Big Top Shirt Shop Shirts

Garbage - the material was flimsy, the zippers cheaply made and the size was MAYBE a CHILDS MEDIUM, not an ADULTS 3XL. The shipping was very slow (it takes weeks to receive your items, instead of the days that is standard everywhere else.) Trying to get a refund is a joke, you are required to pay the return shipping (even when the error is the company's fault) and then they ignore the refund until you contact them multiple times and pester them to refund your money. After all that, they will only return part of your money, claiming there is a "restocking fee" for their garbage clothing (in other words, they are reselling clothes to new customers that someone else has returned as being incorrect or defective.) I do not and cannot recommend this company or their clothing at all. Avoid at all costs.

Big Top Shirt Shop 5 t shirts

I ordered 5 Tshirts on Wesnesday October 11, 2023 and paid for the ridiculous 1 day shipping cost of $70. I never received the order thursday 10/12/23 so I contacted them and I was told to “give it time”. I informed them I paid $70 for 1 day shipping and they once again told me to give it time. They are almost impossible to get in contact with, they dont answer your emails unless you send multiple. As of Monday October 23, 2023 I still havent received my package and they still havent resolved the issue. I am still waiting on a email back from last week. I will NEVER order from them again and I will post to all social media not to order from them. 10/10 HORRIBLE company.

Desired outcome: Just send me my package or refund me.

Big Top Shirt Shop Shirts ordered

Ordered shirts for husband. Misplaced confirmation if I ever got one... Chat online request (no live phone# to call) asked for help if the shirts were delivered. I texted using my husbands name. Shirts paid for already just needed to know if they were coming so I would not re-order elsewhere... Very difficult time getting order status for items paid for... No stranger is calling looking for shirts being delivered to a bogus place...Commonsense... What could be gained? I think a robot (ia) would have had more sense than the human replying thru chat. I will never order from here again. Rude unhelpful condecending... Beware of these online companies with no active phone number to call, they treat you bad!

Desired outcome: let others know to beware of online shopping. I should have continued to use Vistaprint....

Big Top Shirt Shop purchase of a shirt

I was a first time customer and thought I would try this place as their prices seemed reasonable. I returned the shirt as I needed a bigger size. I was surprised that the company didn't provide a prepaid shipping label for the return. It cost me half the price of the shirt to mail it back to them. They have no phone number so I had to correspond with them via email. The are extremely rude and condescending in their emails. I told them that I have received little help with my issue and they called me "dishonest" and "disingenuous". I thought by just providing them my name address, email, and order number they could look up my return. Instead they had to have the tracking number and all this other information in order to find my purchase. Buyer beware as it better if you steer clear of this place.

Desired outcome: Just let them know that their customer service is very poor and that they should consider changing how they treat customers as the lose more business.

Ordered 5 shirts sizes were in accurate accordingto there listing. Returned for for larger size had to pay to ship them back. Then wIted for credit for 10 days. You can't call. Have to chat with them. Customer service extremely rude. Charged a 20% restocking fee, told a credit will be issued in an additional 3 to 5 days. Total extra cost due to inaccurate sizing on there part $37.00. Rude Customer service free. Worn the same size dress shirt for over 20 years. Would never use again would never recommend. They make a living charging extra for nothing. Don't do it Deplorable. That's why on line shopping can be difficult companies like this.

Big Top Shirt Shop Shirts

I ordered 35 (sizes S-XL) shirts from them for a soccer team I was sponsoring. I paid an extra $50 for 2 business day shipping. I get the shipping confirmation email the next day after ordering. However, I noticed that the email did not include all of the shirts. I needed them by a specific day... hence, why I paid for expedited shipping. There isn't a number on the website, so I figured doing a live chat might be quicker than emailing them. I get on the chat and explain my situation and gave my order number. The associate then tells me that the size L shirts are on backorder (I ordered 17!). I then asked why I wasn't notified that they were on back order... I paid for expedited shipping. He then tells me I was in fact getting my order expedited, and I replied, "not all of it". He then tells me, "ok, we're going to talk to each other in a respectful manner. Is that understood?" I said, sorry I'm just a little frustrated with the lack of communication. Had I known I wasn't going to receive my full order on time I would have ordered my shirts somewhere else. He then did not respond. I waited a few seconds, then asked for a refund on the large shirts. He responded with, a confirmation for your refund will be emailed to you within 24 hours. He then said nothing else after that. I asked if that was it, thank you, and so on... and no response. Let's hope I actually get my money back as well as the rest of my order!

The first order I sent in was for several shirts for a family cruise so we would all match. the 2x womans shirts did not feel like a 2x instead it was more like a 1X. I thought I could send them back and exchange but I was told no. I had one shirt on back order.

