Beyond The Rack Enterprises account scam to get information

Received email from Beyond the Rack ([protected]@e.beyondtherack.com) saying Your BTR Account Status - You Have $20 in Unused Credits. I don't remember opening an account with them, or winning a prize from anyone for them. So, I clicked on "Update Your Account" Which took me to their sales web site... Clicked on sign in account, Don't remember my account password, so had them send me a temperature Password. Logged into the account, Found that they didn't have any of my personal information my address or anything else. Which if I won anything or opened an account, I would have provided them that information. Please nowhere in my account information did it say anything about having a $20 balance, not even a place where to check the balance of any account. This is a Scam to get people to visit their web site. To get you to signup and provide them with your information, address, telephone number etc.. I then, said that the emails were scans, so I won't receive any more junk emails from them. This is a SCAM... They should be prosecuted for emailing this junk out, saying that someone has an open account with an open balance.. Beware of them.. Must be hard up for customers for pulling this SCAM..

I just got an e-mail saying the same thing! I never even heard of this company and they said I had $20 in credit as well and that I had been a member since 2012. Scammers!

Beyond The Rack Enterprises delivery of items

I placed an order on October 21, 2015 and am yet to receive delivery. Called November 12, 2015 to check status. The representative said that the item has just reached their warehouse Quality check will be done and shipped thereafter. She was unable to provide a date for the delivery. It may take 2 weeks. This is ridiculous. Amazon and other online companies are able to deliver in less than a day but not BTR. BEWARE: DONT SHOP WITH THEM.

“Never buy any thing of great value from beyond the rack. I recently brought a Louis Vuitton bag from them in April. First of it took a month for it to arrive. When I look at the bag it was not up to par and I wanted to return it. I called the 1877 number and was told that I could return it but on for credit. Why would I want 400.00 credit from this site. The bag was not the same bag I purchase, the bag they sent had water marks and stains on it. So I am writing this review to WARN others never buy and try to return only to get your money back in credit. If you look at the site there is nothing on it that says credit only for return items. Thanks for reading. Beyond the Rank will never see another penny from me.”

I purchased a pair of Vera Wang sunglasses as a gift in addition to a second item. I was immediately charged, however the item did not arrive together. I contacted customer service. Very apologetically, the rep told me " we oversold that item" . Oversold? I see, there was not enough inventory, so what you did was, fabricate the numbers of availability so the company would ensure a sell out.
I was told I would receive a 10.00 credit for my inconvenience. I have yet to see this.

I understand if an item is sold out, however this is intentional and willful knowing that the company could not fulfill this order. I sleep at night, do you?

Beyond The Rack Enterprises credit never issued

I purchased two (2) items from this company and promptly returned them as they did not fit. After waiting and tracking the return, I contacted the Customer Service number and questioned my refund. The Customer Service representative stated that although their customer policy was not to refund purchases but rather give store credit, they would make a "one time exception" after 10 business days. I promptly received an email confirming this. After waiting 10 business days and not receiving said credit, I once again called Beyond the Rack and questioned the disposition of my refund. I was advised that although 10 business days had passed in the United States where the return had been shipped, the "Returns Department" was closed for the "Easter Holiday" which ran from and included Friday through Monday. Ridiculous! Customer Service representative stated that she would attempt to put a "rush" on the refund when the "Returns Department" returns to work on Tuesday. I will NEVER buy from this company ever again!

Beyond The Rack Enterprises beyond the rack is not a reliable place to shop and their customer service is filled with liars

BTR will lie to you. I've been ordering from them for some time now and have had nothing but problems with their products. I made a large order of dishes only to receive 4 plates that didn't even match the set. 3 months later they have lied to me repeatedly, making promises that the right order was in stock and sent, but now today they have admitted that they never had the dishes, that the supplier doesn't even have them until March... which will make my wait a total of 6 MONTHS! They sell seconds and a lot of their products are used ie/ designer purses/ belts etc. Which by the way are not returnable when you finally receive them and see for yourself how dirty and old they are! I have two words for potential shoppers, STAY AWAY! The quality is cheap, most is made in China with fake logos and once they get you for shipping, you're paying retail anyway. DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE OR MONEY.our review will help others learn about this website. Check the Better Business Bureau and see for yourself. They have had several cases against them and have lost everyone. Beyond the Rack is not a reliable place to shop and their customer service is filled with liars who will tell you anything to keep you quiet and waiting for goods that never come. BE AWARE.

