We have an EDC POS installed in our shop at Dhanbad. The TID No. is [protected]. The machine is not working since 11th March 2017.

We have registered complain vide complain No.CHLD236110317131314 for the same. But despite calling the customer care 5 times in last 25 days, the machine is yet to be attended by your end.

I had also requested for paper rolls vide complain No. CHLD236110317131651. This request also remains unattended till date.

I suppose this is gross negligence from your company as well as failure to provide sufficient service to the customer. This is a last and humble request from your goodself to kindly entertain the complain or else I will be left with no other option but to discontinue the use of machine by getting it uninstalled from the bank's end.

Also, please note that this case is being forwarded to the PMO on their email as this constitutes negligence on your part in the noble cause of Honorable Prime Minister's DIGITAL INDIA campaign.

I am attaching the complaint letter sent to the PMO for your reference.
