Bergad Inc. / Poor customer service

I order a TwinXL mattress topper from on June 16, 2008. On June 18th, I received an email from this company showing my invoice and stating that another email would be sent to me when shipment was made. It also said if there were any corrections to be made please send email to [protected] The invoice showed a Twin (not TwinXL) mattress pad. I immediatly (1hour after receiving email) sent a response stating I had ordered a Twin XL not a Twin as was showing on the invoice. The next day, I received the pad by UPS. Needless to say, it was a Twin. This was on a Friday evening and their office was closed, so I called first thing on Monday. The lady I spoke to said I had ordered a twin. I told her about the email I had gotten and my response. She said they never got the email and that my pad was sent out on the 17th. She said she would talk with someone and call me back. She never called me back. The next day I called again and she said I could not return it because they could not sell it. I told her I had no need for a twin, I needed the Twin XL for my daughter who is starting college in the fall. She again said she would talk with someone and call me back. I still have not received a callback. What poor customer service they have at this company.
