I returned an expensive comforter to beyondbedding within 3 days after I received the item. Not only did they not issue a refund after I followed their return instructions, but they claimed they have no record of a return, despite my provided proof. This company is not to be trusted.

In addition, they said that even if they did issue a refund to me, I would be charged a $30 'restocking fee', as if it costs them $30 to put a comforter in the basement of this two-bit operation. Seriously, don't buy from this horrible company.
