I ordered two containers of Bill Grant Nutrition Creatine Cocktail (5.2 lbs) on-line and paid $77.45 including shipping and handling on 27-04-08. The website stated that delivery was available to the UK. Delivery time was quoted as up to 28 days. I waited over 28 days and checked the progress of the order on-line, it said that the order was still being "processed". I emailed betterbodz numerous times and got no reply. Finally I called them and spoke to a lady who said that due to some problem at US customs they were unable to ship this product to the UK and that in due course my money would be refunded. I waited and waited and called and emailed and left messages with absolutely no reply. This continued for some months until I finally got through to someone named Carleigh the day before yesterday 16-10-08 who said that her manager would call or email me. I did not get an email from the manager but Carleigh emailed me to say the following: "Ben I am looking into your refund. Unfortunately it is over our time frame to refund your credit card back through our system. I will look into other options

with my manager tomorrow. Thank you". I emailed her staright back to ask for clarification and am still awaiting a reply. How dare they say they are not able to refund my money through my card as it was due to no fault of my own that this happened.

DOES ANYONE KNOW OF ANY COURSE OF ACTION I COULD TAKE TO CLAIM MY MONEY BACK? Please email me.

For anyone thinking of ordering from Betterbodz.com DON'T BOTHER UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY QUICKER THAN WATER RUNS THROUGH YOUR FINGERS!!

I had a similar bad experience with them and have also not yet gotten a refund. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, but I don't know if you have something like that in the UK. In any case, I looked at the BBB records and there has been over 40 complaints filed against Betterbodz and most of the time the business didn't reply at all, so maybe it's not helpful at all.

If it makes you feel better, they owe me over 150 dollars.

I'm still looking into ways to get my money back, and it looks like there are a lot of other people in our situation. Let me know if you make any progress. I don't want to give up on these crooks!
