This lady is a puppy mill. I have pictures to prove and will be posting in the next few days. She sold dogs with mange to people on the day of their whelping via cargo. She lost 15+ litters at once due to parvo, she let dogs die in her car and left them there and gives false advice & information to people. I am int he process of suing for slander and this will be a long drawn out battle. Learn..do not do business with this lady. She is not even a glorified puppy mill. Her name is Faye Owens..she calls herself Dr. Faye Owens btw.
I purchased a male Maltese puppy from Bella Toy Maltese in 2013. He has had no health issues and I even called the seller twice with questions and she promptly returned my call and answered questions. I do not know her personally but even my vet said that my Charlie has very strong hips and is as healthy as can be. I continue to recommend Bella Toy Maltese. Our little guy has the best temperament and in fact, has convinced 3 of our friends to get Maltese puppies of their own. No matter what business you're in there's never a 100% success rate. I can only speak of my personal experience. I have a certifiably healthy, adorable, well acclimated little boy Maltese of which is 1.5 years old and I purchased from Bella Toy Maltese.
I agree with Cathy that the original poster needs to come forward and clear this mess up. It is a crying shame that such a mess has revolved. I know when this post was made. It was made at the time Faye made public somethings about the original poster that she had proof of. The OP has since gotten a restraining order so to say against Faye Owens and has left this mess hanging. OP needs to get her facts straight. And this needs to end. And if we can not all get alone just ignore one another. I have myself been dealing with some slander here lately. BUT when I look at the dates of the third post and the day the slander started about me I can not help but believe that Faye and her friends think I am behind this. It is time that all of the childish games stop on all accounts. And we all just agree to disagree. It has gone on long enough and this type of situation is what gets people killed. Ask me I know. My uncle was murdered because of people acting like this.
BTW I AM IN NO WAY RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS COMPLAINT.
To Original poster! you need to fix this mess, It is implying that my friend has given out information and you know that is not true . This is not how a reputable breeder conducts themselves as well as a professional exhibitor. Get over it, if you all can not get alone just agree to disagree and go on with your life it definitely too short to waste.
Again I say Original Poster dont' hide behind the net, if you are going to make nasty accusations then at least be big enough to post your name to them so that innocent people do not get the blame

I am the person this trash is being circulated about.
I chose to do what I thought was right by going to AKC with a complaint which involved some legal issues. As a result of doing this, I was threatened with being ruined. I have been dealing with this for over a year. I am too busy earning a living working in my profession (unlike the people behind this who live off their dogs) to have time to have anywhere close to the number of dogs or puppies I am said to have. I have sold three puppies this year, and those were born in 2007. I have no puppies for sale, and no pregnant dogs. I never sold a dog with mange, and I have never had parvo in 15 litters. Common sense would tell you that the vet wouldn't approve a health certificate for a dog with mange, much less one who was that pregnant to fly. I did bring Parvo home from another breeder (one of those involved here), and I lost four pups, three years ago. As for leaving dogs in cars, I went to the home of one of the autors of this trash, arrived at midnight or later on a mild weather night, and she asked me to leave three of my dogs in the truck until we got up in the morning.
For anyone who wants to come for a visit, I will be happy to share a large file of paperwork with you that documents this whole story. Unlike those hiding their identity on sites like this, I am willing to look you in the eye and share what I have.
The person who originally started this has now teamed with someone else who it the originator of this thread. She is smart enough to keep her name clean by using others. The other person is just stupid enough to play into her hands. However, she posted some of the same things on another site, and I can share this with her name attached so you will know who she is too. It's a shame they won't come forward to identify who they are. That alone should make you question the reliability of the original poster.

This is slander, if you have proof then why havent many emails been answered and pictures shown?
This should be proven before a post like this is made.
