BioTrim Labs / SlimLivingClub.com testoultra

Biotrim labs cheating customers in the name of Testo Ultra capsules and have looted crores of money world wide, they have no support system and the chat system is horrible where the rep's annoy the customers by asking the same detail again and again and saying the same hare and turtle story to go and check with local post office.

# Remember no postal system would deliver shipments of this kind as I learnt from them, it's just a mislead by the company to keep you chasing forever.

I cancel my order dated March 22 the TESTO Ultra tracking #5800089EBD & you have to return/refund the money that you have debit from my VISA card.

As a consumer, i have the right to cancel order TestoUltra #5800089EBD as reflected in Consumer Protection Act of 2010 Law.

On 6 Jan 2017 Testo Ultra was ordered from Biotrim Labs A order number(#2200 - OD090) was placed and paid with a credit card for the amount of ZAR 1268.70 nothing was received in the promised 21 day delivery period After several e mails 25 Feb 2017, 15 March 2017 and 2 April 2017 where it was explained that I have to wait because of high order demands to date I am still waiting for delivery therefore I am requesting a refund

BioTrim Labs / SlimLivingClub.com pure cambodia ultra

Today March 19th I bought one jar of Pure Cambodia Ultra. The published prive was USd 29. I paid with my CC and I received a bank notification indicating that the amount charged was USD 271, 21 corresponding to 5 jars of Cambodia Ultra and 1 jar of a different product. What can I do?

1. I had made a credit card payment for online purchase of six bottles of TestoUltra from biotrimlabs.com for 6703/- on 30 Dec2017.
2. As per their policy the product was supposed to have been delivered within 14-15 days with a cushion of another 7 days due to heavy rush and holiday season.
3. I had sent periodic mails to biotrimlabs on non delivery of product on 16, 20, 23 & 30 Jan 2018 but received the intimation from the web site customer support that the product has been shipped to india on 06.01.2018 with no further details available from local courier services.The following are the details of email:-

On November 6, I requested Biotrim Labs a product called Testo Ultra, I paid through my bank that same day at 15:54 PM authorization 570629 the amount of $ 172.00 USD, but due to customs issues I did not arrive, they remained to make me the refund on February 6, 2018 and they told me that the refund had been processed and approved, that it would take 7 to 10 days to credit it to my account, I talked to Ana, Fernando Andrés, Chistopher Martin, Dario López, Alejandro Lara, Salvador Bernal and Alfonso martínez, however, I am still waiting for my money back today, I think it has been too long to make the transfer.

My nane is Enos Ntshehi from South Africa and last year around September 2017 i placed an order for the tablets (thedetoxbody).Firstly the price that was on the advert is not the price that they charged me, secondly they have been deducting money from my credit card an amount of 157.00 every month but i paid cash an amount of 1700.I do not anderst why are they deducting money from my account because i do not owe them.Please can u help in this regard and my contact details are as follows cell number [protected] or email : [protected]@gmail.com

slim living club is still charging me for a product i made a one time payment for. I have contacted slim living club and they said the charges would stop. they have not stopped. i have sent an email as well and informed my credit card company. the credit card company as well has put in a dispute with slim living and yet i still am being charged.
i have informed my credit card company yet again and will see what happens.

Hii,
I have ordered and made payment of $172.16 through my CC and promised by Biotrim Lab to deliver the shipment at my given address between 7 to 21 business working days.As the order has been placed on 24th Oct 2017 but still there is no communication and information about the the delivery shipment .
I have sent more than 6/7 mail to them and reply is coming like " Do not reply to this Email"

I don't understand what is going on ...?

Even one mail being sent by me that if you can't deliver the product then cancel my order and return my money back but still there is no reply.
Can anyone help me to get my money back ...?

My name is Jorge Noriega Lores, I live in Lima, Peru. Few months back I ordered few bottles of Testo Ultra through the website, they deducted one time payment for the product, since last 4 to 5 months I have noticed a monthly debit of US $ 9.95 from Slimlivingclub.com. This transaction was not signed by me.
Please reverse these deductions.

