We ordered a wedding band (Art Carved) on Dec. 10, 2008. As of January 20, 2009 we have yet to receive the ring. We have been lied to on several occasions: "the ring is back ordered...the girl made a mistake by telling you it was in stock...Art Carved has to specially manufacture size 13 and it takes longer"...(According to Art Carved Customer Service this is an untrue statement.) When I have asked for money back, I am told that the ring is enroute to them. I called this past Monday and was first told that it was expected any day. When I said I wanted my money back, he put me on hold and said that he just found that the ring had been shipped to them, and he asked if I would not give them until Friday. I said that I would give them until Friday...STILL no ring. Monday I will attempt to get a refund, and then take legal action if necessary. BEWARE.
