Yes, same has happened to me, I ordered in May 2014 should only have been charged £18.99 my CC charged £94! Goods arrived, have emailed them three times now but get only a " don't reply to this" standard email stating how busy they are and will get back to me in 48 hrs, but they don, t! Obviously this is a scam and everyone should be warned not to deal with this company. I too will be going through my CC to retrieve my money.

I am also a victim of this fraud. I feel so sick since 2 days back (24th July 2015) when I purchased 1 bottle of slimming pills and 1 bottle of cleansing capsule. The price should be USD 38 only seeing their promotions for each bottle and I was shocked when I saw the amount of my purchased it's USD 182.16 oh my God! Biotrim Labs is totally a fraud! I have sent couple of emails unfortunately I've got an automated- non-reply. I contacted my bank immediately and submit the dispute form I really don't know what will happen next :( I don't think they could be able get the amount back to my account but I am praying for this.
Can anyone tell me how to solve my problem? How can I get my money back? I feel so upset. Why there are people in this world sent by evils to cheat people whom trusted them so much?

They also charged me USD 75 for nothing. How could they just charge my credit card without my authorisation? They promised a refund but it never happened despite I called and emailed them over 10 times! This company is a fraud!

I had ordered 3 jars of Pure Life Cleanse from Bio Trim Labs on 27 April 2015 and paid INR 6871/- with my credit card. Biotrim sent me a Confirmation Order No: # 350046DCB0 - # E500-C946F. To date I have not received the product. I have emailed them many many times and they give me a standard reply - heavy demand is resulting in delayed delivery, my post office may not have delivered, they will resend the product, that I should contact them if I haven't received the product after 21 working days. I have now asked for a refund of the full amount but Biotrim does not respond to that,
I have only now read numerous complaints of a similar nature on the internet and am sure this is a fraudulent company and a scam has been perpetrated. Can you please help me to get my money back I live in Gurgaon city, Haryana, India and my mobile no is:

This is a scam... the biotrim website was registered in Panama. The details I found were from anabolicrx24.com, which were also registered from Panama. This site had an advert link on theodolite-traniing.com, which is a "blog about testosterone". However, back in 2011, this same site was selling English Language courses in the Philippines (https://www.facebook.com/pages/Theodolite-Training/164579706914876), fo which I was scammed out of over £100. This theodolite training facility was located in Reading (http://www.speedycourse.co.uk/providers/328/theodolite-training/profile), the address happens to be a retirement complex.
I believe - although not a one man band - the culprit is a thief called Peter Thwaites, whose theodolite.net domain is registered in Worthing (BN13 2HQ) in the UK.
For biotrimlabs and anabolicrx24 domains, you can contact abuse@enom.com (the service provider), or can try and go after one of the sources, contacting abuse@wildwestdomains.com (the service provider). I have personally gone after the source:)

I still have not received my order and it seems they have also overcharged my account...I am thoroughly disgusted with this service and will put it on FB that they are obviously a scam!

They have overcharged my account by 16532 INR. I constantly kept writing to them. However there is no response. Only email that i got was apologizing for not being able to refund as the product has already shipped. Which i never wanted. All that i want is my money back. I do not wish to do business with such a company. Kindly help me getting my money back.

After reading all the complains am afraid of what will happen to me.
what to i do now?
Cancel the order and ask for refund?
Will go to the bank and see how much exactly was taken as they said its was R295.00

My friend was scammed this morning too, she bought stuff worth 80 dollars and they took over 400 dollars. We wrote to them to cancel the order but they have not replied. Anyone knows what she can do?

