The service department gave me an appointment to service my Chevrolet hhr 2007, they were to put a part on that had been a recall . I decided to go ahead and get oil change while it was there, the appointment was given to me for both services the same day, I had my car there at 11.15 a.m, I was told it would take app; 1 and1/2 hours, so I left my vechicle with them, my nephew picked me up and I came home, waiting for a call that my car was ready. I was packing for a weekend trip so by 2;30 no call- I called and ( car not ready). I was very patient and by 5;30 still no call. by, , , , , this time I very upset, the manager sent a man out to my house to pick me up to go for my car at 6'o/clock, I live maybe app; 3 miles from dealership. My car was filty all over from the hood to the steering wheel with grease ( i assume it was grease) . smudge handprints etc, I went to service dept. to get my keys, I was not even said Thank You.
