Bellesse Overcharged

I got the eye serum and face cream 2 weeks later they charged me 150.00 dollars I sent it back to get my money back I still have not got any thing back I tracked the package and they received it on Nov. 23 and I was only supposed to pay shipping and handling when I received the product I got the phone number on one of the sites a voice message says they'll be right with you then it goes to a busy signal

Don’t buy samples from the website www.bellesse.net. I ordered samples, but the seller provided full size products, and he charged me correspondingly. I called to their customer services, and they told me to send the products back and they would provide the refund. After I sent the products back, the seller stopped to communicate with me.