I was doing a subject in my youth working course, and a survey came up.. "answer the few Q's, and receive a free gift, only pay for postage". After doing the survey, gave me a list of products to choose from.. I chose a tub of protein powder, and after filling out the required details, i checked my bank, and to my horror, instead of being charged ONLY $3.95 AU postage.. I was charged $175.73 for a completely different product.. I immediately sent emails to Boitrim labs.. complaints department.. billing department.. and to customer service.. I received NO REPLY! I then rang the company, and was then told 'Sorry sir.. your order has been placed and order is on its way.(Less then 10 mins after doing survey!) I ERUPTED! I was then told they would only charge me 50% of the original price.. i still told them I DIDNT WANT ANYTHING FROM THEM>> THAT IT WAS A SCAM AND THE COMPANY WAS EXTREMELY SHIFTY IN THE WAY THEY DID BUSINESS! I GOT NO-WHERE!. So I tracked down the Facebook page of the company, and left a very damning letter, explaining what had happened, and stated that I had a recording of the conversation I'd had, and that I had also kept screenshots of the original offer, and of the survey, and the page they asked me to fill out. After several days of back and forth with the Facebook page, I was told that I would get FULL refund! AMAZING! It eventually did get refunded to my bank. I have now closed the account used for that transaction. The bank has contacted me since, saying that BIOTRIM LABS have, since the refund, tried 3 TIMES to debit my account for the $175.73! UNBELIEVABLE! This was about 1 week ago. I arrive home today, and low and behold I have a parcel to pick up at the post Upon picking the parcel up, it was the item they charged me $1275.73 for! Laughs on them now though.. I have the parcel.. they haven't been able to charge my account for it.. I contacted the company, and they expect me to return the parcel, AT MY EXPENSE!
WARNING! DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH BIOTRIM LABS! THEY ARE NOTHING BUT DISGRACEFUL, A RIPP OFF< AND WILL TAKE YOU FOR ALL THEY CAN!

My name is Engela from South Africa. I also was scammed. On Facebook "FREE SAMPLE" CLUB
Believe me nothing is for free. up to today R4500.00ZAR was taking from my bank account. after I asked the bank not to authorize. I am so cross will phone them hopefully I will get my money back.
the ad was "free sample" paying only small shipping fee $4.95 what a surprise. send them emails but no
answer. But I want my money back and not let go of croocks like that. How on earth can they do something like that. will call them in ofice hours. if some one can help me to get hold of this ###.

Hi Ladies,
I got my 85% refund after I return their products, so don't give up and just keep chasing! Oh over here in Singapore the contact is not jn use so I just keep emailing and also pm them via FB chat, after confirming I want a 85% refund the only response was from FB pm only but that's fine although it might take days to reply. I received 5 bottles of my order and immediately return via registered mail in order to track and at my own cost too. Hope all of you get back your money too, cheers!

For your information, I made order for 5 months supply and got the confirmation email on 28 March 2015 and they charged my credit card correctly on the same day. After that, I receive a track code to check the delivery status on 31 March 2015 and I'm happy to let you know that I receive the shipment in Hong Kong on 09 April 2015 finally. During the time of waiting, I was nervous after I read the comments here, so I contacted their online customer service to reconfirm my order, they were friendly and helpful, honestly, I didn't have any hard feeling to deal with them. NOW, hope the products do fit me! : )

I am totally frustrated after seeing all the comments as I got scammed too. I just placed and order 3hours ago and received a confirmation that my order will be processed on April 1, 2015 but since there was no confirmation on the amount purchased; i got worried so i immediately search www.biotrimlabs.com and read their terms and conditions and i found out that once the order is not yet shipped; you can still cancel the order and asked for a refund upon calling this numner in US +[protected] and i was able to speak to a customer service agent named Georgia and she informed that she regret that she wont be able to make 100% refund since the order has been completed and full amount worth $227 has been deducted in my CC account. I was really pissed off and I read to her the terms and condition but she just kept on apologizing for inconveniences caused and she informed she cannot refund the full amount instead she can refund only 50% and i took the reference number of the said refund transaction and i was informed that it will be transferred back in my account after few days and the items purchased will still be delivered after 10-14days in the address i mentioned. Fingers crossed! I hope that i'll be able to get at least 50% of my money than nothing at all. I've learned my lesson not to jump right ahead in any online business transactions without thorough checking if it is really reliable or not. I felt bad for others who werent able to get back their hard earned money. I will share my experience to others at least to help them avoid this kind of modus operandi.

