I feel sorry for anyone that is ripped off by this site. I thought it was a site like ebay or amazon. I gave them my credit of in the belief that it would be used to deduct After I made a bid and purchased something. NOPE... They took out over 125.00 in my account, I was shocked. I had no idea. Ok so call me ***, But not everyone understands the way it works. I would certainly hope my 79 yr old mother doesn't pass by this site. she may really get screwed. I have called the bank. I have also written Bidooka an email. Guess what? The bank called me right back. Bidooka acts like I do not exist. No response form them at all. If I get my money back I will of course retract this statement.

Bidooka misleads people because they do not make it clear that registering will result in a charge (in my case $97) to your credit card. You can't even see what is for sale without registering.

I think this is credit card fraud and this does not even address the issue others have raised that bidooka's staff bids, at no cost, against "members" who are paying up to 60 cents for each bid.

In summary, my advice is don't register for or use this site. Unfortunately some of the other posters may be right. It appears that this may be a scam.

Biddoka is a scam. I thought I was registering and then saw that they had charged me $124. On investigation I saw that on the registration page where one puts in ones credit card that there was on offer for 230 bids at $124 but never thought more of it as it was an offer that i did not accept and there would be a page where one would accept this offer. At no stafe vefor ethis was the bidding process explained (I assumed it was something like eBay)and I assumed that inserting ones credit card was so that any winning bid could be paid for with the card on file. I was wrong and I refuted the charge on my credit card but Bidooka fought it with my credit card and I now have to pay the $124. What have others done to get ones money back?
