Huge disappointment!
I have ordered some candles from www.bellacandles.com and there was supposed to be a ring too. My order arrived and when I opened the package I realized they forgot about the ring, there were only candles. Candles were lovely, but I was very disappointed with not receiving my ring. So I contacted customer service and they offered me a partial refund. That was nice. Several days later I received a message from them saying they could not refund me. I tried to contact them again, but there was no reply. So I ended up being charged for all the items. Huge disappointment!
Ridiculous
I accidentally ordered a promotional, and immediately sent them a message to cancel my order. Six months later they charged my credit card for a VIP membership and sent me candles. I left a message and their agent called me back several days later. She said I subscribed and signed for a membership. I argued with that agent for a hour and ended the conversation by dropping the call. Few days later I emailed them telling then there was some sort of mistake and that I don’t need candles or their membership. They replied that I am very aggressive person and it’s all my fault. I've asked their agent multiple times to talk to a manager, but he refused my request. I hate this company! I am waiting for my new credit card right now, because I had to cancel the old one. My card was also canceled and I am waiting on my new one to come in the mail right now. This company needs to go out of business. This is ridiculous!

They badly packaged the candle and it broke
I won’t advise other people to buy candles from the company www.bellacandles.com. I ordered large candle for my mum, but I received awful piece of wax. The candle was badly packaged and therefore it broke. I paid for this candle $50 and it was real waste of money. I tried to complain, but these people didn’t care about my problems. But it was their mistake that the candle arrived in awful condition. Don’t buy from them!