The next shipment was the 3X shirts to replace the 2X shirts. We are also doing a matching couples t-shirts different colors for different couples and then all one color for a family photo. I had a conversation with someone asking that since the t-shirts is on back order can I get the next size up.. She said they are out of that size as well. I then asked if I could get free shipping since now that it was back ordered I am out two shirts for her husband will need a different color as well. The shirt was then refunded and I was told no returns or shipping credit. I then ordered my couple t shirts today in another color.

My complaint is that it was your fault that it was not in stock so I should have been refunded for the male shirt as well as the female. I should have gotten another free shipping since I had to reorder. Your customer service is very rude. Below is my conversation I had with one of your staff:

The issue is I also purchased the guys color because we are doing couples tshirts for a cruise . So now I am stuck with a Tshirt I cannot use and when I reorder 2 more I will have to pay shipping again. Can you credit me for both blue shirts and give me an reorder for free shipping. Big Top Shirt Shop A shirt I purchased

so I ordered a shirt from this company simply for a group that I’m in and everybody has to wear the same color so I had to order from here in order to get the same color and something that would fit me. 2 to 3 day shipping time fine, but once I seen the tracking number, I figure it’s been shipped there should be movement. Absolutely not! So I kindly message them and ask I haven’t seen any movement. Is there a reason why? This person proceeds to tell me what I already read. So I respond. They respond back even more rude as the first time as if I'm stupid. Telling me again what their shipping method is. I found that to be awfully rude. I’ve never had to go back-and-forth with a company that you’re spending your money on for something that I wasn’t even rude about so they can expect never to me to have me patronage, patron, patron their company again, I am really sick and tired of rude people in this world. It is terrible. It’s disgusting. And now they’re responding back once again, telling me the same thing that if I choose not to read their information then it’s probably my fault. That’s what I’m guessing. I just see the top part of it right now at this very moment. How disgustingly rude for you to keep going back-and-forth with emails as if you’re arguing with your child, I am a client a customer a patron whatever you want to call it. Very very disgusting.

Desired outcome: I just want my merchandise. I hope it fits. I hope I don’t have to return it, and never deal with them again.

Big Top Shirt Shop Ordered 10 Men's Shirts Came triple the size

I ordered my husband 10 shirts for work.

First off the order arrived severely damaged, when i reached out to the support center i was told it wasn't anything they did it was the post office fault.

I had no time to wait as these were Christmas gifts so i let that go.

Come to find out my large and XL shirts arrived in 2X and XXXL.

The company refuses a refund because i am outside of time frame, however if it wasn't for there incorrect sizing this would have never been an issue.

Now i am stuck with 10 shirts that wouldn't fit a soul.

Big Top Shirt Shop shirts and customer service

Big Top Shirt Shop is hands down the worst company I could have chosen for embroidering some shirts for my government office. We had issues with the sizes being too small (even though we ordered after LITERALLY measuring to use their size chart). When I chatted them to ask about this, they blamed me for not having "ordered a sample". They don't have samples. They wanted me to blindly order one shirt that I would then not be able to get embroidered. They told me that they always recommend a sample be ordered. I then asked where I order a sample, which is not possible, they told me to add the shirt to the cart and then checkout. Once I was sure that they were not going to be helpful on the size issue, I ended the chat. Since the sizing was wrong, but the embroidering was good, my office decided to just order more shirts in bigger sizes. But the person who holds the corporate card was out of town, so I had my cart ready, but couldn't officially checkout. I asked Live Chat (never has a name been given) how long their online store kept things in the online cart, and they absolutely refused to answer. I re-worded my question over and over for about 20 minutes, to which they just kept telling me that they had no control over my internet browser or the settings on my browser. BTW- it is about 10 days where the cart doesn't "empty" itself (regardless of my internet settings). The end of the 2nd Live Chat session ended with them telling me that I was confrontational and that they weren't a good fit, and to have a nice life. Well, we decided to go ahead and try to order anyway, as we wanted all of the shirts to at least be done with the same quality. They allowed the order, but then immediately cancelled it. They have also blocked our office IPs from Live Chat, and literally told me that it was cancelled because I was "abusive, combative, hostile and argumentative". So I would recommend them to NO ONE-EVER.

Funny. I ordered through them. Upgraded from UPS ground to next day air (50 extra dollars) and they still shipped it out ups ground. I contact them for a refund of the difference they never respond. Eventually they tell me due to my behavior they won't help me. Sounds like a scam they do over and over.

Big Top Shirt Shop Ladies long sleeved navy shirt

Ordered two shirts, had 10% discount. Had to return them because size was way too small. Reordered in next size, asked for discount since I had to return first order. Automated response says to enter code when I place order. I tried but it said I already used it. It was used on first order which was returned. So why will they not apply it to my subsequent replacement order?.?

Big Top Shirt Shop Never received my shipment and very rude!!

