We ordered a wedding band (Art Carved) on Dec. 10, 2008. As of January 20, 2009 we have yet to receive the ring. We have been lied to on several occasions: "the ring is back ordered...the girl made a mistake by telling you it was in stock...Art Carved has to specially manufacture size 13 and it takes longer"...(According to Art Carved Customer Service this is an untrue statement.) When I have asked for money back, I am told that the ring is enroute to them. I called this past Monday and was first told that it was expected any day. When I said I wanted my money back, he put me on hold and said that he just found that the ring had been shipped to them, and he asked if I would not give them until Friday. I said that I would give them until Friday...STILL no ring. Monday I will attempt to get a refund, and then take legal action if necessary. BEWARE.

THESE IDIOTS TOOK MY MONEY! I had ordered a ring from them after reading some FAKE reviews about how great they were...yeah right! Anyway, I placed my order and a few hours later, I found a better deal and a better ring and so I emailed them to cancel my order not thinking much of it since I just placed it. Before emailing them, I checked my order status, nothing was shipped or processed except them taking my money. So, I emailed them, got a response that they would refund me my money and should take a couple of days to process. Easy enough right, NOPE! After the couple of days have passed, I emailed them again someone told me the same thing...so giving them the benefit of the doubt, I waited. A week past, and I was pissed! I gave them a called and this idiot who claims to be the owner said that they could not give me my refund, but that I can use it towards another purchase... M*****F****R, I DON'T WANT YOUR PRODUCT, I WANT MY MONEY! He then said that he was doing me a favor by "ALLOWING" me to get another item... he made it seem like I was the idiot! It was endless... I'm out $600+ dollars, and NO, I will not stand for their product, it's probably [censored] product just like their service. I've already complained to BBB and they aren't doing anything about. So for those considering ordering from this company, consider yourself warned. I'm still baffled that they are still in business...probably due to taking peoples money! A$$Ho!es!

I am so sorry i did not kn about this company before I placed an order on 7/22/08. They sent me the bracelet I ordered and it was too thin for the price and advertisement. I returned it but i never received my refund. It cost me $200.00 - the website is still up. The phone number said they will re-open at the beginning of 2010 but I have not had any answers to my e-mails and I do not have a phone number to contact them. DOES ANYONE HAVE A NUMBER THAT I COULD TALK TO SOMEONE AT BILL BARNES? i just placed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Hope it works out.

Everyone i STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE "JEWELER'S VIGILANCE COMMITTEE" concerning ART CARVED. I've never done business with this company because i have much better WEDDING RING MANUFACTURERS i buy from being the jeweler i am.

I have the same problem I returned a ring and called 100 times at least I never got a new ring or a refund. I was told I could have a credit but I have not seen anything I want. I just want my money back. This has gone
on for a year or longer. Save yourself the trouble go to a jewelry store nearby or the mall. I'm sure you will get better quality and customer service and a return with no problem.

The same thing happen to me. Not a problem, I am going to by bank and ask them to stop payment.