They sell what they don't have in stock. I only realized that when I already placed my order with them. Shipping took forever. It took them 2.5 weeks to receive the product from the manufacturer and almost 8 days to ship it (they ship FedEx - way too slow). Will not shop again. I used other sites similar to them and never had an issue!

Beyond The Rack Enterprises I will never ever buy from this company again

I ordered from this company over 2 months ago. Still waiting for my shipment. Followed their instructions. Visited their website, Went to "Account" then to Item and there it says "SHIPPED". I highly doubt it. The tracking number is INVALID so I cannot even track it, if it was in fact, shipped. They already charged my credit card over 2 months ago. I will be very fortunate if they credit my charge card as I do not want that item. I will NEVER EVER buy from this company again, nor will I EVER refer a friend or family member, either.

Beyond The Rack Enterprises I am very disappointed with beyondtherack, and this is most likely the last time I will ever shop with them

I am VERY disappointed with BeyondTheRack, and this is most likely the last time I will ever shop with them. I ordered the Regular Duck Down Comfort Duvet In White (SKU: MART0233WH) on Sep 7. 20 days of waiting later, the website now say it's no longer available. They said they will refund my cash (takes FIVE LONG days to refund), but other than that, they wasted my time waiting for this item, and I missed many great deals on a duvet BECAUSE OF THIS ORDER.
This website has REALLY BAD customer fulfillment (not just a long wait time, which I can tolerate, but worse, NO fulfillment of order AFTER A LONG WAIT time). This is VERY disappointing, and absolutely bad business.
If the company cannot fulfill orders, then it SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS in the 1st place. Just close the business, and not disappoint customers EVER AGAIN.

I decided to give beyond the rack a chance bc there was something I’ve been wanting for a while and I found it at beyond the rack. To my surprise when I got it I realized it was damaged and looked used. I never knew I was buying something in that condition next time I’m not gonna buy at a cheap online store, have had good experiences with gilt and fashion society. Feeling so ripped off right now

Beyond The Rack Enterprises wont refund my money on items I returned

I ordered several items as I was goimg on vacation. the sizing was terrible I wear a size 8 and ordered all larges, well they fit my 9 year old granddaughter who weighs 80 lbs. When I first wrote them they were very nice and refunded me two of the tops before I even sent them off. I explained that I had several orders coming and would send them all if they did not fit back at once, they said fine just make sure that you email us the tracking number so we can watch for the items, which I did. Well they have all my items and will not give me a refund nor will they return my items, I called PayPal and they said they would refund my money but they way they have it set up it is impossible to click on which order was sent back which was kept so I who am disabled just lost all the money. I will never shop there again! terrible place!

Dear sirs,
You still have my merchandise that you said I could return you gave me a RA # I have yet to receive my refund and can't understand why you said you would refund it. I sent it to you, now if you can't return my money then you need to return my merchandise. I do not see how you can legally kept something I paid for and won't return it.

Well wasn't that nice of them to write me offering to return my money, well I wrote them back and they still have all my purchases I paid for and they won't return them nor my money. Stay away from all these companies, they are all the same company with different names half off spotlight 7 none of them will stand behind their merchandise. They also will not let you return anything, but they tell you to send it so they end up getting the merchandise plus your money. I am going to file a complaint with the State Attorney or the Federal Trade Comminisher as these on line companies need to be closed down.

Ordered shoes, had to return. After months, received email I had a credt. Called CS & rep said company in process of restructuring with new owner. I asked why I needed to know that, just wanted credit back on original payment method. Then story changed to reading policy & no refund is given. I was the one that chose to buy the shoes & return because didn't fit! I asked for supervisor, but of course was told in a meeting. Having difficulty signing in on website & it keeps saying wrong password. Asked for new password but is never sent. $35.00 is a big amount for me, now have no recourse. Can't even find history of payment!
Truly, one of biggest SCAMS on internet. I agree, DO NOT SHOP HERE!

Please note that our return policy does state, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused merchandise in its original packaging to our returns processing center within 30 days and we will issue you a Beyond the Rack account credit. Please affix the prepaid label on the parcel you wish to return (deductible from your BTR account).

Once received and assessed by our Returns Department, you will receive an email notification indicating that your return has been processed. Please be advised that the average return time frame is approximately 14 business days from the date your returned parcel is received in our warehouse.

