Big W Warnbro Fair / Staff discount
I am writing in complaint about a staff member named Anna working on the self-service check out at your big W store in warnbro fair on the 9/11/2016 at 1.15pm.
As I was paying for my purchase I wished to scan my Woolworths staff discount card which I have saved to my sto-card app on my iPhone, she proceeded to tell me that she could not scan the barcode which I understand, the scanners do not pick up the barcodes at my work so I asked her if she could type in the barcode manually which is what we do at my work when someone has the card on their phone, she then proceeded to tell me she couldn't because she had no proof that the card was mine, was rude and abbusive. I had my mother with me at the time who also is a Woolworths team member and she just said 'just scan my card' which Anna accepted, id like to query why this was acceptable but not my card off my phone? From one team member to other team members customer service experience, so so poor and unacceptable. Not happy at all.