i also ordered this product but didn't received yet its around 3 months company has to charge 1800/- INR but 9872/- INR deducted from my account and even i didn't received product company charged for nothing than i go through website and make so many complaints and done live chat for refund executive assure that they will make process for refund then i gave them warning that if i will not receive refund with in 3 days i will file complain in consumer forum i received my money back next day... thank God its total scam dont go for it i had suffered for 3 months

Hello,
I too have been scammed. I placed an order for 1 bottle at a price of Euros 22.99. I never received an order confirmation so assumed that the order didn't go through. Then 3 days later I received a shipment notification for 5 bottles and my cc was charged Euros 132.99.
I immediately telephoned them and was told that I ''misunderstood the website''. I advised that I had read an awful lot of reports about the same problem with other buyers and the girl got very offensive and said that all of the other customers had also ''misunderstood the website''.
I told her I didn't want the order but she said it had already shipped and that if I returned it unopened I would get 85% of my money refunded, which from reading all the complaints I don't believe for 1 minute.
I am so upset about this I don't know where to turn to as I am living in Ireland and very far away from their address in the USA.
Is there anyone else from Ireland who has had this problem? if so, I would really welcome your comments.

Hi there, you are lucky to have called and at least 50% of your money retrieved and me? E local registered no. is not even valid, I mean it's a number no longer in use. Am here in Singapore, what can I do? After I entered my cc particulars and done it's auto exit that page and I didn't even had chance to screen shot as it's gone! Should I wait for them to deliver the order when I don't even know will they deliver or not. If they did then with no contact or whatever how do I even had them returned? Or simply reject to receive? Should I try email again saying if no refund I'll report to whatever relevant unit whether it's the consumer unit or even the police? Then maybe they'll refund me? Please give me some advice someone, I feel like I dying because of the money lost! I'm hard up and yet money conned like that to a struggling single mum...

This company is a scam which prey on peoples desire to loose weight. I too received an email from a trusted source to find out his account had been hacked, I called biotrim within an hour of oredering what I thought was 1 bottle at £18.99. They told me I couldnt cancel as it had already been processed. After calling them I was given a receipt via email which stated I ordered 5 bottles with 15% vat added which was a total of £108. I called them again to tell them their website was misleading as I was not put through to confirm order page before processing. They told me I could request a refund once I had received order and sent it back.
I receievd the order with no receipt or details with hiw to contact them, thankfully I still had the number in my phone uk08708200364.
they told me they could not offer me full refund only 85% or 50% back and keep the product. I explained how angry I was etc and they hung up on me. I called them back and took the 50% as I was not conviced I could trust they would admit to receiving the item and I would be completely out of pocket.
Ihave learnt my lesson.

I forgot to mention to my horror they charged me twice of S$212.46 which is S$424.92! Who can I go to if I want to make a report? I must get my money back! Please advice and thanks so much!

After I ordered I immediately call bank to stop the transaction after realising that there was no confirmation as to quantity and amount they deducted after I key in my bank particulars. Their page also misleading, only pictures of bottles of pills, I didn't think much and tap the one with the least amount of $30+ not realising that is for purchase of 5 bottles! It was only I key in my cc details that I realised that something is not quite right, why no confirmation of order and the amount that I am paying? I called my bank immdiately and made a trip next day trying to do something to stop the transaction but sadly nothing could be done as I myself key in everything of my cc particulars but only file a dispute. Should I email to ask them don't send or let them send then reject? What should I do regardless the might take sometime dispute outcome? Please help me, thanks a million!

i got scammed. i ordered thier product on dec 30th and i got the products on jan 23rd. but the expiry date for one of their products has passed, on the bottom it reads 1/15. i tried calling them, emailing them, chatting with them, but still nothing. their customer service is soooo bad. i also got the " don't reply to this" message on the email they provided. i am greatly disappointed. don't know what to do.

