I'm also been duped by this company as every month money deducted from my account. I've send them numerous email but they claimed I'm a Premier member will get more product every month. Is anybody can advise me how to cancel my membership from this dump company. Or advise me how to lodge complain to authority for this act. I'm personally find this company will swindle people money without any mercy. Usually they will keep deduct money from my account, I want this to stop and refund my previous amount which they took from me. Anybody could help me on this.

Same thing has happened to me. I bought the product only once but they charged in 3 times. I have sent emails but the response they give does not answer our question. my CC company cannot block this vendor and I need to block my credit card and reply a new one to stop them billing me.
Please don't buy anything from this company, they are frauds. They are showing some attracive discounts and Free goods but they are charging 3 times more than the actual price

I have also faced the same issue wherein i have requested for 1 bottle of Pure Cambogia Ultra on 22.10.14 for which the cost mentioned on the website was Rs. 1795 but once the payment was processed the amount deducted wasRs. 9, 872.50 INR without any further information.
I had also tried to their contact customer care for the same but everytime that number was reported to be busy.
And now there are not ready to refund the extra amount charged.

It's all planned to rip people off. They do respond to complaints thru Twitter just as if everything will be solved by them, thru their customer service! They did even call me to explain n clarify the process n pick up the goods at Local post office. But the number they'd emailed, is unrecognized number! So, it's all planned n organised! Legal action somehow must be taken against this company! Someone in UK hopefully can do something if aware of the case!

I too have been scammed by this so-called health company. Hope they get fined and made to refund us all.

I have also purchased online from Biotrim Labs, at first its seems like a really legit company until you reach the end of your 14 working days and still no delivery. I have no waited over 4 full weeks and I continue to get the same automated emails every time I send an email to get information on my order. I finally decided to dig deeper hoping to see some reviews and I stumbled upon this page, didn't realise so many other people are facing the same problem with this company. How many of the people that have laid complaints have been assisted in getting their money back? Are the Cambogia pills actually worth the lengthy wait?

Biotrim labs, this is disgusting, i ordered a product with then which was on sale Gacinia Cambogia Ultra on 9th/08/2014, since then up to day i haven't received any product and the tracking system sent to me stopped on 16th/09/2014, i have sent several emails and no replies. Wrote on their face book page but nothing, they always say we will get back to you. its been more than 2 months. i just need my money back. anyone who can help please do or give me any contact i can be in touch with not these forwarded automatic emails.

They are cheaters, none is contacting us nor have i ever recd my courier, on contacting them on mails u get an automatted reply and the phone nos dont work at all,

can anyonwe suggest me how to get the refund, .

huge Scam website, please refrain from ordering anything from this website. There is not even a summary displayed before you pay, two clicks and boom you are charged a bomb. Highly fradulent refrain from ordering !

please can anybody help me because i need to have my money back/refund they have me Php 7, 975.00 (if coverted in dollars its $ 177.00) its been 3 months already...

i have orderd 5 months stock of pure life cleanse and pure cambogia ultra which i used to the t for more than 2 months now. first i was told reasin ididnt loose a drop because may take time. well its been nearky three months and nothing not a gram not a drop ive lost. im bloated constantly and tyred...but not lost a gram. i excersise and eat healthy even loong before the tablets. i have tried chat contact even email biotrim labs many times but it doesnt go thru. tonight i chat contacted two people on biotrims website. nearly an hour later and all my complaints and concerns mentioned i was told again and again and again that i need keep taking the tabs mayb even increase cambogia to three tabs a day and when i asked three tabs once or one three times a day...no reply but same advise keep taking the tabs, wait, keep excersise and diet! i told the persons they hasd to be me to know how vvvvery dissapointing it is and as all has said money paid for absolute nothing...not a gram lost.my chat was disconnected in end when they kept say nothing they can do but to tel me excersise, diet, keep taking the same tabs. when i asked what abourt all the money i allready paid with no results they just answered me with that very same words.im the biggest looser...money, bloated...but not a drop of weight not even an inch lost as promised. i was even told some people ist works diffirent... what a joke... i gave the product nearly 3months of my life and what a dissapointment!after all my attempts not once im assured that my lost and paid money wil ever be returmed to me. the add says no need for diet or excersise...what about all like me who hope for some miracle to help loose weight and then this.

After learning so much bad press about this company, I decided to cancel my orders and my credit card. I realised it used names of some popular health magazines to endorse. Then you click on some link to claim for your free trial bottle which re-directs you to buy. Testimonials are also re-used on other products. So that sets my alarm ringing...Thanks for the alert !

your money back, if you are not happy with the products...I got an
answer that I should drink more water than it should work. All lies!
They just want your money...if you write them they do not answer on your
questions. ALL FAKE! No weight loss, but a lot of money is lost!

I have the same experience, i was charged with the amount and no delivery. They told me to go our local post office to check, I went there queuing for 1/2 hrs and realized that no item is for me. I have send several emails and either no reply or ask me check with PDM. I request refund, yet no reply. I am frustrated and stressed and depressed. I am regular buyer to buy stuff from US and It make people like me think twice to buy US stuff.

