I ordered a golf bag with gift cards and was told that the order would be placed. I did not receive any notifications for one week. I called for an update and was told that they were waiting for their shipments from the vendor. I called 5 days later to be told the same thing. My girlfriend called and was told that the order was cancelled. I called for further explanation and was told that my girlfriend cancelled the order. I requested more information and was told that they were still waiting for the vendor to ship the bag. I told him that I wanted to cancel the order due to lack of communication and their poor BBB ratings. The individual then told me that I enjoy belittling him and I am that much less of a person. I said that I do not want to conduct business with them anymore. The individual then called my cell phone harassing me about "belittling" them. He then called and said that he finds my voice sexy. I had 8 phone calls in 12 minutes from this individual. He also called back yelling obscenities and personally threatening me.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! If the price is too good to be true...it probably is.

This is the "boyfriend."

Shortly after posting this at resellerratings.com, I received a phone call from BHM Golf. The individual on the phone threatened to F&%K ME UP! He said that he is going to report me to the authorities and that he is going to F&%KING KILL ME! He called me several times threatening me in various ways.

I reported this to the Chicago BBB. The individual at BHM Golf then broke out the thesaurus and posted a response using many words that were too advanced for his overall level of intellect.

I was amused.

Thank you Brian Meyer for making my day.

I would advise any other customers not to use this company. On the 12th of January this year I ordered a McGregor golf bag as a present for my husband.

Weeks passed and nothing arrived, I was then advised that my card had been declined for shipping !

To cut a very long story short with endless phone calls and emails . Mr Brian Meyer still will not give me a refund. No golf bag, no refund. Endless excusses he knows I have reported him to my local police. That's not much use in Scotland. It has put me off ordering anything else, even through Paypal.

Placed my order online 7/10/12 paid $26.00 extra for 2-day shipping. Golf bag never came so, I called left message. No one called back. Finally when someone answered he said HELLO. I thought I had called a wrong number. I started addressing my issue and he said you didnt order anything! I couldnt even explain to him to when i checked my account that i had create on www.bhmgolf.com website the shipping status said "shippment received" This is the worsted customer service ever and i cant beleive that he is still in buisness. To any potenial customer please avoid this place. Bad buisness owner of the year award. Some one close him down. He clearly has issues and need counseling ASAP

I would never order from these guys again. I am on hold as I write this review. This is my Third phone call to them. I ordered the golf umbrella holder two months ago. Last month I realized it had not arrived so I called. The sales representative who answered the phone was rude and finally gave me an e-mail address. What an e-mail address.

Just off the phone with them. They said to e-mail again with the words urgent. The customer service representative said there was no one available to answer my call. I think someone is running this business out of their car. He could not even cancel my order.

Stay away from BHM golf!

I am writing in regards to an order I placed with BHM Golf for a Nike Xtreme Sport Carry Bag Blue Ribbon w/ black features. I had the sales rep. Michael Meyer check to confirm it would not be the Sports Xtreme II bag. The picture was on the website and it was confirmed. When the package was received, the box had signs of being opened previously. Today when my husband opened the package it was not the bag identified by the rep. It was a model that was selling for less on other sites. I called [protected] to see what could be done. I was told simply "the bag was no longer available". I stated the bag received was not the item ordered and I needed to see what could be done. I was told to "return the item". I do not want to pay for shipping for an item I made sure to confirm was a particular model. Michael Meyers is the person I spoke to. He quietly stated an e-mail address and then I heard a click. I called back and went to restate the situation and was faced with another click. I left a message the third time stating the Better Business Bureau would be notified. I went online and saw it was still pictured on the site. I also Googled this company and saw I am not the first to complain. Whether I was hung up on or switched on hold it was done unprofessionally. There was no invoice so the deal seems a bit shady. Buyer beware!

It ' my experience that he operates his business in a way that he makes a profit even if he doesn't sell you anything. I canceled and order I had made online. Then a couple weeks late I purchased a set of golf clubs for an ebay customer. Two days later I received a noticed that he had shipped the previous order that I canceled and shipped to me. I called the owner and told him i was refusing the shipment and I had UPS send it back. I requested a refund on my credit card and I received $150of a $200 dollar golf cart. That was back in May 2010 and he still has not refunded after several email and calls the other $50.

I wanted to cancel my order. I had email correspondence with Brian Meyer about this. He kept asking me for my invocie nr, which I gave have every time. This went one for months. No he mailed me:let me know if youre getting upset?
This man has a pleasure in upsetting clients or something. My strong advice: DO NOT ORDER at this webstore.

