WE had a 3-season room installed 4-5 years ago by Betterliving. While we were generally pleased with the construction, we have had a leaking roof almost from the first day. When we contacted them, they did come out to "fix the problem permenantly." the problem continues every year and now the local phone number no longer exists and the company number always respons with "this mailbox is filled and no longer can receive messages." consequently, we will be required to now pay to have this recurring problem fixed.
