On February 5th, I ordered a pair of moccasins for my boyfriend for Valentin'es Day. I received a confirmation email and the correct price was charged to my account so I expected them to be shipped to me without any problems. However, after a week of waiting, I checked my order status and it said it was back ordered. I didn't receive anything notifying me of this problem, and since they obviously weren't coming in time for the holiday, I just wanted to cancel my order. This is where I started facing problems. Apparently my email doesn't exist when I try to log in (which it obviously does, the tracking part works) and I'm fairly certain I won't be receiving the moccasins or my money.
