Details of Complaint: I booked flights online on Saturday April 21st. Prior to processing payment there was a booking fee of $18.95 which I agreed to. Once my payment was processed, an additional $98, .53 was charged as a credit card fee which was Not listed prior to payment nor did I agree to it. Secondly, upon further inspection, I was not happy with the flights as further stops were included (I found that out by going directly to the airline's website) but not included in best flights flight information when I booked. Finally, there is also additional baggage fees by the airline which were not indicated at the time of booking. Given that, I called them first thing this morning to cancel my booking but they said cancellation fees were applicable and that they are not responsible for the airline and their. Barges. As a travel agency, I feel they have been misleading and are not taking responsibility for the service they provide. I have also since found out that they are not a member of the AFTA and there are numerous complaints online as recent as 2 weeks ago about their poor service, inaccurate flights and bad business practices.