They were rude and obnoxious when inquiring about tracking on a package I was expecting today. The label was created on the 19th and still sitting in your warehouse. Then the owner Tony called me throwing a temper tantrum. I have already disputed with my bank to get my money back. I'll never deal with his business for any product and will be leaving reviews and complaints everywhere!

Items were returned and received by big top on 8/24/21. No credit has been issued. They have no phone number and do not respond to email. Awful company . To receive the items in the first place was a long ordeal shipping took forever. I returned these items using my own funds not a prepaid label. Big Top Shirt Shop Cancelled order with no notice and not at my request - rude service

Ordered a hat.
A simple hat.
No special embroidery or anything.
Just a hat.

After the order I asked via chat if it would be there by Saturday.

They told me that was "impossible".
I thought "oh well, I'll still get the hat I want at some point".

I woke up the next morning to an email notification of a cancelled order.

When I asked about their customer service policies in the chat, if they had it in their manual to cancel customer orders without explicit instructions or talking to the customer first, they basically told me to go away.

They were downright rude.

They were so incensed by my questions that they appear to have gone so far as to block access to their website.

I've never, ever experienced as negative an interaction with an online vendor as I have with this one.

Looking at BBB and other reviews, this appears to be a recurring theme.

Whoever is running customer service seems to have issues dealing with customers.

I'm not sure what's wrong with them, but I'd take my business anywhere else before I tried to give these people any of my money.

Run fast, run far, do NOT do business with this company.

Big Top Shirt Shop No returns and bad customer service

Similar to other customer reviews, I also had a bad experience with Big Top Shirt Shop.

If you are thinking of buying from them 'll save you some time... Run the other way!

They messed up my order, blamed me for it rather than working with me to correct it, and then when I tried to make a new order they cancelled it telling me they did not want to do business with me anymore because I was upset with their (lack of) service.

Customer first attitude? I think not.
Going above and beyond for their customers? Nope.
They are always right and the customer is always wrong? You got it!

This company needs to take some classes on customer service. They have a great product and fair pricing, but their service is nonexistent.

Big Top Shirt Shop Teal xl shirt

I ordered an xl teal men shirt from this company. I return this shirt by using the return address they provided to me since on 8/5/2020 and as of today, I never received my refund in the amount of $28.48. I reached out to the company and they want me to provide them with my tracking number. I inform them that I misplaced my document with the tracking number and they still are insisting that in order for them to help, they will need my tracking number. Right now it's past 3 weeks and I still did not get my refund. I need someone to assist me in getting my money back. Thanks

It is important to receive an RA number before returning anything in the mail you then want to retain proof of mailing. Without taking these two steps, it becomes impossible to refund your money.

I was told to take my business elsewhere. That I was disrespectful. I asked a question and got reply What. I replied to read my question. I made a $103.90 order and wasn't sure on material so I went to chat. Rather cancel than have to return items. So I went to chat. Whoever chat person was read an email I sent asking same question. I stated whoever it was actually like i###t and not want to bother giving me information I was asking. Then proceed to cancel my order and told me to go elsewhere

Big Top Shirt Shop No communication / shipping not received

I got an email with UPS tracking saying my purchase would be shipping soon. Still, after five days UPS has not received the package/item/purchase for shipment. I've emailed big top shop 3 times within the 5 days and have not heard anything back. Getting really frustrated. For starters what kind of company sends you tracking info without having sent the package to carrier? And second what kind of company doesn't respond to their customers? It's been well over 24 hours. Their website says to click ti "red live chat" to live chat with someone...there is NO red live chat button any where! The website is vague. They have a 800 number so I may try that, but I'm worried I'll end up on hold for my entire lunch break. I won't be ordering from big top shop again.

Big Top Shirt Shop Lack of credit on merchandise return

Watch your credit card statement closely here. I returned 2 tops to bigtopshirtshop.com and expected the refund on my next credit card statement. The bill came and there was no credit. I checked the tracking number of the return and they received the item before Christmas, 12/22/2015. It has been 3 weeks and I contacted the company, their reply - Oops. Well, not those words but pretty much the sum of the conversation. No apology, no nothing - only that I'll have to wait another 2 weeks for it to show as a credit. Meanwhile, I will have to pay the interest on this non-purchase. So 5 weeks before receiving a refund that is still pending, completely unacceptable for an e-commerce site. Beware.

This company is a FARCE! I ordered some baseball caps for our electrical business. They were way too cheap! I received NO paperwork with my order. Told them this several times and they STILL keep telling me to find the paperwork and get the order number on it, DUH! Do not know how this "organization" stays in business. They do not answer their phone; only have you look on their website and contact them. They don't give you their name. Everything is hidden and anonymous. Do NOT do business with this company. I am stuck with merchandise that I am unable to return.
