This company and this guy order or trying to purchase oil with us and he don't have money since December he diptest the product and he knows that there is product because the independent lab already conduct the diptest and analyssis of the oil which is Intertek and now he don't want to pay it and there is too much reason he is saying but all the documents he signed it already and I submit all the documents to proper authority, and I have all the document signed and sealed by this guy.
Oh boy once you diptest it and see the product that was written there and first of all they send you analyssis and if you agree on that you willl
diptest and after you dip test it you will pay I asked that thing to proper
authority and they said I'm right don't you worry they're watching you anyway we know who are you and what youre doing.They are watching your money instrument with no reality and also Mr. Juan Gautrea from his email too they're doing their step too, .Goodluck boys whatever you said in court whatever you signed you are accountable.

WELL IT SEEMS WE ARE ON THE SAME, STILL. WHY YOU DIDN'T ACCEPT ANOTHER DIP TEST 3 MONTH AFTER THE FIRST ONE? WHO CAN ASSURE TO MY CLIENT, PRODUCT TESTED ON DECEMBER WAS THE SAME ON MARCH? AS A LAWYER I CAN ASSURE THIS WAS YOUR FAULT. BY THE OTHER HAND, WHY DIDN'T YOU ACCEPTED THE BANK, EMPAIRE BANK TO DIP TEST AND PAYS THE PRODUCT ON BERCAM'S BEHALF...THEY WERE THERE IN YOUNGSTOWN WAITING YOU, AND YOU NEVER GIVEN YOUR FACE? ARE YOU SURE ABOUT WWHAT YOU SAYS. COURT EXIST FOR CLEAN DISCREPANCES. DECEMBER PRODUCT WERE THERE MY CLENT TESTED IT AND CONFIRMED. 3 MONTH LATER WHO KNOWS WHAT WAS THERE? MY CLIENT WAS GOING TO PAYS FOR WHAT PRODUCT? SAME PRODUCT? OK, SO WHY DENAIED ANOTHER TESTING THAT HE WAS GOING TO PAY, NOT YOU? HE WAS COMMITED ON, WITH AN AGREEMENT SIGNED AS YOU SAYS, HE HAD ALL THE RIGHT IN THE WORLD TO CONFIRM AGAIN WHAT HE WAS GOING TO PAY 3 MONTH LATER.
When you receive a dip test authorization letter, then have an independent testing lab conduct that dip test and give you the results directly, there is no excuse for not paying for the fuel. When sign a contract and then you do not pay, that is called non-performance. The dip test was ordered and paid for by you Mr. Idelfonso J.M. Santos, you received the results from INTERTEK and you still did not make payment. You are a broker with no money and you should stop making excuses about wanting a second dip test. The only reason you asked for a second dip test was to try and get more time to find an exit buyer and use his money. Go back to selling Real Estate or used cars, before you end up in jail.
ANOTHER IMPORTANT POINT...TAKE A LOOK TO THE PROCEDURES. E.T.OIL MR. EDWIN TANGLO AND MR. ALBERT BENTLEY, NEVER SHOW THE EVIDENCE OF THE PRODUCT, THEY ONLY WANTED CASH IN ADVANCE. THE PROCEDURE SAYS CLEARLY WHAT THEY SURE BE SENDING TO MY CLIENT SO HE SHOULD BBE PROVIDING NOT AN MT 103, BUT A BACH OF OPTIONS WHICH INCLUDE, SBLC AND RDLC AMONG OTHERS. E.T. OIL AND MR. EDWIN TANGLAO ALWAYS WAS LOOKING FOR MONEY, THAT'S ALL. WITHOUT THE PRODUCT AVAILABLE, THE REASON WHY THEY DIDN'T ACCEPT ANOTHER DIP TEST, 6 MONTH AFTER THEY DEPOSITED THE PRODUCT.
Hi guys. Is dip test enaugh to some company real company as we are, wire money to another company?NO, AT ALL. We still waiting the PROOF OF THE PRODUCT. ASK ET.OIL TO PLACE HERE THE TITLE OF THIS PRODUCT, THEY WAS SELLING IT AS THEIRS WE NEVER CONFIRM IT. I really need to know it because we never knew who is the title older of the product. This ET OIL need to place the Proof that they really had the product on their name so they can say that the company did not perform. I had a big problem with this company. They says they are Refinery but its all scammers we found them all over US and in the list of refineries we never met them nowhere. They flip the product and given no guarantee.
As you can see, in the INVOICE they have a lot of discrepances. There's no estructure as a company, no Employee the reason why they are so unorganized. As a serious company the only thing we requested was to ammend the mistakes in the INVOICE and let us conduct another DIP TEST, giving that the product was in a TANK SINCE OCTUBER?...WHO KNOWS WHAT WAS THERE AFTER 6 MONTH?
THIS IS NOT A CASE FOR NON PERFORMANCE, ONLY THAT THE "SELLER" AND THE BUYER DESAGREES ON THE FINAL PROCEDURE...WE CAN PERFORM, THE ONLY THING WE NEED IS TO CLARIFY THE POINTS. CHANGE THE JP54 THEY HAVE IN THE INVOICE WHEN WE WAS BUYING D6, ISSUE THE INVOICE ONLY 1 COMPANY BECAUSE WE CAN'T PAY TWO COMPANIES IN THE SAME INVOICE, THOSE ARE BASIC RULES ANY BUSINESS MAN SHOULD KNOW AND SHOULD ACCEPT. WE DIDN'T FINISH THE TRANSACTION BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T WANT TO CHANGE WHAT WAS WRONG ON THE DOCUMENT.
