Billy Ellis and Permanent Roofing out of Oklahoma is a total scam. They put me back in the same coke can alluminum roof that was hail damaged prior. It happened again in less than 3 months. Their customer service is terrible and their salesmen are total snakes. I had 3 different salesmen try to one-up the other--within the same company!? Sketchy. I'm finally in a Decra Metal roof from another local company and I am very satisfied.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
BILLY ELLIS ROOFING COMPANY IS THE TRASH CAN OF GARBAGE THAT IS PUT TO THE STREET . LOCAL INSURANCE PROVIDER HAS WARNED US OF MULTIPLE ISSUES . WHERE EXACTLY DO CRIMINAL PEOPLE CONGREGATE ? DOOR TO DOOR SCAMMERS FOR SURE . ABSOLUTE WORST CHOICE A PERSON COULD MAKE, GETTING BITTEN BY A SNAKE WOULD NOT EVEN COME CLOSE TO THE CRIMINAL ELEMENT PORTRAYED BY THESE WONDERFUL CARD PLAYERS . EVENTUALLY ALL BAD THINGS END AT SOME POINT . WONDER HOW DIRTY THIER BEDS ARE THAT THEY SLEEP IN ?
That sounds about right. The best thing you can do about your aluminum roof is replace it with an actual permanent roof like decra. The salesmen recognize their aluminum product and will not relent until it is replaced.
