Bios UrnBiodegradable Urn

I am a South African who recently tried purchasing goods from a company in Spain - Bios Urn. We have been given an invoice, paid the full amount and waited over 3 months and received nothing. They now told us we have to pay shipping again as parcel was send back (not sure this is true), alternatively we will lose our money totaling over 336 Euros which included shipping to South Africa. We have asked for the shipping documents and none was provided and they are ignoring our emails and communication. They are supposed to be a reputable company but they are not providing any products nor negotiate a refund for the difference excluding shipping. We are overwhelmed how this can happen, what about consumer protection and rights?