I ordered this product in the month of July 31 expecting to received the product in 10 to 14 days but to my dismise i haven't received any. Emailed several times but i get the same automated response. When i called on US line they said that it might be stuck at local post office so I verified with the post office of course you all know that is a regular answer from these guys. Guys suggest me how to retrieve the money?

I ordered the Cambogia Ultra and received the product about 4-5 weeks later. If you call there service center they are farely helpful. My only real concern now is that I dont think this product actually works. They use fillers which are clearly stated on the bottle and from what I can tell this means its really not pure. I think I wasted my money. But thats how these guys make their money... I also got caught with the ad which appeared to be on the Womens Health site. They only need a million people to fall for this and they make a fortune... then they come out with a NEW product. Bottom line is if it seems too good to be true, it probably is!

I agree, same as your experienced, overcharged me from the advertise amount and no item delivered to me. I made my transaction to them last July 25, 2014.. I already filed a dispute/charged back complaint to my credit bank card just waiting for their actions. I hope they could help me with this...

same case here, my wife saw the advertisment on facebook and she bought the cambogia for $29 but the CC charged $164, my wife directly call the biotrim labs, and she spoke with a women named naya about the cancellation, The women said that the refund will take 7 days, but untill now i haven't received any refund email. I hope they refund my money.

Same case here, My wife saw the advertisment in Facebook, and got scammed, we are in Indonesia, my wife bought a bottle of cambogia for $29, -- but the CC charge $164, -- the transaction made on 25 august, and my wife directly call the biotrims labs, spoke with a women named Naya, she said that the order already cancelled and they will refund my money in 7 day. I hope its true.
but till now, i haven't receive any refund mail from them.

I guess I've got scammed too. I placed an order on 8th August and till now I have not received my order. Sent several emails but they asked me only to confirm my delivery address. On the PDM tracking it shows that the Shipment left USA on 13th Aug. Tried calling them, it seems to be a non-existing number !

If you persevere you will get your money back. I kept at them on their CHAT line for 2 hours and eventually got this:-

Seems they are catching loads of people all over the world. I saw their advertisement on Face book and live in South Africa, they advertised the tablets in our currency which led me to believe the tablets were already in the country and they offered free postage. A bottle cost R209 and same as everyone else I was charged for 5 bottles costing R1 450.00, I think where they protect themselves legally is that there are 5 bottles displayed in the advertisement... The product duly arrived in South Africa and lo and behold I was charged another R508 in Customs duties - just ridiculous... The Customs lady also told me to tell my bank to not allow any more transactions to be processed for Bio-Trim as what they do is nearing the completion of your 5 months supply they automatically debit your bank account again and send you another shipment... Biggest Scam out, they must be making a fortune and the tablets probably don't even work...

I have also been charged more than what I had ordered I dont know how to get in touch with them and cancel them.

I agreed to a trial of Cambogia for £9.99 with free postage. I have received 5 x 60 capsules and have been charged £109. I am very angry, nobody is answering my emails.

I got scammed too. I placed an order on Jul 18th but then realize the amount was incorrect as my CC had called regarding the charges. I phoned their customer service right the way on the same day (Fri afternoon) and wish to cancel the order. She said she has to pass to another person to handle this matter and will contact within 24 hours. I did not receive any calls from them and my mobile never rang. Their office hours are shut on weekend and no one pick up. I had emailed their support regarding this matter but no one reply. I got an email that the order had been shipped on Jul 20th. I called this morning Mon Jul 21 and ask to cancel the order. She refuses to do so said it's already been shipped. I told her I spoke with your customer service regarding cancelling the order and was assured that I will be in touch within 24 hours. She said her system showed that someone had contacted me. I told her it's complete BS as my phone never rang and no call came in from them. I asked her what time they call she couldn't tell me and insist they did. They are lying, as their office hours was shut I tried to call again the same day (Fri) around 7pm their phone didn't go through as office hours is over. They said they had called but they never did. The whole return call thing was a scam and complete BS. If they had called I would have had a call log from that number or even a missed call but there was none. I had contacted my CC reporting a fraud on those transactions and have to wait for update. I cannot cancel the courier as I only have to tracking number. I will refused the package and tell them to return to sender when they deliver. Anyone else can suggest what I can do? My CC will take 6-8 weeks to investigate this matter. Appreciate help in advance.

Did I also got scammed? I placed an order last 11th June and till now I have not receive my order. They said there was a free trial but when I click to buy the product they have charged me of almost AED 650.00. They have also mentioned that shipment will be out for delivery on 13th June 2014. I called them up but the phone was not existing, I have sent several emails but I think it was an automatic response since I'm getting the same email. I got them to call me in the UK, told them that if they fail to refund me I will report them to Federal and State authorities. Took them about a minute to think about it and they instantly arranged refunds, $250, that arrived in my account about 5 days later - result! I had in fact already reported them.