I ordered a product from them, they charged my credit card, and then never sent me the product. Repeated calls and email have done nothing to correct the situation. I have been forced to file a dispute with my credit card, file a case with the Better Business Bureau, and file a complaint with the Illinois Attorney General's office.

Same old Brian Meyer. Messes up orders on purpose, doesn't allow you to cancel orders and if you do (or return merchandise) he stalls or flat out does not refund your money.

I agree with all of your complaints. This is the owrst company I ever dealt with. The man that answered the customer service number was yelling at me for asking a question about an order I placed. He was rude and disrespectful. He hung up the phone on me and when I tried to call back, he tried to be slick and put on the answering machine. He was hiding from me! Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY! This website is a scam.

BHMGolf is the worst run business I have ever seen. THE - WORST. And this is all due to the fact that it's run by a massive idiot by the name of BRIAN MEYER. Might as well just call the store IDIOT. Hopefully before you purchase an item, you will have googled BHMGOLF - that is all you need to do to realize you're throwing your money away into the hands of a criminal. He should be in jail for robbing people. I am surprised the BBB has not shut him down yet. So for all of those who are scorned (which much be hundreds if not thousands) let's get together and shut this guy down for good. Because when I have a moment of free time, I'm going to do all I can to pull the wool off of this fraudulent business.

warning to all merchants.. if you take credit cards make sure you ship to only the billing address ONLY or the customer will win all disputes even if you ship the product out to their ship to address..

this customer wanted us to deliever the product to another address and to use 3 credit cards on 1 sale because they did not have enough credit limit on 1. Warning again. if you use more than 1 card if their is a dispute their will not be paid by bank if consumer disputes the transaction.

Just wanted to let you know this person was 1 person that was befuddled in 120 days and after 400K in business later. We never charged anything and the X22 stand bag is backordered from Callaway still. This is not our fault.. This is Callaway Golf.

We do appreciate your notion but you made our day by showing you skills.

THIS CUSTOMER IS TOTALLY WRONG. HIS GIRLFRIEND CALLED WITH 3 DIFFERANT GIFT CARDS AND DID NOT WANT TO SHIP TO BILLING ADDRESS. WE TOLD HER THAT THE BAG WAS BACKORDERED FOR EVERY STORE AND WE AT BHMGOLF DID NOT CHARGE THE CARD UNTIL WE GET THE PRODUCT IN. WE TOLD HER IF SHE FOUND THE BAG SOMEWHERE ELSE, WE WOULD NOT CHARGE THE CARD UNTIL WE SHIPPED THE PRODUCT TO HER.

HER BOYFRIEND WENT BILASTIC AT BHM GOLF CUSTOMERSERVICE AND WENT OFF ON THE PHONE TOWARD THEM.

THIS CUSTOMER NEEDS TO A GRIP ON LIFE AND CALM DOWN.

SCAM - BMH Golf - SCAM

THIS IS NOT A REAL BUSINESS
DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD

I just inquired about shipping prices from BMH Golf, then opted not to order when I discovered it would cost more to ship than the item was worth ($11.95 for a $10 hat). I WAS CIVILIZED AND POLITE, HOWEVER, The BMH guy that called me then decided to spend the next ten minutes calling me a "F&cking, piece of [censored] c$ck-s%cking mother f&cker..." Then when I hang up, . he had the nerve to call back and continue his drunken verbal rampage. I'm fairly certain this is a one-drunken-man operation, and I shudder to think about how grateful I am that I didn't give them my credit card info. THIS IS NOT A REAL BUSINESS

This customer is REne monte, he was taken care of by BHM GOLF's new management and they have confirmly taken care of him and made him satisfied. BHM GOLF has changed management and hired new staff to handle the orders. BHM GOLF made wrong decisions in doing business. Thank you and having a great day.

I agree totally. I ordered maxfli a-10 golf irons and gave him my credit card info on 10-20-08. It has been a month and he refuses to give me a refund and I haven't received my product. Contacting a attorney on Monday.

Last month I have ordered 1x wilson staff golf bag for my husband through my credit card.The price was 85.39USD+no shipping fee.Order No 32189 was confirmed with BHM Golf email. The next two days I found that my credit card was charged three times (with nonexisting orders) with three sums between 200-250USD.I went immediately to my bank and submit my claim with the copy of the confirmed order. I was lucky, the payment was not completed yet. My bank acknowledged my claim as competent and most of my stolen money was refunded to my account. Nevertheless I am still missing the sum of 85.39USD which BHM Golf didn´t refunded yet though I appealed them to do so several times.
