I had high hopes for the two wigs I ordered, which were supposed to be 130% density with virgin hair and bleached knots for the first inch of the lace. I even requested a widow's peak hairline, which was important to me. However, when I received my wigs, I was disappointed to find that the density was much lighter than what I had paid for. It was more like a light to medium density, maybe 100% at best.

To make matters worse, the knots were not bleached at all, despite the fact that I had confirmed this with customer support before making my purchase. I was really looking forward to having bleached knots, so I could wear my wigs with confidence. Instead, I had to purchase products to try and bleach the knots myself. Unfortunately, my first attempt was unsuccessful, and I had to resort to using a fabric dye remover to get the bleach to work. This was a clear indication that the hair was not virgin, which was another disappointment.

To add insult to injury, the hairline was not a widow's peak as I had requested. Instead, it was a standard, evenly round hairline. I tried to contact customer support multiple times to express my dissatisfaction, but I received no response. It has now been over a month, and I still haven't heard back from them.

Instead of the 1B color I had requested, it was more of a medium brown (#4). Additionally, the size was too small and I wasn't sure if it was due to my measurements or an error on their end. I decided to dye the wig myself to get the desired color, but it was still disappointing.

Despite this, there were a couple of things I did like about the wig. The part was very natural-looking and the hair itself was soft and high-quality. However, I wasn't completely satisfied and decided to order another wig, this time in color #1 and the regular small size. Unfortunately, this wig had its own set of issues. The color was jet black instead of the expected #1, and the part was poorly done with obvious machine stitching. I sent it back for them to redo, paying an extra $25 for a rush order (-10 days). However, it took over 60 days for them to send me the new wig.

When the new wig finally arrived, I was disappointed once again. While the color was closer to what I had originally wanted, it was still not quite right. And, just like the previous wig, the part was poorly done and looked very fake. When I reached out to customer service to express my frustration and request a refund for the rush order fee, I was met with a disappointing response. They simply apologized and offered to send me a free brush as compensation. Needless to say, I was not impressed.

Overall, my experience with BestLaceWigs was very inconsistent and their customer service left a lot to be desired. While there were some positive aspects to the wigs I received, the issues with color and parting were significant enough to make me hesitant to order from them again.

i order kinky hair for weaving on July 1st they got paid on July 4th .they said it would take 5 days to process order. I have gotten wigs from China in less time than that. I didn't need it urgently but expected it sooner than 10 days. I never received the order so I file complaint thru PayPal. Thank god for PayPal. Still ended up paying adjustment fee. I have had problems with this company before but thought I would try them again because of the sale. (Big Mistake) I will never, never buy from Best Lace Wigs.com. Never Again.

Very very very disappointed... I have heard pros and cons about this company... But I decided to use my own judgement and try them out myself... They are a cv meaning a little cheaper than most av companies... And they have paypal... Which in this case was a life-saver... So I ordered friday afternoon and of course since it's been a few days I wanted to know the progress of my unit... I emailed...in return no response... I call no response... Basically I tried contacting them more than 8 times using both methods... No response... But of course you can call and tell me you received my payment when I first purchased it... But you can't respond... It's now monday... And ibm not going to send threats out via email... To resolve this problem I simply dispute... I give everyone a chance... I thought maybe their inbox is fluttered but after 8 emails by a new customer there's no way... Word of advice... When buying anything online don't waste your time going back and forth with the company... After you make a purchase that should be enough.. You should receive your product/item and receive great customer service.. But me... I received no response... Do yourself a favor and remember you are the customer and they are the suppliers... Don't argue when you can always get your money back by filing a claim if you can... Remember there's always another business selling the same if not a better item that you want...
