[Resolved] Bharti Airtel Limitedstop unnecessary services and plan

Respected sir,

My self mukesh kumar having airtel cell no [protected] using since last many years.

I m requesting since last 5 months to company to stop blackberry services and change my bills plan from rs 800 per month to rs 200 per month. But no one is accepting request and issue bills every month @ rs 2000/- to rs 2200/- . Black berry services monthly rent is 399/- per month + tax. I am already deposited rs 8000/- to rs 9000/- extra due to airtel as bills already generated and they hv stopped outgoing due to non-payment.

Humbly request to all, kindly refund my all extra pmt which is been charged by airtel and stopped unnecessary services and help us to reduce our monthly bill @ rs 200/- per month.

    Dear Akanksha Singh,

    with ref to your mail reply in complaint board, Kindly note that within 2-3 days, my new bill also start and same monthly charges will also added in Bills.

    Please note that i will not make any further payments as per Bills Plan. which is totally unjustified and against ethics to a general COMMON MAN