BioTrim Labs / SlimLivingClub.com biotrim premier & testoultra product not received

Initial order was placed and paid for on 21.04.2017 and notification was sent advising that my order would go out on 24.04.2017. Tracking number was
ASL20170422DE94ZA. I had not received it by July and I contacted them and another shipment for the items I ordered was sent out on 13.07.2017 and tracking number was ASL20170713ZA59742 and items have still not been received as of today 06.11.217. I phoned customer services to change the delivery address and requested that it be re-shipped to an American address and was advised that they cannot do that and they only re-ship once. So how do I either get the product or a refund .

Dear sir, I have ordered testo ultra tablets for sexual stamina on 2nd October by net banking payment. Till date I have not receive my order nor responding my mail. Or refund my amount. I think it's a fraud deal. They are not deliver my order even after 28 days. Its a very long time & they also even not refunding my money. Please look into this matter seriously & reply as early as possible.

BioTrim Labs / SlimLivingClub.com product purchased but never delivered

I have been waiting since the 30th of June for my order for which i paid R1200.00 and which i was promised would be delivered in 6 weeks. Every time i query why i have not received my order i get an email apologising for the delay and a promise that it is on its way. I have now been waiting almost 4 months. Biotrim Labs I believe has no intention of sending me my product, they are an unscrupulous company and i have recently discovered that I am one of many other people that they have defrauded. I have asked to have my money refunded but those emails go unanswered. Even with all the bad publicity this company managers to stay in business and trick unsuspecting people who fall for their lies and false promises.

Esta es la segunda ocasion que tengo contacto con esta empresa, la primera ocasion fue muy desalentadora, espere por mas de 76 dias por mis productos y jamas me llegaron.
La segunda ocasion me comunique a un numero de telefono que tienen como contacto el cual es : [protected], dicho telefono lo tienen para quejas y aclaraciones, me contesto una persona con acento extranjero y me comunico que no aparecia ninguna orden a mi nombre, desde el primer momento y despues yo le aclare que se hizo con cargo a mi tarjeta de debito y fue entonces que aparecio la compra y todos los demas datos que anteriormente le habia yo proporcionado a los cuales me habia contestado que no existian en los registros de compra, una vez aclarado esto, esta persona me indico que de nuevo se pondrian en envio dichos productos y se me enviaria un correo electronico en el cual me indicarian, la confirmacion de reenvio: A la direccion av. baiona 629 fracc. villa las lomas

BioTrim Labs / SlimLivingClub.com health supplement product paid for but not delivered

On 2nd May 2017 I purchased a Health Supplement from Biotrimlabs.com for R1265.00 using my credit card, the transaction was paid through 'PURELIGHTNATURE.COM ONLINE'. To this date and after more than 20 e-mails addressed to their [protected]@biotrimlabs.com e-mail address, I have never received the package I ordered.

Biotrimlabs have advised me that my order was sent twice and that they have proof that it was delivered to South Africa however they will not send me a copy of this proof so I can follow-up with the Post Office here.

I suspect that they are a SCAM company as they have ignored all my requests for a refund or a copy of proof of delivery they say they have.
I have kept all correspondence, In and Out regarding this purchase as evidence.

It's time or long overdue that companies or individuals who carry out these acts of scams were traced and prosecuted. when will the Law enforce and protect the public from parasites and leaches like this who operate on the Internet? We know it can be done But who bothers, not the internet or Web supplier.

This company keeps debiting my account $135.64AU on a monthly basis and sometimes fortnightly without consent to do so. I'm sick a tired of the fraudulent behaviour that this company is doing In order to obtain funds.
This has been happening for an extended period of time, and my financial institution keeps trying to stop this company taking funds to no avail.

I bought above products of 4 bottles and found that I feel nausea, headache and vomiting whenever I consume one of the pills. After taking two or three times I stop and wanted to send back the remaining 3 intact bottles. The Customer Service operators(Cherry, Maddie, Jewel, Veronica) are very useless & unhelpful and keep saying I cannot return the unused bottles because I have already used one of the bottles. Please help if you can to resolve my problem. I am sure there are many guys out there who could be in the same predicament as me. Thank you.
