy" to facilitate the return as item has nothing to do with what I ordered. NO answer. Complained at the fraud office where I was told to keep the shoes as evidence for the police. I don't know if the fraud office will do something to stop that website but waiting for, just advise anybody to avoid it.

Beware of this website: http://www.birkenstocksandalscanada.com/ they sell fake shoes as well. The upper sole and inner sole are not leather, they are cheap plastic you can smell the glue. Horrible imitation for what I paid 91 CAD.

We have Birks that number in the double figures between us and I was looking at getting another style and I was amazed at the amount of fakes up for auction on e bay. I have noticed as the author has, the soles without the right pattern and lettering and the printed labelling is also a dead giveaway. One good way that you can tell a fakes are the sizes printed on the footbed. Often the fake doesn't include the metric sizing and the euro size doesn't tally with the ladies' and men's US sizes. I saw some obvious fakes and contacted the seller but she auctioned them anyway. Hoping to see a negative on her feedback. Just joking.

bkau.net claims to be Birkenstock Australia, watch out it is a dodgy Chinese site selling very poor quality fakes. The site looks like an official site but product comes with Chinese characters all over the packaging; glue coming apart upon opening. Impossible to get a refund, they suggested I give them to somebody as a gift! Was $98 AUD so not any cheaper than retail stores here.

I have ordered from bkau.net which appears as Birkinstock Australia, I tried to abort the transaction when safari warned me it was not a secure site but payment went through regardless. Product is a very poor quality fake; no return address, package arrived with Chinese characters over the delivery slip. I honestly thought I was dealing with Birkenstock Australia not some dodgy Chinese scammer. Apparantly in order to get a refund they will deduct 25% of purchase price and I must also pay for postage. Watch out as these sites are expert in disguising themselves as the official site.

birkenstock-sandals.org.uk major scam beware.
ordered two pairs from what i thought was a uk website, package arrived the other day from china stinking of glue, couldnt bear to bring myself to open it until after my breakfast, knew it wasnt going to be good and it certainly wasnt! The merchant name on my prepaid card was a bit of a give away most definitely a chinese merchant, how strange when i had my purchase with birkenstock . uk? LOng story short and NZD210 I have been had, should have known better, expensive lesson. I have sent them nearly 100 emails now and will be reporting them to everywhere and anywhere who will listen. They have my money not sure if KiwiBank can get it back. ...oh well never order from a website that dosent have a phone number or physical address .
P>S> realypay.com is a scam too, it is partenered with the scammers. Report your scams to Scambusters on Facebook.

I attempted to buy from www.birkenstocinaustralia.com and was alerted by safari on my apple mac. I chose not to send but have still be billed on my visa by a third party gateway called fashionay.com. They billed more than the transaction as well. I have since discovered that they have a reputation as a dodgy untrustworthy site. Communication with birkenstockinaustralia.com is haphazard and poor english. The transaction history in my account with them shows a double order. Scary! I have contacted my bank and have also had to cancel my Visa credit card to stop any more payments. The bank is going to send me a complaint form but I am unsure at this stage whether this is going to be successful. I'm usually fairly careful and really wish I had researched the company before I dealt with them.

I bought one pair off birkenstockinaustralia.com and was sent three and charged for three, they are fake and wont acknowledge they sent and charged me for three pairs, even though I have the invoice from the parcels and proof on my bank statement. I had to cancel my bank card to stop them from charging me again. I am trying to recover my money with help from my bank ANZ, has anyone recovered their money? and if so how did you do it, thanks

This website (http://www.birkenstocksonlineshop.com) sells fake Birkenstock as well. Third party billing company is 99bill.com. I was not aware of this billing party from China. Only after the bill is processed, the website shows that payment made will be appeared as the owner name, rather than birkenstocksonlineshop. When I checked my order status, the website showed as 'processing' for 2 days. But it has charged to my card. My credit card statement appeared as "shanghai factory ...". When my order was shipped, the origin was from China via USPS (United States Postal Services).

I recently purchased a black patent pair of Birkenstocks from ebay. I always buy my Birkenstocks from a reputable High Street store, but this time saw a pair on ebay for a good price (£19.99) I read all the feedback and it was all good, and I emailed the seller to ask if they were genuine Birkenstocks made in Germany, which she replied "Yes". However, once receiving them I knew straight away they were not real Birkenstocks - I have requested a refund from this seller, which she has agreed to, although she won't reimburse me for the £3.50 postage cost I had to pay to send them back! I am going to now file a complaint to ebay because of that.

The fake ones I received have cork insoles and have the name Birkenstock on the side in white font, and slightly larger than you get on genuine ones. And this is in a engraved font (if that makes sense). On trying them on, they felt awful and did not look nice, as all my other Birks do. They were not comfortable at all. The soles never had "Birks" engraved on them like my others either. The Birkenstocks I received were also described as "Birkenstock Relax". Also the box they came in was tatty and ripped! It is so worth paying the extra £15-£18 for the real thing! As you know when first putting a pair of 'Genuine' Birks on, thye feel like slippers and you know instantly you have the doggys-dangleys, in this case I never had that joy!

The sellers name is "Soletraders" and they say they are genuine and they are a huge outlet that sell hundreds of pairs a week and are ebay verified top seller. I am not taken with this at all! Do not buy from this company!

I got scammed by www.birkenstockslipper.com the site seemed legit at first but as soon as I entered my credit card information I saw that the payment was made to a personal paypal account : "paymentforboots@gmail.com" under the name of a Chinese man :Beihua Peng. I knew something was wrong, I REGRET IT SO MUCH for not looking on the internet beforehand. now it's been over a month, I wrote to them more than 10 times NO REPLY of course, there is no phone number, no address on their website... Visa says I have to give them 2 more weeks before I can proceed any dispute, I have a feeling I will never get my 80$ back. damn scammers. NEVER buy from www.birkenstockslipper.com they are THIEVES and you will never see your money again. not even gonna ship you a fake pair of birkenstock. AVOID AT ANY COST GUYS!

Everything about this merchant is FAKE - the merchandise and the billing company. When you purchase, the name SHOWTOPAY>COM is what appears on your credit card. When the merchandise comes - all correspondence is in Chinese. There is no way to return the merchandise.

If the email address to the third party billing company is fake you may want to keep an eye on your accounts fpr unauthorized purchases.