***The following items are not returnable: jewellery, cosmetics, beauty products, clearance items, hosiery, intimates, swim wear, earrings, "blowout" event items, and certain accessories***

Beyond The Rack Enterprises never received

I ordered two necklace's from beyond the rack back in feb.. Got one order # [protected], it was a mess, so sent it back, refund was given. However order #[protected] sunset bid necklace amethyst amrnkc674amz. Never came, I did get two or so e-mails saying do to this unforeseen set back, unable to ship in the 3-week time line. It is now march 21st. That it I want a refund. If I do not hear from you in a week, I will go to 7 on your side, you will [censored] good on t. V., my band, consumer complaint agency.org. I will get a refund one way or another, what a real ripe off company. I will never order again and happy tell all my friends.

Beyond The Rack Enterprises do not order from them!

I am more than pissed off with the way Beyond the Rack run things and treat their customers. I ordered a steve madden coat on Nov 28, 2011, emailed them right away to change the address and only to have them take a long time to respond and by the time i provided an address, they said it has already been shipped and that i replied after 5 pm (their closing time) Well, I have proof that I emailed them at least half an hour before 5 pm and what they dont check their emails before they leave for the day? Well i said what ever I will just wait and see. They lost the package and not only did they fail to inform me but i had to call several times just to have them say " we will put in an investigation and it takes 12-15 days" well, after 12 days I called again, this Jennifer girl yelled at me because i never got the name of the customer service guy who did my investigation, she said i was the blame for not receiving my money back. Hm... I have called other companies and they actually never yell at me or say its my fault because they put in a claim when they say they will! So this jennifer said i will get my money back in 48 hrs, well it has come and gone and i have left a very very angry message if i dont get my money back in 24 hours. I will be contacting the better business bureau and file a complaint my self. Better business bureau worked in the past and they are very fair.

I ordered a set of 400TC sheets for $59.99, supposedly a $100 value. When they arrived, I was shocked to see that on the original packaging a "400" sticker had been pasted over the "300TC" label. I sent them back that day, and emailed support asking for an explanation and a full refund. Three weeks later, a $40 credit showed up on my account but I did not receive an email that the product had been received or an explanation. I emailed, they didn't address my actual complaint that I was not sent the product I paid for but instead a poorly doctored inferior product and that I could only get a credit. I've emailed back reiterating and asking for an explanation. It was either incredibly sloppy or blatantly dishonest, but either way, I do not trust this company. I'll update if they ever respond.

Beyond The Rack Enterprises do not do it

The shipping terms stated "An email confirmation will be sent to you once the order is received."

I ordered WELL over a month ago.

I have not received an email from Beyond the Rack or FedEx regarding my order.

I have not received a response to any of the three emails sent to customer service, so their customer service clearly sucks.

I have not received the order at all.

It took 4 weeks for a tracking number to surface, even with that the arrival date has changed 3 times.

It has been "in transit" for 8+ hours now. "In transit" means on it's way to destination, it is not going to show up. I called Fedex, long story short, they don't really have record of it, it may or may not show.

Again, no response from customer service, may have to take it up with my bank...

I ordered two items from "Beyond The Rack''. I received one-in a timely manner, but the expensive item was never acknowledged when inquiries were sent. I do a lot of On line shopping due to the fact that I am disabled. I do throw that term around-as I am not proud to be this way. So many emails have been sent-and the only way to be acknowledged is to post right on Face Book how bad they are. this post is erased right away, and a private mail is sent urging the use of customer service-which apparently does not exist. I am owed over $75.00--guess that is how they are staying in business. Shame on them-and shame on me for researching. Face Book needs to investigate companies before they allow them to advertise on their site. That is how I do business. Beware people--just stay away from Beyond The Rack! The color of the item I did receive is not accurately portrayed either---neon orange instead of a nice mellow orange...guess I'll wear it if I want to really glow at the Doc's. office or church : )

Beyond The Rack Enterprises the worst I ever ordered from

I ordered two items and paid one shipping cost. That to me was sort of an incentive to buy. No way would I consider paying $10.00 shipping for one item! I finally received the first item after SIX WEEKS. Then, after EIGHT WEEKS they claim they cannot get the other. My refund was only for the amount I paid the second item-NOT any portion of the shipping.
When I called Customer Service I was confronted by hostility. The rep thought I was completely unreasonable and she was very sarcastic. She said no one else complains about this issue. Well just look at the complaints page- there are many! I told her NEVER AGAIN will I buy from BTR- she said that was "just fine with her".

I ordered an item 2 months ago and never recieved it. I tried to resolve this issue several times but my complaints were always brushed off. The customer service people were really rude and they dont care at all about your business. Every time I requested a refund they would tell me its not possible because they didnt have the item there...I dont have it either so where does this leave me. I was told "too bad you just have to wait longer". The customer service people dont seem to care at all about how they treat us paying customers. This was my first purchase and believe me I will never ever order from this website again & I advise anyone else to stay away as well.

