BHARAT PETROLIUM CORPORATION LTD / NO SUPPLY OF GAS CYLINDER EVEN AFTER COMPLAINT WITH THE LOCAL COMPLAINT REDRESAL AGENCY

Dear Sirs,
We are certainly not very happy withe thee service rendered by thee agency Pradeep Bharat Gas located at Nigdi, Pune 411044 withe distributor code no. 127343. Their attitude towards thee customers is not very cautious and very rude some times to put it mildly.
We had booked for thee gas on thee 27the March 2012 withe reference no 555 for delivery of thee gas cylinder in about 2 weeks time. It is today 24the April 2012 and nearly 4 weeks. We find it very difficult to get connected withe theeir land line nos and will have to spend lot of our productive time. If we have booked once we should get witheout reminders and wastage of thee time. Are theey actually delivering thee cylinders on queue? If so, why we are not getting thee cylinder once we book it on time.
We had also complained to thee local Bharat Gas complaint no. 020-[protected]/42 on thee 23rd April 2012 and spoke to Mr. Jayant withe reference complaint no 15 for thee day. Unfortunately when notheing happened even after thee complaint and assurance of thee redressal of thee same, we called thee nos. again to remind, & we were told thee gas cylinder will reach our residence today evening. And till now 9.00 P.M. we have not received thee gas cylinder.
Please look in to thee matter as we have put in writing as our verbal complaints are being disregarded.
