Bell Side 7 review: General bad service

This place is run by a bunch of monkeys. Seriously, they have been taking advantage of any poor sucker who seeks their "services." Not only are they a total rip-off & will milk you for every penny you have, but they are hardly qualified to be mechanics. I don't even think these people know how to turn a computer, let alone fix a car. I took my car in to get my trigger for my windshield wiper fixed & they made it WORSE. When I took it back because THEY didn't fix it right, they still expected me to pay! We're having an issue with them right now. They've had my grandfathers car for 5 days now & have yet to give us an update on even the diagnosis. They told my grandfather that they were using his car to get & get parts...UM, since when is it acceptable to use a CUSTOMERS car to run your errands? My sister (a certified Honda mechanic) asked them if they thought that was appropriate, to which the man she spoke to responded, "Yeah, I do." He then demeaned my sister & questioned her as a mechanic in a condescending & immature way. It doesn't matter what she is, YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO BE FIXING A CAR! These people are flat out ###ic. They've let my grandpas car sit in their lot & rot for 5 days, except when they need to run errands. STAY FAR FAR FAR FAR FAR AWAY! I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau...they are horrible people!