Beyond The Rack Enterprises terrible customer service

After having one experience of very poor customer service at this company, I decided I would never shop there again. This time it got ridiculous. A month ago (at least) I returned an item and asked for the money to be refunded to my credit card. Unfortunately, instead, I got an email stating I had a credit at the site, Beyond the Rack, which sells clothing, and other goods at a discount rate.

TODAY I WANTED TO REDEEM MY CREDIT AND SO I SELECTED AN ITEM THAT COST LESS THAN MY CREDIT. BUT THE WEBSITE WOULD NOT ALLOW ME TO COMPLETE THE ORDER (EVEN THOUGH NO MONEY WAS DUE) WITHOUT MY PUTTING IN A CREDIT CARD NUMBER. I HAD AN ONLINE CHAT WITH SOMEONE THERE WHO INSISTED THERE WAS NO ALTERNATIVE WAY TO REDEEM MY CREDIT WITHOUT GIVING THEM A CREDIT CARD. I ASKED IF I COULD COMPLETE THE TRANSACTION BY PHONE AND THEY SAID THAT WAS IMPOSSIBLE.

I SENT AN EMAIL TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM AMANDA JACQUES, WHO REPLIED THAT SHE COULD NOT UNDERSTAND THE PROBLEM. SHE WROTE, "
Thank you for contacting BTR. If you currently hold credits in your account, you may use these credits to place orders at any time. The system will still prompt you to add your credit card information as an account verification tool, but your credits will be deducted first. Any additional funds will be charged to the credit card. Please be advised, promotional/referral credits are deducted from the item price only and not the shipping or taxes charged to an order.
I WROTE BACK EXPLAINING WHY I THOUGHT I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO INPUT A CREDIT CARD NUMBER IF THERE IS MORE CREDIT IN MY ACCOUNT THERE THAN THE PURCHASE AND SHIPPING PRICE. I ASKED TO PLEASE PLACE THE ORDER BY PHONE AND I DID NOT HEAR BACK FROM HER AT ALL!

Beyond The Rack Enterprises I'm done, never again will they get my money

I've ordered from btr 3 times. The merchandise is decent and you receive what you ordered but often it's one or two months later.in addition, your credit card is charged immediately. It appears that they offer deals from a supplier but they don't actually have the merchandise themselves. Only after they take your money do they get the items from the supplier then they ship it to the customer. It's like they are a 3rd party shipping service. (That's a pretty good hustle, right?) in addition, if you have a problem with an item and you need to return it, you have to pay shipping an handling costs for both the order and the return (And the replacement if you exchange the item) and more likely than not, they don't have the item in stock again so you will have to receive beyond the rack credit. After this happened to me when I ordered a pair of jeans, I used my btr credit to order an item I don't really need or want but I need to use the credit and I plan to remove them from my list of vendors from whom I purchase. I've found that if I try hard enough, I can often find the same item on another site at a comparable price, faster shipping, and better customer service. Well, I ordered the item (A wine set) december 8, it's now january 11 and i'm still waiting for delivery... But they send me a weekly email to let me know they will send my shipment soon. Hmmmm, is a month of waiting worth $9.95 s&h on a $21.00 purchase? No!

Beyond The Rack Enterprises fradulent/poor customer service

Ordered three items from Beyond the Rack (from the same line) on May 2nd. Received a confirmation of purchase email that stated it would take 2-3 weeks to receive my items. I did not realize this when I placed my order, but of course this long shipping time is not something they openly advertise. I decided to wait it out and hope the items actually shipped sooner. I received a tracking number email 1 week after I ordered on May 9th stating one of my items was shipping and that not all items form the same line/sale will arrive at the same time. I received my item, by mail, over a week later on May 16th. In the mean time I had received another email stating the other two items I ordered were still pending. I was unable to find an email address on their website to contact customer service so I called. That was a big mistake. I was just taken around in circles and never got an actual human. I found their Facebook page and attempted to gain an email address through there. I was given [protected]@beyondtherack.com. So I dropped an email there noting my complaints about the long shipping times and inquiring about when my other items would ship, if ever. That email came back returned/undeliverable. Awesome. Tried contacting on Facebook again. My post was deleted and I was never responded to. I noticed a lot of complaint post on their page and one by one they were removed. Funny how they don't want potential customers to know what kind of scam they are running. After googling I was finally able to find a valid email address to complain to. After two days I finally received an email back from a very rude customer service rep. She stated their policy was 2-3 weeks shipping and that I'd receive the rest of my items by June 3rd. A month after I ordered them. I waited a few days and still did not receive a tracking number. By today, May 23, if they did not ship out, I certainly would not have them by June 3 since the first item took so long in shipping transit. I emailed back the customer service rep. demanding to know where my items are. She said they were in their warehouse and that she was repeating what she said before that they'd arrive by June 3. She was again terribly rude. I'm betting they will not arrive nor will I receive a tracking number. If by June 3rd the other two items are not at my door I will be filing a complaint with the Canadian BBB and contacting my bank. DO NOT BUY FROM BEYOND THE RACK! SCAM!

