This is regarding the cancelled flight of 21st Feb 2008 from Kuwait to Mumbai and subsequent refund of the tkt for 21st feb 2008 and the return of 2nd June2008 by Jazeera Airline. Jazeera Airline has casually cancelled the flight of 21st and sent me a mail on 19th Feb without bothering to intimate me over my mobile(although they had my mob no!). I had to travel by other airline paying last minute premium ticket.

Jazeera has not told me that they are refunding the return flight as well so I tried to date change the return ticket thru the authorised travel agent of Jazeera in Mumbai.

This is to bring to your notice that Jazeera agent M/S Bird Travels Pvt Ltd, 406, Nirman Kendra, Dr E Moses Road, Near Famous Studio, Mahalaxmi West, Mumbai 400011 Phone no 0091 22 [protected] Fax 0091 22 [protected] Email : has date changed the return ticket of 2nd March 2008 (to 31 May 2008 by flt no J9607), the already cancelled ticket vide Invoice no. 00855 on 04/03/2008 and charged me INR 1500 (KWD 10) for date change charge.

This is strange that they have date changed the cancelled ticket and charged for the same.

In case you need the Invoice copy I can send you the same.

You may please look into it.

Despite my repeated mails I have not received the refund in my Credit Cad for the 21st Feb flight yet, nor do I have any mail from you.

Pl refund the amount for the 21st Feb flight as promised by you .
