This is to inform you that I was order (order no. order: 68eb37b6e57f9fc2852580cd005a9408, and shipment number: asl20170222de130in (0ec00-ad734) products (testoultra - 1 pack) of biotrimlab on dtd. 20.02.2017. the order was shipped (shipment no. asl20170222de130in) on 22.02.2017. it is almost 6 weeks has been passed but still I did not received the same. I so many time track the shipment but it is not update after 22-02-2017 the day when shipment reached to india. I wrote so many mail to biotrimlabs but did not get any concreate reply even your indian contact no, [protected] is also not responded no one is there to attend the call of customer. your chatting site is also not respond. it is very embarrassing that biotrimlab is now harassing their customer in this way. as per replied mail we again reconfirm our shipment address and reschedule the order but to positive feedback received from biotrimlab.
I know again we received "do not reply" mail from your side, that mean there is no procedure to resolve the customer concern at biotrimlab.

I ordered last March 10th 2017, and no one even sent me any update anbout my order. I requested a refund, but I kept on receiving auto response from them. I just chatted with Ethan and said that the product was shipped last March 12th and just wait for the parcel within 5-7 business days. When I asked him, that "isn't it more than 5-7 business days now? How long will it takes for you to process your so called effective product?" - He disconnected the chat.

Service was terrible! They are just going to steal your money and left you hanging in the air.

Stay away from biotrim labs!
they take your order, change the qty ordered from 1 bottle to 6 (stating the order was for 1 x sixpack) deduct from your credit card the amount for 1 x six pack, e-mails you an order number and thereafter washes their hands from the rest of the transaction, delivery never happened! Upon enquiry they state the parcel was handed to the South African postal service once it reached our shores and thereafter it is not their problem anymore. The SA postal service knows nothing of such delivery - and I am out of pocket for close on R3000.00.

I ordered the special In November 2016 and paid yourselves via creditcard. You have recieved your money but still I have not recieved my product.
I was told to go and enquire at the post office which I did and no one knows anything of the product sent.
I enquired again via e mail and was told that replacement package will be sent. Still nothing happened and after enquiring the new package sent tracking details, yes you guessed correctly, no tracking info sent. Please check your records and send my package or refund my funds paid plus interest please, .
If I do not find any satisfaction orresponce from you I will contact your federal fraud investigation agencies to opep fraud case against Biotrim Labs.
I wonder if your company actually exists. Please come forward and show that you are not scammers and do the right thing and do as promised.

Today, 24/03/2017, i placed an order for testo ultra.Order no ed0036c3bf.
Seeing the amount 1450/- i clicked that but when payment was charged it was 8004/- from my credit card.On calculating i found that they have charged for 6 bottles or so.
Now i request you to send one bottle only for trial. The excess money paid may pl. Be returned to me at the earliest. If cost of one bottle is more than 1450/-, then this can be taken.

FRAUD! I ordered through online with amount of rm109 malaysian ringgit but they chargged me rm756.63 without my knowledge or even stating how much the total amount till i press the confiorm payment and there is no reference invoice sent to my email as the confirmation payment mentioned that the invoice will be sent to mt email. i called the customer servivce hotline but cannot be reached even in US customer service. you better stop scamming people globally and karma will be come with you! very dissapointed with this biotrim labs. you should name it by BIOSCAM LABS! instead of biotrim!

The March 1 post by Runel is exactly the issue I am about to air. I simply ordered sort of a sampler which I made sure would cost me the US dollar equivalent of PhP 1500.00 (Philippine Pesos). To my surprise, Paypal informed me that the cost of the product had fetched US144.00.

Biotrimlabs emailed me yesterday stating that their records show I ordered 6 bottles. #### happens but I'm sure I would not be stupid enough to order 6 bottles and spend that much for a trial of the product I'm not even sure works for me.

I believe there is something fishy and deceiving in the way Biotrimlabs promotes and prices its products. Unless this is a fraud and scam

Hello. Yesterday, 28 February 2017 I was on the nett and reading some news when I saw a notice about a product, named Testo Ultra. It was a bit interesting so I read the article and found out I want to try it. The introduction package was on $24.95, about 850THB. So I wrote down my name, address and my visanumbers and send it. Because my phone is in contact with my account, it come up with a withdraw of 6163.28THB?, nearly $180! Before one -1 hour had past I had sent a e-mail back where I explained this was not what I had ordered and that I wanted my money back to my account so soon as possible... Then it comes first mail that you had received it(autom.). And after more mails back to you it finally comes out that the order was no registered and you could/will not stop the order and I will receive the herbs in about 3 weeks and if I want the money back, then I have to send it back and pay the shipping my self, + 15% fee! This can not be right, because I have Not order this big package, only the promotion/introduction package to $24.95! And I tried to cancel it before one hour had gone. I have get herbs from IHERBS for a long time, and even Lazada make it better for customers, and I have never had this experience, or is it a scam, before.

I placed an order for Anabolic Rx24 supplement on 5 December 2016 and noticed that an amount of +- R2000.00 was deducted from my bank account.
I received an e mail staing that due to the festive season delivery to overseas countries could be delayed but that I should not be concerned. Only if a period of 40 days have passed should I contact Biotrim Labs and query the delivery.
I was supplied with a Shipment no.: ASL 20161107DE55ZA and an order number: 3AE277A9194D4351825808000535371.
A shipment website http://sgtrack.asendiahk.com was added.
After 40 days of no delivery I started e-mailing Biotrim Labs Support requesting information on the wherabouts of my parcel. Numerous e-mails passed between us and they maintained the parcel was delivered to this country and handed over to the Postal Service and that the issue was out of their hands. The local Post Office knows nothing about such a parcel.
Where does this leave me, I am out of pocket by R2000 but Biotrim Labs appears reluctant to honour the delivery of the order.

But i dont get any type of Email or mesage from your side my order confirmation. So i want information about my Order is Done or not. My product will come or not becouse i have been paid all payment.
Your Indian nomber is not working so give me the spessific nomber i discusse my problem with them.

I am from Durban South Africa and ordered 2 of the slimming products on 20 December 2016, received confirmation and a tracking number. I have been waiting several weeks and been calling the contact center. The call answered by some foreigner seems very inefficient. Her tone of voice comes of as if she dont care. She askrd I go to the nearest post office but obviously our SA post office need the tracking number of the parcel and not the international one. I am annoyed that this is so unprofessional service experience and makes us feel like if we cant trust delivery what is the product results outcome going to be like. If I dont receive my delivery by end Feb I will get a petition going to ban such misleading false advertising from our country.

I have ordered a 5 month supply of each of the products 2.5months ago and still have not received anything. No courteousy email, no follow up, very weak help from biotrim labs customer service...an inefficient tracking number that is of zero benefit to me. No REAL information. Frantically feeling like I have been scammed by biotrim labs. I dont trust the we will resend in 21business days email, I need feedback from someone whose FIRST LANGUAGE IS ENGLISH PLEASE. I have grown frustrated and worried, I was hyped about using the product, now all im worried about is whether some fake company has stolen ALOT of my money by fake selling me weightloss products at biotrim labs. I dont even have faith that you people read these complaints. Im just so fed up.

I am in australia and 70 years old. I purchased a virility product online via credit card on 26th december, 2016 for the price of $19.99.
My credit card has been debited for $199.76!
As at today, 9th january, 2017, no product or confirmation of order has been received. I now see on line that this company has a reputation over a very long time for overcharging credit cards and for not delivering product.
