I am placing this review everywhere because of how terrible an experience this was. I first placed am order in November. Item was supposed to be shipped in early January. No update on order in the middle of January and had to email customer service to be told "sorry we cannot ship your item please choose one of these (less comparable) items instead." Tell customer service that will not work as I needed that specific item, please refund me the money I payed. No answer. Days go by with repeat emails. No answer. Very thankful I payed with paypal and they were able to recover my money. Would never recommend this company. AVOID LIKELY SCAM

I ordered a suit and their measurements online were pretty specific, so they made the pants according to all the size measurements they took...except the width of the pants leg. Over the past 2 months I have contacted them more than 6 times now and they have constantly told me that they made the pants according to the size measurements, but there was NO measurement asked for width of leg. I have escalated this to 'higher authority' and all responses have said that they made it correctly and to work with them. I even asked to pay for 1/2 the cost of another pants and their response was to go online, purchase any item that says 'ready to ship', and then they would send me an invoice to pay for another pants and then ship a new pants to me. I have never heard anything more RIDICULOUS in my life! I have repeatedly asked them to correct this before I leave them a negative review but they have made internet excuses, holiday excuses and everything else to say why they could not respond in less than 3 days for an escalated case.
Bottom line, if you're ready to spend money to purchase anything from them, be ready to accept whatever you get and smile. Totally POOR service!

I placed my order with Bharatplaza back in December and due to some personal reasons I had to cancel it. I contacted Bharatplaza the same day as my order was placed, explained the situation and they assured me that everything will be fine and said that there was nothing to worry about.
That was the last thing I heard from them. I did not receive any notification about my order status, I have no idea was it really cancelled or not, I did not get my money back and did not receive the order itself. I tried to reach someone from Bharatplaza so many times but they did not reply. I would not recommend this site to anyone, please be very careful!

Horrible product and disgraceful customer service
I wish I had paid attention to the negative reviews before I made a purchase with bharatplaza. They say a picture is worth a thousand words, so I am attaching photos so you can see what was advertised and what I received instead so you know to stay away from this horrible company.
I paid $140 for this terrible excuse for a dress. The measurements were ALL wrong, the quality was PATHETIC and it honestly just looked like a curtain and NOTHING like the photos displayed. To top it off, the customer service from them is APPALLING . They first tried to blame me for giving the wrong measurements and when I proved that I in fact gave them the right measurements, they offered to refund me 10%. Seriously? So I would end up out of pocket 90% for this ugly dress that I will NEVER wear?
I emailed them several times and now they have just started ignoring me. I chatted with their customer service who said they will take it to higher management and get back to me within 24-48 hours. It's now been 2 weeks and I haven't heard back. I emailed again and so far no sign of life from them. What a disgraceful company you are Bharatplaza. I will keep trying to get my money back from you no matter how long it takes. I will make sure any potential clients find out before they purchase from you what they are getting for their hard earned money. It appears that you get your employees to write those positive reviews for you, there's no way real customers would write positive reviews for their orders if they're anything like what I received. Shame on you, you bloody thieves!
The most dishonest company ever!
I have ordered a suit from BharatPlaza and the one I received was very small and there was no I way I could wear it. When I made my order I made sure that my measurements were correct so it was definitely not my mistake. I immediately contacted BharatPlaza customer service and asked for help and they offered me a 5% discount on my next order! At first I thought they were joking, but unfortunately they were not. They said that they don't do refunds and recommended me donation or selling the suit. Never again I will order anything from this terrible company!

Please don't order anything from this terrible company and don't give them your money! Don't make the same mistake I did. I made a huge order and purchased some clothing for aver $300. When it finally arrived clothes looked nothing like pictures on their website, the material was not even the same. When I contacted customer service and explained the situation, they refused to refund my money and offered me a $10 store credit! What a joke! I will never order anything from Bharatplaza again!
I order two suits from them at the same time with all the same measurements. One suit fits me perfectly, the second suit is ALL wrong...far to small...it is so small I can't even have it altered to fit me. The are offering me a 10% discount...then a 15% discount with a further 20% discount on a future order. WHAT A JOKE! 15% off on a suit I can never wear! I am now working with my credit card company to have the charges reversed.

Customers, be aware and don’t buy from these scammers. I bought dress from the website www.bharatplaza.com, and only once the seller replied and told that within 20 days they would provide order, but the seller didn’t provide any confirmation info. I sent multiple emails, but no response. I have no idea what to do now. Maybe someone has any idea how to track this seller and return money back, please contact me then or leave a comment. Thanks.
i bought a lehenga for my royal wedding from bharatplaza. When i got the lehenga it was a scrap..nothing like the picture on their website. The fabric and work was very cheap..i had to buy another lehenga from the local shop..it was costly but nice. never buy anything from them..they are crooks.they sell scraps.

This is a company whose service is so damn good that i am addicted to their quality products and service.i know people come over Internet only to put bad reviews but i am in love with the service of this company and i feel very good doing business with them, every time i receive the products their is a smile on my face and i am glad that from last 4-5 years i am purchasing from them.The associates there are courteous and very helpful.and they treat the customers like their family, i would suggest everyone who want to buy any Indian products, Please try BharatPlaza and i am sure you will fall in love with their service and products like me:)