This has also happened to me my e mail was fraudulently accessed I thought It was an e mail from a friend, I ended up ;being charged 130 euros instead of the 18.99 I thought was going out. i rang the company and god knows how much that cost and gave out to them about hacking my e mail and the fraudulent BBC article however they said they could not give a refund as the product had already been sent out. I rang my bank there is nothing they can do. Mad that I could have got sucked into this the company should definitely be investigated am going to report this to Watchdog and Police.

I was scammed by Biotrim Labs in June 2014. After 3 emails to them cancelling the order, the product was still shipped to me. After I sent a detailed email to support@biotrim.com, a sales person called me in the UK, after 15 minutes of refusal to give me a refund, I told her (in a very calm assertive manner) that I would be reporting them to Federal and State relevant authorities for fraud. I was asked to hold the line, and about a minute later I was offered full refunds, about $250 with transaction references and was assured that she was keying the payments on her computer as we spoke. The refunds were in my bank about 5 days later. RESULT!

The person that called me from 'customer service' at Biotrim was named Mariesho (?) from [protected].

The original charge was a against a 'Debit' card, which I cancelled the same day I discovered their MO, but the refund still came through.

In fact I had already reported them to The FBI, Utah and Salt lake City Police and the Salt Lake City Business Bureau. The FBI has a special reporting system, all done online, for Internet fraud, I have a had an automatic response with a case number. No response from the others. Of course it would have been pointless to tell Biotrim that I had already done this.

In addition I found out who their local shipping agent was, it is PDM Deliveries, the CEO is Steve Schultz and in an email to him, (steve@pdmdelivers.com) told him that Biotrim operated through fraudulent means and asked if he wished to be associated with such a company; no response yet. I copied my emails to him into their sales and operations departments.

I refused to accept delivery, which was only 7 days after order since I did not expect a refund at that time, and was not going to waste my time with a postal return to their UK address in Scotland. When the package got back to Yodel HQ, they telephoned me for a reason to refuse the goods, which was readily accepted. I asked if it would be sent back to Biotrim, 'yes' it would, so I asked 'who pays' he said ultimately that Biotrim would, great news.

I later found Biotrim listed on a Salt Lake City Business Rating website, they were an 'F', the worst, with a very adverse description of their abysmal customer service.

So if you feel that you have been the victim of fraud by Biotrim, I suggest you do the similar.

Fraud is a strong accusation, but Biotrim obtained my order because my wife received an email from a friend, (both on diets at the moment), they had 'acquired' the email address by illegal means, this email had a link in it which opened up a fake BBC News webpage extolling the virtues of Pure Cambogia, and it contained a link to Biotrim Pure Cambogia order page. I rest my case!

Our collective objective should be to have Biotrim investigated by Federal authorities and ultimately closed down.

Hi i also got scammed! I ordered the product at only 14.99 and got charged 85.00 on my credit card. After i placed the order alarm bells started to ring as i didn't recieve the usual invoice thanking me for placing an order so i rang my credit card company and told them what happened and they said the payment had already gone through and there was nothing they could do about it as i had willingly gave my details to them but as i stated it was only for 14.99 not 85.00! So they suggested i cancel that card and reorder a new one straight away as that way they couldn't access my account again. I am so p****d off right now i can't believe i got duped like that! I s there any way of recovering any of my money?

Thanks to DeeDeeG, I now have a telephone number for them, [protected], which appears to be a standard UK 0870 number but it links to Biotrim in Salt Lake City, USA. I also see that they have an address for returned goods in West Lothian. I have already refused to accept the delivery, and Yodel tell me that the package will be sent on a reverse route back to them, no idea who pays for that though.
There will soon be a report to the Salt Lake City police about the faudulent methods used by BioTrim Labs.

I see that on 5th June, DeeDeeG writes that he spoke to Biotrim Labs and obtained a refund for returned goods, would you please let us know their phone number and address.

I have also been defrauded by Biotrim Labs so I have made a formal complaint to The FBI, and have a case number. I have also written to the delivery company they use in Aurora, Illinois making them aware of Biotrim Labs fraudulent business methods, in the hope they may look into the situation themselves and suspend their contract with Biotrim Labs. Time will tell.

I also received the e-mail advertising Biotrim slimming tablets from a friend who says that he did not send it and others have also received the so called e-mail from him, so I stupidly ordered the tablets on 20th Apriland Eighty Six pounds was deducted from my bank account which was more than the advertised price of Twenty Nine Pounds.
so will I get the tablet or what ? I have never fallen for this sort of thing before so I am unsure what to do!

I got my money back :-) after several phone calls I also raised a fraud investigation with my CC but before they could act I got a full refund. I did cancel the goods with the courier, before they had been collected for delivery returning to sender as wrong order and spoke to Bio labs to advise all this so they arranged a refund within 3 days. I was very pleased and what relief . Hope others have the same success, with all the bad press about diet pills the now think I will stick to eating less and exercising more as slow and hard as that is .