I have again made the mistake of purchasing from BEYOND THE RACK (Canada)! The order said it would ship between July 9 & 16 - on July 27th it still hadn't shipped so I decided to contact them as I was instructed on the site. You see, I hesitate to contact them when there's a delay in shipping because the last time I asked them for an update on an item I ordered that was late shipping, they cancelled my order. Needless to say i venture forth and ask the question. My response came the evening of July 27th when they told me the supplier was unable to fill the order thus resulting in BEYOND THE RACK again cancelling my order and crediting back my method of payment. There was no compensation from them for this inconvenience, as quoted by their Customer Service area, "Situations such as these are rare and we will make every effort to rectify the situation for future orders".

When I logged in the next morning, July 28th, low and behold the item that was unavailable to me on July 27th was back up for sale on July 28th, how does that work? They still haven't credited my method of payment but they are willing to take a second payment from some unsuspecting shopper for the same item.

I emailed BEYOND THE RACK to explain to me why the item wasn't available to send to me but the next day was up on the site available? I sympathize with the next poor shopper that is taken in and willing to part with $300 bucks for 4 or more weeks only to be disappointed. At time of post I still haven't heard back from BEYOND THE RACK... I guess their busy reselling items...

Waited so long for my stuff to arrive that I did not even want it anymore. Seriously, for a company that is "international" and been in business for a while now, they are not doing a good job. I received my items almost a month after I bought them, I almost forgot I even bought them. With so many other online companies that offers a better service, better delivery and better products, I will not be buying from beyond the rack anymore. First and last time.

Im dying to know what happened after, please? I just ordered from them, and Im terribly scared after reeding all the bad reviews that im not gonna get my item. But please continue your story.

Hi. I have purchased over a dozen items from beyond the rack. The shipping times are always exceptionally long, I have waited over 8 weeks to receive items in the past, but in the end they have always arrived in perfect condition. I have returned a few items (because of fit, not quality) and was given a credit for the items. If you read their information they tell you that shipping generally takes 6 weeks and that they do not offer cash refunds. If you have a problem with either of these, then I would not recommend that you use BTR. However, I have never had a problem, and have even referred friends to the site (for which you get a $10 credit for each person that purchases something). Keep in mind that they ship from Montreal, Canada, so if you are in the US you could probably expect even longer shipping times (I am in Ontario). Hope this helps.

I've been waiting for my product for over one month and purchased another item. After getting a feeling something that wasn't right, I started searching on the internet and found this site. Don't purchase anything from this company.

I have ordered well over 100 items from beyond the rack! I love this site never had a problem and the two times I did customer service was great they fully refunded my money and gave me an additional 10:00 credit for the inconvience come on people this is not Bloomingdales this is an inexpensive site for clothing of decent quality if you want perfect good luck finding that anywhere

beyond the rack is a fraudulent website there is myself and other customers also feel the same way(take a look at their reviews)fyi.I never recived my purchase, its been almost 2 months.they will not anwser email, etc, .I want my money back and they only give credit. I will no longer be making any purchases in the future from this company. they need to be shut down!

Beyond The Rack Enterprises junk staff and service

They do answer e-mails, and give you refund if cannot ship. But they do not notify you about that, and ship often junk you have to return back and loose money on shipping, by the way they claim if you pay your shipping - they will not charge you for shipping label they provide. So I paid my own shipping $10.45, they still CHARGED ME 9.95$ PLUS TAX (Canada), and I had hell time trying to get that charge back, they refused me! Only after I wrote I will post complaints on Interenet everywhere I could find - in places like here- they returned charge for unused shipping label without any excuses or explanations - after that I cancelled my last order (and they returned me only foritems, not for shipping again, the shoipping they never did!), and now I refuse to shop with them again. If you respect yourself, value your time and your good mood - you will not shop with them, their discount 30% is not worth it, after they send you used junk and make you feel like a piece of one! at the end of the day you do not get it cheaper, nor feel yourself a valuable customer of a "closed shopping club"...
