I purchased products from Biotrim Labs two months ago and has not received any of my products. Every time I phone i get asked to phone in a weeks time. When I had enough, I was told to go to my nearest post office to enquire about the package but the lady could not give me any tracking number, which will mean that I will be looking for a needle in a hay stack. Please be warned this seems to be a scam and I am not going to leave it there.
I ordered with biochem an changed mind so didn't confirm they still took £176 of my credit card gave emailed them so many times but no response just want my money back should b done for fraud don't know what else to do
Have read all of the people like myself who have been conned by this company it is absolutely ridiculous and so unfair that a company like this can and is getting away with this stolen monies of ours I am in contact with the police fraud squad and the more people that do this the more chance we have of stopping thrives like these so please do the same as me and report them to the policeASAP IF YOU WANT TO CONTACT ME MY ENAIL IS AS FOLLOWD Topmarq.uk@gmail .com my name is John many thanks
I bought product from them because Tim Noakes was featured in the advert! I have not received my product they don't rwspont and now they have just unauthorized taken off R3511 off my card!

I ordered my pills as well, I am lucky as mine arrived today 4 month later..but now I have to pay an additional R1200 to get my packet?
Biotrim labs said they cover the delivery costs, but now I can't get my packet.
I already spent R3500 for everything, and it said postage covered, but why should I pay this now at Bredasdorp post office?
Please will you advice?

Purchase from bio trim 2 months ago havent recieved my stuff till now asked for a refund but as usual no1 gets back to you,this company is a fraud ,i would like to publish a this on docial media,until i dont get my refund i will name nd shame them!

I receive this message every time I send in an email to tnem. What a bunch of money making scammers. Will definitely think twice about ordering anything online again.
It is the same with me I order testo ultra and has never arrived.
I bought a product on December 30 and they said it was going to take 21 business days to arrive as maximum. Well, the time has passed and the product has not yet arrived. I have already chatted a lot of times with them and I'm really disappointed. BiotrimLabs is a ridiculous, unprofessional and unserious entreprise.
So, if I want to know where my product is I just can’t because they don't even give me a tracking number!. I shop online a lot and, in addition to the shipping number, the sellers ALWAYS provide me a tracking number so I can be able to know where is the product I bought. I can’t believe that I have no way of knowing where my product is! I can't know if it is in customs because I do not have any code or number to look for it. Even worse, they charged me the money from my account and never sent anything.
I would not recommend anyone to ever buy any Biotrimlabs product.
i ordered weight loss products JULY 2016 but till today I have never received my product but it took less than a minute for them to debit my money but more than 7months for me to receive products and I have checked even post offices nothing arrived

I an in South Africa ordered in July 18 last year to date i have never received products. .I have sent them lot of emails and they promise to reship the product but til today nothibg has happened.This is a big scam they debit the money and not send products

I am from South Africa. I have ordered my products 3 months ago as a gift to someone for Christmas, but haven't received anything to date. An additional R1100 went off my account apart from the payment of the products itself. Now a monthly amount of R149, 95 is going off from my account and I dont know why and besides that ... NO PRODUCTS!
Please see attached screenshot of response on tracking the order so far. I am not happy and will take further steps if I do not get any response. I have tried several times to make contact, to no avail.
