I reserved bottle service for a night out with my friends on my credit card. I told them many times that we will be paying cash. The server, hostess and all other attendants confirmed over and over again that there wouldn't be any problems. At the end of the night, I paid them $300 cash including a $50 tip. I asked for a receipt at the time of closing but when I checked it in the morning, it was just the credit card authorization. Just to double check, I called to check my statement over the phone and found that they ended up charging my card also for another $256. I left 3 or 4 messages before I got a call back. Finally, a gentleman called me back saying that he would forward my information to his manager, Mike, and he will be calling me back to resolve this matter. Still, after 2 weeks and over 10 messages, no one has tried contacting me. I am very disappointed in the employees of this business. Neither I nor the friends that joined me that evening will ever go back. My friends and I will advise everyone of the mistreatment we received there. Please think twice about spending your hard earned cash at a this place. I am disgusted with my experience there.
