Contact information: charged my credit card with an unauthorized charge. There was a three day trial that you could opt out of prior to the three days. I tried to do that by email...I was directed to the customer service phone number...never got a person after three tries and waiting for more than ten minutes all three times. I left messages and sent more emails...all ignored. $35 has been charged to my account. I have sinned tried to go back to the side and delete my account, but the constant stream of pop ups makes it nearly impossible to cancel or de-authorize my account. What are my options for resolutions?