Since i read all the complaints made me worried to consume the product since i read in the bottle that not yet any FDA and I order this product 3 months ago and finally after 3 times complaint by emails, they were responded but same as other complaint that their said I need to check to the Post office but I didnt wanna do that, I little bit lucky coz after I order by CC then I Close My cc so they cannot took my money by CC. I was shocked after read all the complaint and I decided for not drink it. And I got this advertised by Facebook and working together with Magazine local here in Indonesia. Next time need to be wise shopping online and Specially for kind of supplement need to careful.

biotrim asked me to check the local post office as well! There was no parcel under my name, mobile number, address or p.o box! I tried calling the same number again yesterday and today but it keeps saying that their office is closed. I want a refund! Please someone help me get my money back... what do I do?

Biotrims LAb - Fast and very efficient in deducting money from cards and yet slow as a snail with delivery! I placed an order for Cambogia and the pure cleanse since Jan 12th 2015. It's Feb 07, 2015 today and they just sent me a mail asking me to confirm my address (which was correct) and said that they would resend the order. It's unprofessional of them to claim that they deliver within 10-14 days when they actually don't! The funny part is that after I placed the order, I called to cancel it cause the price was ridiculous but they said sorry the order has been released already so there was no way to cancel it. I wonder where that order went.
BIOTRIMS I WANT A REFUND IF I DON'T GET MY ORDER BY NEXT WEEK!

I bought tablets from the company Biotrim Labs. They needed to charge me for $19.99, but they took three payments. One was $19.99 and others two were $49.99. I already called them and spoke with the agent and he told me that they would return money. Of course I didn’t get money from them, and I called them again. The agent provided only promises and I told to cancel all further orders, but they continued to charge me. I want to ask for help; maybe you know how to stop them. Please, help me.

Hi everyone. I'm from Singapore. I've been cheated too. Place my order last Thu and discovered amount deducted from my bank account is not what I authorised. I thought it's only trial amount I'm paying. To my shock the amount charged was three times what this cheat company displayed on their website! My hard earned money! I'm only left with very little money because of this fraud company! Oh dear my family expenses gone now! Lets put our hands together to get hold of this stupid company & bring them to justice! Else more people will be their under vicious act! Heartless!

I have been scammed too. please help me. i've been charged 15000 for products that didn't arrived.
i emailed their support team but did not get any reply. i called their number [protected] and [protected] but they're both "not yet in service."i just want my money back.

I should have see this complain earlier. I have not receive any of the products ever since they charge $65.95 + $54.95 on Aug 15, 2014 and later on Oct 13, 2014 and Nov 12, 204. I have complain to my credit card company and hopefully can get back my hard earn money back.

I agree Bio trim labs is a total scam they continued to take money out of my account plus the product does not work! Then they hacked my account and sent hundreds of people promotional emails. Spread the word everyone! Bio trim needs to be shut down!

same here.i ordered a trial bottle, but this people charged for 5 bottles, i noticed immediately and made a complaint,
they replied promptly, saying as they have made a refund and i"ll get it in 7-10 working days.the complaint was made on 31st oct 2014.and today its nov 17. 2014..
when i asked again they told refund as happened on their side but i need to check with my bank.i told them that i checked with my bank and i have not recieved my amount of 9, 872/-inr .i have mailed them a final request for refund money, but if they don't refund, i have planned to lodge a complaint with media, consumer court and all possible areas.b'coz its my hard earned money.i'll never let it go.

Yeah, they are bad indeed, I agree with all of you.
My order was never delivered to me and I paid whooping $400 for nothing, but somehow got partial amount back after 3 months lol.
But annoying part is that they keep charging me every month $9.95 for "VIP MEMBERSHIP" BS I never approved this transactions, and will be forced to cancel my credit card, as I do not want them to keep me charging for nothing... Real Scam !

I have same problems, wanted to order two products but could not finish order correct as usual, because I was falling out of internet system. Just a few seconds later I received THREE confirmations and debits on my CC account. I am now in contact with the CC banker to refuse that amounts for payment to BioTrim Labs, as I cancelled all three confirmations. Awaiting what happens now.!?
