Site appears to be down. Products "won" and paid for since last August NEVER received.
No response from Bidtoro: logistics, Manager Brian Moore, Systematic Trade Ltd. U.K., Systematic Entertainment Shopping Gibraltar, Director Boaz Cohen nor was a formal letter mailed to the address posted on Bidtoro correct. Companies check search shows a different address ( no response either).
won 2 prizes, both mobile phones, but months later still no delivery
I have been waiting for nearly a year for my first mobile phone win and last time I tried to log in the website was down. When I enquired on when the website would be back online I was told it was down for some type of servicing for a week or so. That was over 2 months ago. I also enquired on when my prizes would be sent and were first told be patient, more than 30 days is the norm. Then months later enquired again to be told a new supplier was being organised but I would be delt with asap. When I enquired yet again I was told you have contacted the wrong section, we don't deal with deliveries of prizes, email Logistics dept instead. Every email I have sent to the Logistic email address has never been answered. I am at a loss on who to complain to now. Do I have to contact an Ombudsmen or some cyber crime unit for false advertising or get in touch with other people who have not received their prizes to do a class action through the courts to find out what is going on. They even put up on facebook my latest win, but I am still waiting on that months down the line. Very poor service, happy to take your money but slow on delivery.
Sorry to say but, You won't get any further. I "won" over 10 items since last August; nothing was delivered. Complaints to Bidtoro were similar to yours "be patient, you'll get what you paid for, Technical difficulties, logistics is on back order, contact logistics" all to no avail. I contacted Citizens Addvice- the told me to file a complaint with U.K. Fraud department ...
The site has been down for quite a while: Or they block people who complain even though my bids were still active! Bunch of crooks.

Hey I an once again making a complaint with bidtoro I signed up with them didn't get it didn't lie it so I cancelled only to find out the next month I has been billed anywaya I have made numerous attempt's to get my money back I have even spoken to a sale rep from London telling me everything would be fixed this was well Overy a year ago I still don't have my money I have not used the credit's or points they are still on my user name I had to cancel that credit card so it would not be billed again because it wasn't suppose to be billed in the first place but anyways over a year in teying to get my money back so now I can't even get on to the Web that wouldn't of sent me my item even of I had of won it so wowe looks like I have a great chance of getting that back

Didn't supply winning product and can't find site
Won a PlayStation 4 in November last year, can't get them to ship it can't make payment through the site. Says to call there customer care line but that is always unmanned. I've Paid out several hundred dollars to buy credits, and now I have nothing after promising my boyfriend he could have the play station, then had notifications that prizes would take an extra week or two to be delivered, that's was over 12 weeks ago.
Tryed not long ago to get into site and couldn't even log onto site. Now it seems site doesn't exist anymore

Bought apple macbook in auction never received
Bought the MacBook in auction held by bidwizeu.com in May 2016, auction number 111695, they have made a lot of excuses regarding not fulfilling their obligation to supply, but here we are 10 months later still nothing and now they are no longer responding to emails.
My costs add up to around £230, and the MacBook I bought in auction was brand new and worth approximately £900.
Winnings not delivered
Scam - 3 items won in june/july 2016 - never received!!
I won the following items on the dates and times stated on the site BidToro.com but never received them.
All up, I spent 0ver AU$1700 and I would like the items shipped or my money refunded from these thieving cretins!

Site purported to be from australia: marketing and operated from gibraltar u.k.
-"won" items (successfully paid) not delivered in over 5 months (since august 2016)
- "payment failure" appears when attempts to pay for other "winnings" despite having no problems with credit card.
- excuses include "logistics", technical difficulties..
- customer support complaints took months to escalate to management
- senior manager brian moore has not responded to any of my messages in over 2 months (october 10, 2016).
- recent complaints have resulted in being locked out of my account (despite having paid money for bid credits and credits used towards current bids on auctions); no reason provided or any response to enquiries sent.
- vip "benefits not honoured (10 daily free bids not added to account/ cashback rewards towards store purchases are rejected "merchant account not enabled".
Reports being made to trading standards and fraud investigation- possibility of criminal charges.
Complaints Board confirmed that they have contacted bidtoro.com and that a company contact should follow up in a few days. That was Dec.12, 2016. No one has responded. (Big Surprise). An email was sent via freeindex.co.uk yesterday to Systematic Trade Ltd. If I don't hear back by Feb., I will contact U.K. Trade Fraud to file a report.
Apparently this company is operating under an umbrella organization from Israel, is registered in the U.K. but hides under Gibraltar Regulations.
Guess they're making enough money by ripping off consumers to have such a non-transparent strategy!
Back in 25/05/2016. I won a Galaxy S7 Edge3935.85 I have still not received it and have been e-mailing then for a year now. They said that they were going to direct deposit $400 in my bank account. But I have not heard anything from them. And I've emailed them over and over with no response now.
