Bestway Global Holding Paris Spa

I purchased a spa with Bestway and in order to receive an additional 6 month warranty on this product, you have to register the product online. Well, guess what? Every time I try to access this particular section of their webpage, it does not seem to work for me. All the other sections of their website work just fine on my multiple devices that I used in an attempt to register my product. Also, you only have 15 days to do so. I called their customer service to inquire if they could help me register my product over the phone. After explaining my barrier to registering my product, the agents act as if they don't care. There is no supervisor to speak with if you ask for one.

I even sent an email to their customer service and the email response was that there would be no response to text emails. The email is only in place to submit images.

Owned the spa for 15 days now. Still no registration has occurred of my product.

Returning today!

I will be finding a different company with better customer service than Best way. Even if it means I have to spend a few thousand dollars on a real hottub.

Bestway Global Holding swimming pool pump defective, ridiculous replacement process

Purchased a Bestway above ground pool on 7-2-17. Placed pool into operation. Pool pump overheats. On wooden deck adjacent to home, we have concerns about possibility of fire. filed warranty request. Received confusing emails. Called customer (NO) help line. On hold for long time. Call center employee said they'd replace, after I cut the cord to the pump housing, took a picture, they'd then complete the investigation process and I should have a replacement pump in 5-7 days.

Argued the point that these pool sets are made in China, and the factory making pumps probably makes 10, 000 a day, and that the likelihood of a low wage unskilled worker making a mistake that could result in a fire in a country halfway around the world was great, and the fallback on that worker was nil. I asked about overnighting the replacement pump. Yes, but I'd have to pay for it. BS! I have to pay to replace a part under warranty for poor construction of a part Bestway sells, but does not manufacture.

Call center employee said, I can send a replacement motor and you can replace that. Less thn happy about this, but accepted the workaround.

2 days later, another BS email that they still won't ship until they investigate and still require the photo.

Bestway sells pools that might be unsafe, and has a crappy warranty system.

Not buying any Bestway products again!

Bestway Global Holding above ground pool

I purchased a Coleman/Bestway Power Steel Round Frame Pool Model #90389 on 5/18/17 @ local Walmart for $494 + tax, supplies, accessories. I prepped a 25' circumference area for 3 days tilling, leveling and spraying weed killer twice, then laid the tarp provided with the pool. The pool was set up, and as I started filling with water, wife and kids smoothed wrinkles. The pool has been used and maintained for less than a month, and as I was cleaning it on 6/14/17, I noticed a blade of grass protruding thru the lining of the pool about 1 1/2 ft from side of pool(pic will be included). I called the #[protected] listed on the pool paperwork, and the associate told me I needed to "drain" the pool, take a picture, and submit it with proof of purchase. The best part was I was also told that grass growing thru the liner is "NOT covered." Why would I drain the pool and do additional work if it's "not covered." The water bill was an additional $45 to fill it 3 weeks ago, not to mention the salt that has been applied to go with the salt pump which works with the pump that came with the pool.
There is NO easy solution to this problem, but wasting what I've already done is not an option. I was able to obtain a pic without draining the pool and AGAIN wasting money I've already spent. Reimbursement of ALL expenses would be requested, but this still leaves me and my family without a pool. This was not a pool you throw out, fill with water, and jump in. There was a lot of prep work and time and money included in set-up and maintaining this pool for what we hoped would last a few years at least. Repair OR replacement may be an option, BUT again there would be much work involved. I had shoulder surgery in February and my wife is on disability for chronic neck/back pain(which we both use the pool for physical therapy as well).
We've been thru about 3 Intex pools over 11 years, usually lasting at least 2 years or longer, and each time we purchased we have gotten larger pools which is one reason we choose the Coleman/Bestway pool b/c of dimensions. We've NEVER encountered this sort of issue!
I am requesting a FULL refund of ALL expenses including the water bill. If "repair" is possible, I feel I should still be reimbursed for the water and salt that will be wasted as a result. This is extremely poor quality and a huge waste of time to have a blade of grass GROWING IN MY POOL after 3 weeks.

Bestway Global Holding washer and dryer

I have paid all my payments but 1 and I do intend on paying it. The payment was due 07/01/16 I went n and spoke to them wat I had goin on. My direct express card was missing. She said keep me posted I said ok and she was calling the next and everyday after. That month I also had to contact churches to pay my rent it wasn't just about bestway I have paid except the 1 payment my last 1. They r telling me to return their stolen property n telling me they r gonna get me locked up. I feel that that's not a fair thing to do I have paid 99.9% of it off. And yes I intend on paying the payment.

Bestway Global Holding 18ft. x 52in. round soft sided above ground pool w/3 hoses

The aboveground pool is a new design this year. We have had our pool up for almost 2 weeks and can not clean the filter. Because the rubber stoppers that came with pool, does not fit into the inside of pool where the hoses connect to pool. The stoppers are to big. Colman suggest that we loosen the clamp that holds the hoses onto the debris screen part P6680. Remove it then insert stopper. The problem with this is, the debris screen has a 3 or 4 inch long piece of hose that is hard. This goes through the inside of the pool wall to the outside. The part of the pool that this goes through is soft. The 2 combined on the outside of pool, ( the hard tube being the debris screen inside the pool wall) then a hard plastic hose goes over these two with a clamp tightened over them before water is put in pool. This goes to the filtering pump where the filter is.There is a lot of pressure from the water on these parts. If lossened water will go everywhere and possable serious injury can occure. If the stopper was the right size it would fit into all the connected parts from inside the pool. Stopping any water from excaping the pool while the filter is removed. Which is how intex pools are designed. After 3 days of trying to talk to these people about this. They insist they are doing it to a demo pool they have there. I requested a video demostration befor i risk hurting myself. They will not do that. Instead want me to send them pictures of me trying to do this. Because my husband and myself know it is dangerous and dont want to try it. I have a voice recording of them telling me that this is the only way they will try to resolve the issue.

This is the 5th air mattress that I've bought from Walmart but the air mattress is manufactured by BESTWAY AND EACH ONE OF THEM HAVE ONLY LASTED ABOUT A MONTH TOPS AND WALMART ISN'T WANTING TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT BECAUSE THEY SAY THAT BESTWAY NEEDS TO FIX THE PROBLEM.
